Relax in this fabulous 3 story lake house in a remote setting on Lake Palestine (20 minutes from Tyler, 2 hours from Dallas). This all cedar, modern-style home offers one king, one queen, 2 full size and 3 twin beds. There are 2 full baths, full kitchen, outdoor grill with propane provided, large outdoor deck and the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see! Amazing boat house with a jumping platform. There is a boat ramp to unload your boat that you will pass by on the way to the house that you are able to use.

Surveillance around the property is included to make you feel safe and for all of your lake toys.

Needing a boat rental? We recommend East Texas Boat Rentals!

Needing more space? We have a lovely 1 bedroom tree house on our property that can accommodate up to 4 more guests. Has a full size pullout couch and a full size bed. Message owner to rent out for an additional fee. Must be okay with walking up/down steep stairs, as the bedroom is a loft room.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure dock furniture is covered and secured
If grill is used please clean, cooled down and covered
All trash is in bin and lids are closed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not touch the owner's boat or jets skis at the boat house. Do not block light colored black top drive way
$75 will be charged for any robes taken
We Do NOT allow large gathering or parties. If you break this rule you will be charged a $500 fee. NO PETS ALLOWED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF PROPERTY
