Appartement parfait proche du Colisée , Commerces, Metro

L'appartement de Francesco est parfait : il est très propre, les lits sont prêts en arrivant, de nombreuses serviettes.... il correspond complètement à l'annonce. La climatisation est disponible dans l'appartement. La rue est très calme pour un quartier si fréquenté. Francesco répond à vos messages, il nous a donné les clés en arrivant car il est tout proche. Séjour parfait.

Couldn't have been nicer

From start to finish this was a very easy experience. First time I have used a company like this and will definitely do so again. The apartment was exactly as described. Clean, fully loaded with with all linen and kitchen utensils, etc. Aircon a necessity in this season, we were so happy to walk into our "home" after a day pounding the hot streets. There are stairs, so be warned if you are elderly or infirm. Rome is totally beautiful and this apartment is located so you won't need transport to the sights. Just perfect for what we needed. We were even recommended a couple of restaurants on arrival and they were also fantastic.

Heart of ancient Rome

This 3 bedroom apartment was large and clean. In a small quiet neighborhood just a quarter mile from the Colliseum. Good restaurants right in the neighborhood and a small super market made it very convenient.

Comfortable and well-placed

This apartment was the perfect size for our family of 5. It was in easy walking distance to the Colosseum, Roman Forum and further into town by foot if your wish. The nearby restaurants were all charming and delicious - I found that the waiters in Rome have a fantastic sense of humor! The owner, Francesco, and his manager, Alfredo, were very easy to remain in contact with and helpful on all counts. The fact that there is parking is an added bonus! Only downside - and this is a temporary thing - the construction next door started at 7am so there was no sleeping in!

ottima location

L'appartamento si trova in ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal Colosseo e da una fermata della metropolitana. È stato ristrutturato con gusto e funzionalità. Per chi decide di raggiungere Roma in macchina come abbiamo fatto noi, c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente nell'adiacente garage. Ottima location anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Good location, excellent apartment

We were a little disconcerted by the dilapidation of the general area, but then discovered that that is just Rome. The apartment itself is great and well appointed. We didn't cook much - too many places to eat - but the hob and microwave were sufficient for our needs. There's a small branded supermarket close by, 2 cheap coffee shops close by and a tabacconist opposite that sells bus and metro tickets. Buses and metro are a short walk away. If there is a queue for the ticket machine, the kiosk outside sells them too. I wouldn't hang around the park around the Dolmus Aureas - too many vagrants - but the recently restored one on Via Della Navicella is lovely. The Linea C construction site in the road behind was not operational while we were there.

Clean, Spacious Apartment near the Colosseum - Safe Neighborhood

My family was very pleased with the apartment. It was clean, spacious, and has a nice functional kitchen. There are two bathrooms. It's only two blocks to the Colosseum, and three blocks to the Colosseum metro station. There are nice restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Francisco speaks english and is helpful. We recommend this rental highly.

"Appartement spacieux, lumineux, très propre, bien équipé, décoré avec goût à deux pas du Colisée donnant sur un beau jardin dans un quartier agréable. Grande disponibilité du propriétaire qui répond de suite aux mails, accueillant malgré l''heure tardive de notre arrivée (3 heures de retard). Le ménage et la literie sont compris dans la location et les lits sont faits. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéal pour notre famille nombreuse (5 enfants de 15 à 9 ans). "Appartement moderne, lumineux et agréable. Il est idéalement situé à 2 pas du Colisée, du Palatin, du Latran...on trouve un Carrefour express, une gelateria, une boulangerie, une pharmacie dans les rues adjacentes. Un arrêt de bus via Claudia tout prêt vous emmène au Vatican, via corso, place navone, à la fontaine de Trevi.... Bref idéal ! Seul point à noter : le bruit de la rue assez tôt le matin avec un passage des éboueurs ... Mais se réveiller tôt a un avantage : celui de ne pas faire la queue pour les visites !"

La zona está muy cerca de...

La zona está muy cerca del Coliseo y nos ha gustado mucho. El apartamento está bien, bonito decorado pero tuvimos algún problema y no nos dieron solución y tampoco nos bajaron el precio: no había televisión (lo que fue un problema a las noches al ir con mis padres y llover todo el día, sólo un baño tiene ducha real porque la otra no funcionaba, y por último, nos confirmaron cuna pero no pudimos utilizarla porque le faltaba el colchón (Franceso nos dijo que traería al día siguiente pero no fue así, como con la TV que nos dijo lo mismo y nada). Por estos motivos evaluo mal el equipo y el alojamiento. Pero con cuna de verdad, TV y la ducha arreglada estaría muy bien.

"Pas de mauvaises surprises, rien ne s'ajoute au prix convenu. Le service est de qualité. Très pratique dans Rome, le parking est sûr et compris dans le prix. Bien situé, l'appartement est très clair, propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Seuls bémols, la TV ne fonctionnait pas(le propriétaire va résoudre le problème) + l'appartement est bruyant = 4/5 pour l'équipement. Mais si je retournais à Rome, je reprendrai cet appartement."

"Bright, clean, spacious and only two blocks from the Colosseum. Within walking distance to all tourist sites/interests, grocery store. This apartment had everything we needed, located in a safe neighbourhood - near a police station/beautiful garden. Francesco was very helpful. Perfect spot!"
