Lovely time in a lovely cottage

A great cottage in a small village . Good, comfy space and all that's required. Fav place was the garden and BBQ area, wonderful with my parents and partner at dusk. We cooked a lot too and all worked out. Mont St. Michel was further away than thought. Overall a nice stay.

Parking devant l'hébergement - WIFI accessible facilement Hôte correcte à notre arrivée et départ. Le logement est très bien équipé (machines à laver le linge, sèche-linge, lave vaisselle... linge de lit, serviettes de toilette fournis. Joli jardin. Cependant, la maison sent l'humidité. Le lendemain matin de notre arrivée une très grosse araignée courait dans la cuisine et nous en avons vu d'autres dans la maison. Un escalier très raide était équipé d'une rampe en laiton qui se déboîtait vers le haut. La propreté laisse à désirer (joints réfrigérateur noirs, bonde de la douche sale, tour des fenêtres à l'extérieur jamais fait et recouverts de nids d'araignées). L

Ein Haus, in das wir gerne noch einmal wiederkommen wollen

Wir haben das Haus eine Woche zu zweit mit unserem Hund genutzt.Der Check-In war unkompliziert: Wir konnten die Hausschlüssel dem Schlüsseltresor entnehmen. Wir waren somit unabhängig hinsichtlich der Ankunftszeit.Unsere freundliche Vermieterin haben wir dann zwei Tage später kennengelernt.Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Bilder geben den Zustand richtig wieder. Zur ersten Etage mit Schlafzimmern, Bad und WC führt von der Küche im EG eine sehr steile Treppe, die aber auf beiden Seiten über einen Handlauf verfügt. In der Küche hätten wir uns ein etwas mehr Beleuchtung gewünscht.Garten: Der gesamte Garten ist groß und sehr schön. Der Nutzung des Gartens beschränkt sich für Gäste auf einen kleinen aber für uns ausreichend großen Teil. Dieser Teil ist nur durch Blumenkästen vom restlichen Garten abgetrennt.Die Lage: Aus unserer Sicht ist die Lage von La Fresnais ideal, da viele Ausflugsziele mit dem Auto relativ schnell erreichbar sind. Am Strand in 2km Entfernung kann man Strandsegler mieten. Er bietet viel Sand, ist aber kein klassischer Badestrand. Schöne Strandbuchten gibt es aber um Cancale und zwischen Cancale und St. Malo.Fazit: In dieses Haus werden wir gerne nochmal wiederkommen.

La maison correspond parfaitement à la description, bien équipée, propre, literie confortable et magnifique jardin avec terrasse. Odile et Jean-Pierre sont des hôtes formidables présents et très discrets toujours prêts pour nous conseiller. Très bien situé pour visiter la région, Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Dol-de-Bretagne etc. Je recommande et reviendrai au besoin, merci beaucoup Odile et Jean-Pierre, merci pour le présent d'accueil.

Superbe endroit

Ravissante petite maisonnette où il ne manque rien pour passer de parfaites vacances. 2 belles chambres, salle de bain, 2 salons, cuisine équipée. Un merveilleux jardin très calme, fleuri et mellifère où papillons, oiseaux et abeilles nous proposent une ambiance très agréable ! Un salon de jardin, parasols, 4 chaises longues et un barbecue pour s'y relaxer. Les incontournables à visiter : Dol, Dinan, Dinard, Cancale, Saint-Malo et le Mont Saint-Michel. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec un accueil très sympathique et quelques petits cadeaux de bienvenue. On conseille vivement cette location.

Brettonische Idyll

Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereite und aufgeschlossene Gastgeber/in. Ein schönes Brettonisches Haus mit riesigen sehr gepflegten Garten, ausgestattet mit Gartenmöbel. Komfortabler und Stilechter Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht um sich selbst zu versorgen. Ein idealer Ort um sich zu erholen aber auch um Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung zu besuchen - St Malo, Dinan, Mont St Michel, Pointe de Grauin & Cancale.
