Great spot to stay while hunting in the area. Foodland nearby for supplies. Full kitchen for cooking. Beds comfy and all clean. Thanks for sharing your home!
I highly recommend the house-both the property itself and Waimea. It is a calm, beautiful spot to wake in the morning and close distance to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We stayed three nights and were very happy.
This house was a perfect location for our stay. My parents live two streets away so it was the pest place for us during new years festivities. The house is beautiful and in a great neighborhood.
This is one of the best properties in which we have stayed in the islands. The property owner was attentive and pleasant to deal with. It's in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The gas grill was handy and we used it a few times. We also enjoyed the lanai with a nice view of the back pasture and some wild turkeys. It's not far to Foodland or KTA supermarkets. Waimea is pretty laid back and a nice break from touristy areas. If you visit Waimea, this is the place you want stay.
Wee loved looking over the pasture at the cows while drinking our coffee in the morning. Sweet house and very clean. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet.
This was the Fifth time we stayed at this beautiful hale. JoAnn is a wonderful host, fast communications. The home is in a fantastic location no matter where you want to travel on the island. Town has everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect. Mahalo, JoAnn for another amazing stay!!!
JoAnn’s rental is very comfy ,cozy, clean and extremely peaceful. Perfect stay for our much needed relaxing vacation! JoAnn is very accommodating and easy to work with start to finish.
Mahalo!
Great place to stay and get an experience of the area. The home is cute and comfortable has a great lanai with a view of the pastures and old growth trees and a quiet neighborhood. Who would ever think that a fireplace actually might be used in Hawaii but we enjoyed it so much.
The AC controls were locked and it was very warm in the house. It was clean, however the AC floor vents were packed with dust which caused some breathing issues. The secondary bedroom had accumulated dust and dirt behind the nightstand and bed. Good location to where we were turkey hunting and site seeing.

The house does not have A/C. The lock box was for the home dehumidifier that guest should not touch. If the home accumulates humidity, mold and other health conditions will occur. Ceiling fans are more than enough to cool the home. Temperature in Waimea is low 60-mid 70F.
It was perfect for the get away weekend we needed!
A lovely home close to town - exactly what we desired And decorated so stylish and fun- a large lani with what scared the bagiggis out of us with cows crossing through in the dark HA LOVED IT!-residential but private- lots of furnishings to use - would absolutely recommend - Thank you

Mahalo nui for choosing to stay in our home. The cows love to graze out in the back pasture on occasion. The fence line protects the property so they cannot wander onto the yard.
