3 bedrooms (all queen beds), 2.5 baths, sleeps 6 comfortably, plus large sectional couch for 1-2 extra persons. Step out the front door to the pool. This vintage neighborhood is one of a kind. Fully equipped kitchen, High Speed WI-FI, washer and dryer, flat screen television, and grill (located at the pool). Enjoy a cocktail on the patio and great meal at any of the nearby restaurants to kick-off your vacation!

THE SPACE
My property is a very short walk from the heart Old Town Scottsdale, where you'll find a very cool selection of restaurants ranging from Japanese, to Italian, American, Thai and more. You'll feel completely at home and safe, you'll step out the front door to luscious greens and the community pool.

The greenbelt and canal is less than a mile down the road where you can take a nice stroll, jog, bike ride and people watch. Stop at restaurants and shops along the way, and make a glorious day of it!

Scottsdale Trolley is a short stroll away, UBER, LYFT, Taxi's, Bike/Scooter rentals.

Crystal was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Her house was perfect for the 4 of us that stayed there. It was close to everywhere we needed to go (golfing, spring training, shopping). It was walking distance (about a mile) to all the shopping and restaurants we ate at although we did end up ubering most of the time cause it was extremely hot when we were there! We would definitely stay there again if we come back.Thanks for everything Crystal!!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The host was very accommodating and responsive. It is in a great location for Old Town access and the home was very comfortable for our needs. And we enjoyed the outdoor patio even on cool March days.

Scottsdale gem!

Spent a week in this condo during spring training and had a great time. Very spacious accommodation for three baseball geeks. Great location! Easy walk to downtown Scottsdale, as well as to the Giants stadium. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and made arrangements to stay past check out time. We plan on being back next year.

Scottsdale Condo

Great location in Scottsdale. Walking distance to downtown restaurants etc but far enough away to not hear noise from events. Private, enclosed patio is a nice place to read a book and enjoy the warmth. Owners are very accommodating and committed to making your stay good. Lots of stairs so not good for people with mobility issues or young kids but we stayed with our grown children and there was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy time together and also have our own space.

Location, Location, Location

This property accommodated 3 adults and two kids with ease- spacious kitchen made it a breeze to cook breakfast, and sit together while cooking/eating. The updates that have been done are tastefully and make the property even more enjoyable. Crystal was flexible with check in and check out (ask owner prior to C/I, C/O) and answered any questions I had promptly. Close to Old Town Scottsdale and the Fashion District which has tons of Shops, Resturants, Bars/Nightlife and within distance to catch Spring Training- just a quick Uber ride.
