In the heart the Roman countryside (Pomezia) nearby and well connected with Rome (20 minutes by car to the metro B), easily reachable from Ciampino Airport (approximately 30 minutes) and Fiumicino Airport(about 40 minutes), close to great shopping center of Outlet Castel Romano. It offers the possibility of a pleasant and peaceful stay in the Roman countryside for family and friends. At the center of an ancient area, full of cultural, gastronomic and events traditional characteristics. Easy visit to to Rome, Ostia, Albano, Ariccia, Marino, Genzano, Ardea, Anzio embarking for the islands of Ponza, the Circeo National Park and Sabaudia. There are a few tens of km to the charming villages and castles Sermoneta, Ninfa called the Pompeii of the Middle Ages, Norma. Sandy beaches of Torvaianica are only 10 km. The garden welcomes guests in a green lawn and on the large landscaped yard can play table tennis, organize barbeque. La maison est très confortable et l'accueil de Paolo et Loredana très bon. Nous avons rencontré une difficulté lors d'une coupure de courant et Paolo est venu immédiatement nous dépanner. Nous avons tous apprécié la piscine lors de ces chaudes journées!Enfin, la localisation à 30 minutes du métro romain et 15 minutes de la mer, dans un cadre de campagne calme et verdoyant, était à la fois pratique et très agréable. Merci!

Magnifique séjour!

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans la maison de Paolo et Loredana. La maison est parfaite pour recevoir un grand groupe. Elle est d'autre part bien située pour visiter Rome et les charmants villages environnants (castelli romani). Merci Paolo et Loredana pour votre chaleureux accueil.

Maison confortable et agréable

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour chez Paolo et Loredana, la maison est propre et spacieuse, la tonnelle a l extérieur tres pratique pour manger a l ombre , la Piscine a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands et l environnement calme nous a séduit. great place and amazing owners!!

The house is really nice, spacious with a nice garden and swimming pool. There s also a barbecue for you grilling needs. They put a barnum outside where everybody can dine away from the shade. Kitchen is functional. We had a little problem with the swimming pool during our stay but Paolo and Loredana were super quick to come fix it. They are great people, super nice and friendly, they accommodated us perfectly! I highly recommend, Thanks Loredana and Paolo for a great week in Pomezia!

Lovely villa with easy access to airport

Found the property exactly as advertised. Pool was a big hit and being above the ground meant we didn’t have to worry about kids running around pool or accidentally falling in. Plenty of restaurants and shops only a short drive away and easy to get to from airport (about 30mins drive). Lovely owners who were easily contactable and very helpful. Would gladly recommend to anyone. Hot, sunny weather was an added bonus

Très belle villa, fonctionnelle, idéal pour groupe avec enfants. Grande piscine, table de ping pong, trampoline, le bonheur pour les enfants et les grands. Super accueil des propriétaires. La villa est idéalement située: proche à la fois de Rome et de la mer. Nous avons passé de formidables vacances à Pomezia. Tous les commerces à proximité dont un carrefour ouvert 24h sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7. A réserver sans hésiter.

Un'oasi di pace a due passi da Roma

Una vera sorpresa trovare una casa così ampia e ben tenuta dove trascorrere in pace giorni di relax a due passi da Roma, che si può visitare senza l'ansia di entrare e uscire dagli alberghi e badare ai bambini. L'ampio giardino ha una piscina favolosa e pulitissima, si può stare in allegria al fresco, quasi non si ha voglia di muoversi. Mare e attrazioni vicini: Cinecittà world, Zoomarine, Outlet di Castel Romano. Pulizia e attrezzature della casa impeccabili.

Great house for large family!

Great house for large family! We found this location very cozy and suitable for us. We had 9 adults and 4 children. House included everything needed, like outdoor grill, swimming pool and table tennis. There were enough bedrooms and restrooms for all of us and great shaded outdoor dining area. We were there during hot August weather but due portable fans inside temperature didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Safe, quiet and private location with remote operated gate at the entrance. English speaking owners were very friendly people and easy to get along with them. You got lot of information of the surroundings like local restaurants, stores, and shopping malls etc. Location is great too, only 10 min away from big local grocery stores, approx.. 20-30min away from Tyrrhenian Sea beaches (at Torvaianica) and railway station 5 min. away. Approx. 30min away from the Fiumicino airport. Not too much stores or restaurants in walking distance but rental car will help to daily transportation issues.

Questa casa è ideale per una famiglia grande

Abbiamo avuto una vacanza grandiosa. Ci sono una grande piscina, sicura per bambini, un trampolino, un tavolo da tennis e altre possibilità da giocare per adulti e bambini. La casa ha molto comfort, ampio privacy, una grande terrazza coperta e un giardino bene curato. I proprietari sono molto piacevoli e disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Tutto era pulito.

Très agréable séjour

Nous venons de passer une semaine à 16 dans cette jolie maison. Les 8 enfants et les parents ont profité un maximum de la maison, de son beau jardin, de la piscine, de la table de ping pong... Nous avons pu alterner des visites dans Rome et des journées détente à la mer. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et conseillé par les propriétaires, merci à eux!

"Nous étions 14 personnes et notre séjour c''est passé merveilleusement bien, la maison est très spacieuse et fonctionnelle rien ne manque tant du point de vu de l''équipement de la maison que pour l''amusement des enfants avec tout les équipements extérieurs. Grande maison ultra fonct...

Grande maison ultra fonctionnelle et propre, grande terrasse double orientation permettant de manger à l'ombre le matin et le soir, piscine, grand terrain clot et très bien entretenue. Au calme Nous étions 2 familles avec chacun 3 enfants, soit 10 en tout, et vraiment pas de probleme, on ne se marchait pas dessus, loin de là. merci à Paolo et Loredana pour leur acceuil et leur gentillesse On y retournera !

"Grande maison agréable et fonctionnelle.Vue campagne. Nous étions huit et avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Nous avions 25 minutes de voiture pour rejoindre le métro à Laurentina et rejoindre Rome tous les jours. Après les visites de la journée en ville, c''était bien agréable de se retrouver au calme. Les enfants ont apprécié la piscine, la table de ping pong et le trempoline. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et donnent de bons conseils.Le supermarché Sodifer qui est à 4 km vend que des produits locaux qui nous ont beaucoup plut."

"A 15 mn de la mer et de ...

"A 15 mn de la mer et de Rome (métro B terminal Laurentina) et 40 mn du centre historique en voiture. La maison très agréable, identique à l''annonce, idéale par sa situation au calme en pleine campagne. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux, disponibles et arrangeants. Notre séjour à plusieurs familles s''est parfaitement déroulé grâce au nombreuses chambres et salles de bains, la spacieuse terrasse pour les bains de soleil et les jeux dans le grand jardins clos nous ont ravis. En bref n''hésitez pas à y aller."
