Points non précisés pour les futurs locataires: -Terrain très petit ( environ 70 m2) et ayant un droit de passage pour une location située au dos de la maison. -comporte une chambre en mezzanine (non fermée) par laquelle il faut passer pour aller dans la "vrai" chambre.

Merci pour l'accueil sympathique et pour la bonne surprise dans le frigo. Cette maison est dans un état impeccable, propre, idéalement située dans un endroit calme. La taille est parfaitement adaptée pour 4 personnes. Nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour pour découvrir l'île d'Oléron. Cette endroit offre tout le dépaysement et toutes les activités nécessaire pour une "déconnexion" en famille. Carine & Raphaël (Alsace)

Semaine en février super sympa

Nous y sommes aller pour visiter la charente.Maison très sympa confortable et bien chauffée. A proximité d'une super boulangerie (super pour le ptit dèj!!! ;-).Nous etions 3 maison bien aménagée. 3 velos à diposition. En plus propriétaire super sympa et disponible.n'hésitez pas a y aller. Nous on y retournera sûrement en été.

Super accueil et petite surprise dans le frigo ! Location décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très propre ! Tout le confort est là pour passer un agréable séjour ( une excellente boulangerie à 2 pas ). A recommander vivement ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir . A très bientôt .

Très bonne semaine, même en novembre, dans cette location ! Tout est parfait, l’accueil, la situation, l'état impeccable de la maison, tout comme chez soi... Petit plus, la très bonne boulangerie à moins d'une minute à pied pour les croissants ou autres gourmandises et pains ! Nous reviendrons et nous recommanderons cette location à nos amis.

Impeccable!

L'appartement est très agréable, installé et décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. La terrasse et l'appartement sont situés dans un hameau très calme. Sa localisation, près de Chateau d'Oléron, est idéale pour visiter toute l'île en voiture ou en vélo. Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques et accueuillants. Je recommande vivement!
