Mansion - Corigliano d'otranto Stone villa with private pool and garden

The property concern in an “Italian Masseria”** builth in the 17th restructured last year and over than 1500 square meters of garden, with a wonderful and private use pool of 40 square meters. Thanks to a wood porch in the front of the house is possible to have dinner in the open air. You can also roast your dinner using the external barbeque. The whole property is encircled with a stone wall over than 2,5 meters height that ensure complete privacy and security.
Inside the Masseria there is a big hall with a working stone and wood made fireplace and an interconnected kitchen place. A bedroom with ceiling “volta”, and a second wedding bedroom also with “volta” ceiling in original “leccese”*** stone. The wedding bedroom is supplied with a wonderful and ancient fireplace. The “Masseria” is completed by a big bathroom with shower.
*** local stone used in construction, a sort of tufa stone. Light, porous and rich of fossil remain.

The hosts were awesome. The property was nice, secluded, clean and had beautiful gardens with pepper and pomagranite trees. Beautiful pool. Good central location for visiting Lecce and the beaches.

Wonderful stay at fantastic farmhouse

We had a wonderful stay at Alessio’s farmhouse. It is spotlessly clean with all the amenities we expected. The location is perfect for exploring Puglia. We must thank Salvatore and Rosa for being so welcoming and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us, and Rosa’s food is beautiful. We hope to return one day.

Charmig house in a beautiful garden.

The house is very nice and situated in a lovely garden. Everything is excellent apart from the internet connection. Moderate WiFi. The hosts are charming and very helpful. The area feels very secure and easy access from major roads. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Our best stay in Italy

When we first arrived we were greeted by our hosts, Salvatore and Rosie. They were so delightful and welcoming despite our lack of common language. Then you see the property which was simply beautiful, homely but also elegant. The location was so central we managed to explore so much in just a few days and still had time to relax by our lovely private pool and garden. We were also offered a dinner cooked by our hosts which was delicious and they returned later to chat with us. Can’t speak highly enough of this place. But you would most definitely need a car to be able to come and go.

Wij zijn in december geweest om kerstsfeer . Is heel mooi huis met gastvrije eigenaren Rosi en Savatore wat een schatten van mensen die ook tegen betaling een heerlijke maaltijd maken. Ligt mooi zwembad bij ligt erg prive . Perfect mooi huis waar we zeker nog eens terug willen komen. Ook erg mooie plaatsen om te bezoeken in de buurt.

Ein Traumurlaub!

Ein Traum von einem Grundstück mit Pool zum Genießen und Abschalten, Erholung pur! Das Haus übertrifft die Bilder im Netz, es ist alles vorhanden was für einen runden Urlaub nötige ist. Die Krönung sind allerdings Rosi und Salvatore die mit dezenter aber unglaublicher Gastfreundschaft umwerben. Ein Traum!

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche, 1 Hund) haben einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub in der Masseria verbracht. Corigliano und die Masseria liegen für strategisch sehr gut im Salento. Von hier aus kann man schöne Städte wie z.B. Otranto, Gallipoli, Maglie, Lecce usw. besuchen und auch die Strände an der Adria und des Ionischen Meeres besuchen. Auch sind Tagesreisen in die nördlichen Bereiche Apuliens gut möglich. Die kleine Stadt Corigliano (1-2 km vom Haus) bietet eine Reihe sehr guter Restaurants und Bars. Auch für das Verweilen am Pool eignet sich das Haus sehr gut. Es ist ruhig und privat, es herrscht immer einen friedliche Atmosphäre. Das Verwalterpaar (Rosy und Salvatore) sind fantastisch herzliche Menschen, die bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung stehen. Kleine Anfragen wurden sofort erledigt. Wir können dieses Haus für Familien sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schönes altes Steinhaus mit gepflegtem Pool und sehr netter Betreuung

Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Salvatore und Rosi waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Sie erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Das Haus und der Pool entsprechen der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist ideal, um zu den beiden unterschiedlichen Küsten und interessanten Orten zu fahren. Sehr gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe.

We are really sorry that your holiday was not to your liking, but we are really surprised to read what you wrote! on the day of your arrival we had a technical problem with the pool which required a day of work to repair, but the pool was perfectly usable. we informed you and you preferred that we not do the work, because it wasn't very hot, and you wouldn't use the pool, asking us to postpone the repair!! as clearly written in the information on the site, there is no dishwasher, instead of the washing machine we have a laundry service. We only provide household linen, (if a towel was old in your opinion, all you had to do was say so and we would have changed it immediately!) We do not provide it for the pool or the sea, everything is written down, just read. you arrived 3 hours before check in and we let you in immediately, you left early in the morning leaving the keys inside, without saying anything, without saying goodbye and without allowing us to check the villa. We have been hosting large families and couples of friends with children for 17 years, your initial statement is truly nonsense. We are really sorry, the 5 families who preceded you in 2024 gave us top marks.

Villa Urlaub mit Ambiente

Die Villa und das ganze Anwesen sind toll!! Man hat wahnsinnig viel Platz und alles ist mit viel Liebe gepflegt und her gerichtet. Man kann im weitläufigen Garten den tollen Pool genießen oder die Mandarinen- und Zitronenbäume bewundern. Das Verwalterehepaar wohnt nebenan und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Zu empfehlen ist zudem das von Rosy ind Salvatore zubereitete Dinner... sehr köstlich!!

Das Ferienhaus hat uns gut gefallen. Es liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit einem sehr sauberen Pool, den wir ein paar Mal genutzt haben, obwohl das Wasser schon ziemlich kalt war. Wir haben auch ein Abendessen bei Salvatore und Rosi gebucht, und das war richtig klasse! Hausgemachte Pasta und viele Leckereien...

Ein unglaublich schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren ein paar Tage bei Rosi und Salvatore zu Gast und es war ein wunderschöner Aufgenthalt. Das Haus ist ganz im Stile einer alten Masseria geblieben und mit Liebe eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und draußen gibt es auch die Möglichkeit zum Grillen. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Aber am schönsten ist der Garten mit der Terrasse und der Pool, den man ganz für sich hat. Um mobil zu sein, ist ein Auto schon empfehlenswert. Was wir auch sehr empfehlen können ist sich einen Abend von Rosi und Salvatore bekochen zu lassen. Dabei gibt es eine leckere Auswahl an regionalen Antipasti und mehr. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Wow posto incantevole

Siamo stati ospiti di questa bellissima villa, tutto curato e pulitissimo, la piscina viene pulita tutti i giorni da Salvato e Rosy, persone discrete che fanno il loro lavoro nel rispetto della privacy, ma se hai bisogno di un consiglio o qualsiadi cosa si fanno i 4 per accontentarti! Pace silenzio serenità, in casa c'è tutto, una bella fornita cucina, aria condizionata ( indispensabile anche a settembre!) I nostri figli non vedevano l'ora di venire via dal mare per tornare in piscina che abbiamo usato anche a notte fonda, un vero paradiso. Assaggiate la cucina di Rosy, ne vale davvero la pena! Torneremo sicuramente.
