LOCATION LOCATION Guiones Beach Pacific Ocean front, use my private beach path to the waves. Surfer's dream, best waves, 50 seconds away and the best surf break on Playa Guiones. No Dust, No traffic, Secure, Beachfront. The house is central easy walking distance to everything in Playa Guiones, including the famous Harmony Hotel Nosara. The Beach House is literally at the center of it all at the Beaches of Nosara.

NOTE: The property can be rented as a 2 or 3 bedroom rental. This listing prices rentals for the 2-bedroom Main House called Unit #1. An additional attached Studio (unit #2) can be included at additional cost, or rented separately. Please inquire. You can view the Studio by searching for Listing 1191879 on VRBO.

Main House Unit 1:
The Beach House, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5, 1-king (6 feet 7 inches long/wide) and 3 Individual beds (two in Bunk Style) each bed is (6 feet, 3 inches long, 3 feet 3 inches wide).

Unit 2: The Studio
Sleeps 2, 1-queen bed (6 feet 7 inches by 4 feet 7inches), can be added at additional cost of $125/night to the Main House Unit #1.

Unit 1 and 2 rented together can sleep 7 people total. Inquire for discounted rate.

Unit 1 Description: The Beach House: (1,700 square feet) has a large 700 square foot Master Suite with King bed. The Terrace-bedroom with three twin beds, two in bunk style, a great way to sleep three children and have them close by.

Unit 2 Description: Studio: The attached downstairs Studio can be included (additional cost) to accommodate two more adults and has its own separate entrance and queen bed, kitchenette and full bath. The Beach House can be rented separately or combined with the Studio, or the Studio can also be rented separately. The Studio is 360 sq feet.

Why stay here?
It is only a 40 second walk to the waves and sunset at the perfect beachfront location in Playa Guiones. There are only a handfull of properties here that can offer this. Easy walk to a dozen good restaurants and food market, too. It's a flip-flop vacation location sensation. :)

The property is perfectly maintained and comfortable. The location is central and easy walking distance to everything in our village. Located within a well appointed 7,000 square-foot colonial-design 2-story building in an L-Shape. This property has over ten year's of high demand rental history. It is a favorite and many guests return annually to enjoy the perfect beach spot.

The Beach House and Studio share an ocean-side border with the National Ostional Marine Refuge Park. We have our own gated path to the ocean. This is a surfer's dream location. The Harmony Hotel is a 2-minute walk from the Studio and offers first class Spa, Yoga and other resort services. Within a 5-minute walk you can get to any business in the entire Guiones area. No other location offers that. Others promise a 'short walk to the beach'. Why compromise when you can stay ON THE BEACH.

A private, gated and covered parking spot comes with the Beach House.

By popular request, you can choose your services. Air conditioning is an additional $5/day. A real and luxurious hot water shower is included. Wireless connection to a 4mb broadband connection included.

The monkey trail is within 100 meters of the property. This is a nature lover's dream house. We are located at the end of a dead-end road and forested.

Unit #1 at the Beach House is 1,300 square feet and has a large ground level terrace with seating for 6 and lots of rocking chairs and fans. The kitchen is fully equipped, but why cook with a dozen great restaurants only a 5 minute walk away! All rooms have A/C. A key-less lock system allows you to come and go with only a code. No lost keys! The property is gated and locked 24 hours a day.

Our first experience in Playa Guiones and Alex was the best! Super communicative and helpful with local recommendations and tips. The “house” is located in the corner of a multi-unit property that was secure, safe, and cozy. No frills but perfect for our fam with lots of space and a well stocked kitchen. We’ll definitely be back again.

We fully enjoyed our time! The house was spacious and the gardens beautiful. The location is perfect! So close to the beach, great surf and great restaurants! Communication w the house manager was quick and easy and we had a great time. The one thing that was surprising is that the place was listed as 3 bedroom and it was only 2. Also there are no real doors to the bedroom to seal in sound so while my baby napped we had to be quiet or outside.

The Breach House was everything we hoped for. Well appointed and maintained - everything we needed seemed to be in the first place we looked. This was our second trip here, so we knew how important location is for getting the most out of the best surfing beach around. There is truly not a more ideally located spot. Alex is a real pro. Helpful and knowledgeable but not intrusive. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, he was right there. Clean home, plenty of room, comfortable all around with great character and charm. The pool and grounds were perfect. We also rented the studio to give us some extra room for our teenager (win/win). We’ll be back!

