Very quite house, nice furnishing completely renewed. At the entrance of the town of Aosta, with many opportunities of walks through vineyards and fuit trees. Ideal location in winter season as a base for white weeks for all those who wish to attend different skiing resorts

The apartment is placed on the ground-floor of a house lived by the owners. It is located on the hill at 613 mt. above sea level and at 4 Km from Aosta town. In the center of the Valley it is about 40 Km. far from the most famous resorts.

In summer a true paradise for people fond of the mountain.Courmayeur, Cervinia, Gressoney, Cogne, etc. are surely able to satisfy any demand.
In winter the skiing resorts are at disposition for skiers of any level

J'ai séjourné une semaine chez Paulo et Graziana, avec grand plaisir !Le logement est très confortable, spacieux, calme et reste bien frais en raz de jardin, malgré la chaleur estivale.Un grand merci à mes hôtes pour leur accueil attentif et chaleureux.Pour les personnes qui voyagent en train, un bus relie régulièrement à Aoste et j'ai découvert un peu tard les nombreux sentiers de balade aux alentours immédiats: encore une raison pour revenir dans cette région magnifique !Je recommande vivement !!!

Un havre de tranquillité et de verdure tou près d'Aoste

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Vallée d'Aoste dans ce logement spacieux, confortable, joliment décoré, calme, où rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour, et agrémenté d'un jardin privé avec meubles de jardin. Idéalement situé pour rayonner dans la région, randonner et découvrir un riche patrimoine. Accueil particulièrement sympathique de la part de notre hôte, Paolo, présent mais discret. Nous espérons revenir.

Super Vermieter Paolo mit komplett ausgestatteter Wohnung

Wir können eigentlich nur sagen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Paolo hat uns gleich herzlich empfangen. Zur Erkundung von Aosta und dem Aostatal liegt die Wohnung ideal. Den zuhörenden Garten mit herrlichem Feigenbaum haben wir täglich genossen und durfte auch von den Feigen essen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an nix. Alloggiamo per una settimana da Paolo, un signore d'età, educato, mai fuori luogo, professionale, disponibile e simpatico. Trovarne cosi nei miei viaggi di lavoro! La casa è molto spaziosa più di quello che si può vedere dalle foto. La posizione è comoda perché vicino ad Aosta, ma anche ben collegata alla strada che bypassa il centro della provincia. Disponibile e a 4min a piedi un bar e una panetteria molto buona. Il parcheggio è vicinissimo. Il giardino di casa è una chicca. Si stava divinamente. Consigliato!

Il nostro punto di riferimento ad Aosta

Siamo stati accolti dal sig. Paolo, che ci ha fatto vedere l'appartamento e dato tutte le info necessarie. Appartamento pulitissimo con tutti i confort possibili, sembrava di stare a casa propria. Cucina super accessiorata, casa con un bel giardino e molto silenziosa, vicinissima ad Aosta e con pochi km si raggiungono le diverse vallate. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, il sig. Paolo è una persona fantastica con cui si chiacchiera piacevolmente e ci ha dato diversi consigli su cosa visitare. Sarà il nostro punto di riferimento x la prossima visita in valle d'Aosta. Appartamento consigliatissimo.

Soggiorno piacevole in posto comodo e tranquillo

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e confortevole, la casa è ampia anche per quattro persone. I padroni di casa sono presenti, disponibili e gentili. La posizione è ottima per visitare tutte le bellezze della Valle d'Aosta e a breve distanza si trovano tutti i servizi necessari.

Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Mon épouse étant ancienne professeur de langue italienne et, alors étudiante, ayant beaucoup été là-bas comme interprète pour des voyages organisés, un excellent contact s'est établi tout de suite... et jusqu'au bout. Nous comptons bien y retourner très vite et nos logeurs espèrent bien nous retrouver d'après ce qu'ils nous ont dit.

Een prachtige uitvalsbasis om de mooie natuur te ontdekken.

De gezellige woning ligt in een rustige buitenwijk van Aosta, is ruim en heeft een mooie tuin. We werden gastvrij ontvangen door Paolo en maakte ons wegwijs in de buurt, ook gedurende de week dat wij er waren konden we altijd een beroep op hem doen. Een goed uitgangspunt voor de wandelingen in zowel Parodiso als de Walliser Alpen en prima te befietsen naar de stad Aosta (een kwartier). Mede door deze accommodatie hebben wij weer een prachtige week gehad in het Aostadal.

Our host was very friendly and readily helpful. He made sure on numerous accounts that everything was in order and offered help if needed. The home was lovely and well stocked on anything one might need. It was well heated and we had a pleasent stay in such a lovely location.

Un passage obligé !

Comme chaque année, nous sommes venus nous ressourcer dans ce petit coin de Paradis. L'appartement est toujours aussi agréable avec son jardin qui permet la détente et la relaxation. La vue est également à couper le souffle ! Idéalement situé, nous pouvons facilement organiser différents types de ballades et visites. Les propriétaires sont toujours aussi accueillants, disponibles et discrets à la fois, ouverts et chaleureux ! Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit !

Schöne Unterkunft und optimal gelegen für Ausflüge

Sehr geräumige Unterkunft. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Viel Stauraum überall. Paolo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Der Garten hat mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten und man hat eine tolle Sicht auf die Berge im Süden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nächster Nähe.

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé.

Nous sommes très content de connaitre Paolo qui est un hôte adorable, l'appartement est confortable, bien chauffé, l'équipement est complet et abondant (il n'y a pas que 4 couteaux, 4 verres ... comme dans certaine location), les lits sont confortables, la chambre est équipé d'un lit king size et le canapé est très bien. L'appartement est lumineux avec une belle vu sur la montagne,et à 5 minute du télécabine pour Pila. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Toujours un enchantement !

"La France est mon pays mais Saint-Christophe est mon chez moi" : voici notre devise après un énième séjour dans cet appartement et au contact de la famille Romagnoli. L'appartement est bien situé, très propre, pratique et accueillant. Les propriétaires savent être, à la fois, présents et discrets. Nous avons été mieux renseignés par eux que par l'office du tourisme sur les beautés à voir et les activités à faire dans la Vallée. Bref, que du Bonheur !!

Fantastisch verblijf!!

Zeer hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar. Accomodatie is heel ruim en schoon. Alles is aanwezig, het ontbreekt je hier aan iets. Mooie tuin en veel privacy en heel mooi uitzicht op de bergen. Tuinstoelen aanwezig. Goed bed. Wasmachine en bad. Wij kunnen deze accomodatie van harte aanbevelen en wij komen zeker terug!!
