Casita de Papel is a typical meditteranean country house from the beginning of the 20th century. The finca is completely renovated but kept all the characteristics of this type of construction( wood, Clay soils, stone Walls etc...) With a plot of 8000 m2. it is very private and quiet.It is situated between Calpe and Benissa and surrounded by nature. Only 2.5 Kms. to Calpe beaches and center town.

Beautiful home in amazing location

Absolutely beautiful house with a gorgeous pool and wonderful garden. The manager was extremely friendly and very responsive. The house is so special and the pool was gorgeous. We had an amazing time. Our kids loved it too! Gorgeous Mountain Views in quiet location. We will be back!

very beautiful country house, so quiet and tranquil, a truly amazing place to stay , only a few minuets drive in to the centre of Calpe or benissa, Antonio the owner is very helpful and always on hand, stayed there for a month in august and would have stayed longer... Lovely house in secluded area

Lovely house in secluded area. The house is very nicely keept and everything was clean and ready for use. Very nice and clean pool which was maintaned regulary during our stay. Lots of space outside and we really liked the possibility to get some sun aound the pool and at the same time also find shades very close to the pool area; making it possible for the whole family to stay together. The view from the house was great and really nice to sit outside and look and the mountains Communication with Antonio was fast and without any issues.

Nous avons passés des vacances incroyables dans la finca d'Antonio. Tout était parfait, la communication, la propreté, l'aménagement intérieur, les équipements, la beauté du jardin, des plantes diversses, le paysage sur les montagnes... Herrlicher Urlaub auf sehr gepflegtem Anwesen

Wir hatten von Anfang bis Mitte September einen herrlichen Aufenthalt in der Finka in ländlicher Umgebung auf einem großen umzäunten Grundstück. Sonnige und schattige Liegeplätze sind vorhanden. Der Hausherr Antonio ist sehr freundlich und kümmerte sich bei Bedarf um unsere Anliegen. Die ursprüngliche, alte Finka ist sehr gut gepflegt und alles ist ganz sauber. An allen Fenstern gibt es Mostitonetze. Wir waren ganz ungestört, der große, saubere Pool ist nicht einsehbar aber ohne ganz flachen Bereich. Nichtschwimmer können also nur mit Aufsicht baden! Zu jedem der 3 Schlafzimmer im OG gibt es ein sepatates Duschbad und zusätzlich ein Wannenbad mit Bidet im EG. Die Küche und extra Grillhaus sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein tolles Ferienhaus für Groß und Klein.

Le propriétaire est discret mais disponible et très sympathique. La villa est spacieuse et très bien agencée. L'entretien de la piscine régulier. Nous avons pu voir des cigales et des écureuils.

Excellent séjour dans une finca rénovée avec goût. Une piscine et un jardin avec une vue sur les montagnes magnifique. Merci à Antonio pour L’accueil et tout ses bon conseils et sa sympathie. Seul petit bémol, La climatisation n’est présente que dans une seule chambre ( pas dans les parties communes) malgré que la maison garde assez bien la fraîcheur ( mais la 1ere semaine les températures étaient élevées. Plus de 35*C et payante en sus). Au total : location magnifique de très très grande qualité . Un grand merci pour ta sympathie Antonio. 😍

Un super séjour

La maison correspond aux photos. La maison est très propre et fonctionnelle. La vue est imprenable. La piscine est grande et au soleil toute la journée. Proche de Calpe et de toutes commodités. Beautiful house and location

We have spent a week in the house and it completely lived up to our expectations. The house is beautifully renovated and the surroundings of the house are so well-kept. The pool is amazing and we have had so much use of it, travelling with 2 children. We highly recommend this house and Antonio, who owns the house. Very nice and helpful.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem ruhigen Berg mit traumhafter Aussicht in die Natur. Dennoch ist Calpe mit seinen schönen Stränden, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Garten des Anwesens ist wunderschön angelegt und alles ist sehr sauber. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Es ist ebenfalls alles sehr sauber. Antonio war bei allen Fragen und Anliegen sehr hilfsbereit und immer für uns da. Für unsere Kinder (3 und 5 Jahre) war es der perfekte Ort zum Schwimmen im Pool, zum Flitzen , zum Verstecken spielen oder um den tollen Garten zu erkunden. Alles ist eingezäunt, so dass die Kinder sich sehr frei bewegen konnten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. ☀️🌴🍷 Vielen Dank an Antonio!

A wonderful house, in a quiet area with a beautiful view!

It is a wonderful country house with a beautiful garden and a spacious swimming pool. The bedrooms are cool and have their own bathroom. We loved the outdoor kitchen to make paella. Close to shops, beach and very good restaurants. Great for cycling and diving. Antonio is very helpful! Thanks for the nice stay.

Superbe villa pour de superbes vacances!

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans cette villa avec nos jeunes enfants. A 5 minutes de l'agitation de Calpe, nous y avons passé de superbes vacances, reposantes. La maison est conforme aux photos, le jardin est superbe et très bien entretenu. Que dire de la piscine...grande, propre, idéal pour se rafraîchir. Merci Antonio! Tout était parfait!