Clean, Comfortable, beach front Costa Rica style. Walk out the back gate, 2 minute walk thorough the forest to the beach. Maybe you’ll spot a monkey on the way to the beach. The garden and the pool is well kept. Great spot. Close to restaurants.

We spent a week at Nosara Beach House with 2 16 year olds and a 17 year old. Our kids were there to surf and far as location goes it was perfect. Truly a short walk with great access to the beach. We enjoyed the sunset every single night. As far as accommodations, I think there are probably places that are “nicer” but they are probably double or triple the price. I will say we had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the access to the pool and spent a lot of time there. The kitchen was fully equipped and Alex was always available for us to ask questions or point us in the right direction.

Wonderful Playa Guinoes Beach House

My two boys (18 & 16) and I absolutely LOVED our time at the Nosara Beach House. First of all, the location is spectacular!!!! A nice 5 minute walk through the green-belt and you are on the beach. The house was a great size for the three of us (and could certainly hold more.). The kitchen was well-equipped (we mainly did breakfasts and lunch in house). Also, the pool was fantastic for a quick cool down (would be great for smaller kids!). The best thing is that there are ZERO surprises- the pictures and description are spot on!!! As for the host, he is great!!!!! The check-in/access process was incredibly simple.!!! The keyless entry was VERY convenient for daily access and the place felt very safe and secure (not that we were worried). We definitely will return to The Nosara Beach House!!!! Best vacation ever!

This was the best, most relaxing vacation ever! The location is perfect. The beach path leads straight to beautiful Playa Guiones with the most gorgeous sunsets daily. The 2 bedroom unit sleeps 5, with a king in the master and 3 twins in a separate room. The full kitchen has everything you would want. The outside table and sitting area are perfect for dining and company. The pool has plenty of shade and lounge chairs. Alex, the owner, is onsite and available. Surfboard rentals are easy to find, yoga studios are an easy, short walk. The area has plenty of restaurants to walk to as well. We rented a car but you really can take a shuttle from the airport and walk everywhere. I am already looking forward to our next vacay at Alex's in Nosara.

Great location to the beach, a small walk down a jungle path. Also walking distance to restaurants and yoga. We comfortably fit a family of five. Alex is a great host, and the house feels safe and secure. There are other apartments that share the pool, but it was not a problem. The families were friendly and we enjoyed getting to know them. The space has a great patio, outdoor space with a outdoor shower and lots of sitting areas.

Great Surf Trip Rental

Perfect location, Private walkway directly to beach, Alex is helpful, friendly, and will book shuttle directly from airport to these rentals. Can't beat these places for hassle free vacation in Nosara. If you want to stay in a studio/house, cook some meals yourself, and be in the perfect spot in Nosara for surfing, you can't beat this place.

Perfect location, great house, very relaxing time

We spent 5 nights at Alex's beach house and were very happy with our stay. We are a family with three children and had plenty of room for us all, and with the two washrooms and second outdoor shower our teenagers didn't complain at all! The brief walk to the beautiful beach through the nature reserve was so easy we really felt we were at the beach. The pool was nice too. Alex was on hand to help with anything we needed. As our last stop of a two week trip around the country this was a perfect place to settle in and relax. We had a car but you don't really need one to get around, plenty to walk to, and you could get a rental golf cart or an atv to drive around for fun. We did the local ziplining at MissSky, which was good: very long and high zip lines, a very relaxing yoga class at the Harmony and enjoyed cooking and eating the local fruit. We all tried surfing for the first time which was a lot of fun too, very safe swimming and beautiful sunsets.

Lovely Setting

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Nosara Beach House. Our son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren slept in the main house and we grandparents slept in the studio apartment next door. It was an ideal arrangement for everyone. The house is large, well maintained, and feels secure. The outdoor setting is lovely with a big patio and lots of shade. The pool was great and the beautiful ocean was just a short walk away. The owner was very helpful and we would definitely rent here again.

Awesome location, awesome property, awesome host

We had the most amazing stay at the Nosara Beach House, Main Unit. The property exactly as advertised, or possibly better in many way. Alex is a wonderful host. He received us upon arrival and spent time with us introducing us to the property and surrounding areas. Since it was NYE, he even walked with us to Harmony Hotel nearby to find us dinner reservations. In so many ways, Alex went above and beyond to respond to our needs. The house is not a typical rental property because Alex lived there and he cares. There are many fine touches that you will not find in a rental property.. awesome music system, decent utensils, umbrella, flashlights, bug spray, soap and towels right next to the outside showers, etc. We enjoyed an organic market close by, yoga classes, restaurants and more.
