About this property

The private upper level of the home. Pool, hot tub. Great access to ski areas.

Great family home with awesome mountain views. This is the upstairs of our home.
We live in the basement apartment. We are here if you need us, and we respect your privacy. Come to your total relaxation getaway. Large family room with a wood-burning fireplace and a 64" smart TV. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a 4-piece bathroom. All bedrooms have 42"smart TVs with new beds. Both bathrooms are newly remodeled and have heated floors. Large eat-in kitchen that is fully stocked with cooking utensils and some basic food. There is an 8-person hot tub, a 20'X50' pool, 3 ponds, and a waterfall, The ski resort bus picks up across the street and Snow Bird is 8 miles up the hill. We are close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. We are 20 min. to the airport and downtown. We are 45 min. from Park City.

Can not state this loud enough that this was the best baseball tournament our 11year has ever been too, why?She got to come back everyday to the most amazing pool and backyard. Watching deer cross the trail while floating in the pool! Bring on the baseball in UTAH.

Convenient to Alta/Snowbird

Good place, clean, Mike was a great host, even stocked kitchen with food items. We used it as a base to go to Alta, Snowbird, and Solitude and it was very convenient. Near grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants as well.

The Fulton Family Summer Getaway.

This is our 3rd time staying at Mike's wonderful property. the grandkids love the pool and the accommodations are very comfortable. Beautiful home with great pool

We stayed at this house during a heat wave and really appreciated the large, beautiful pool. Michael was extremely responsive if we needed anything. The house was very well maintained and an easy drive to central Salt Lake City and the airport.

Wonderful stay!

We spent a month at this property and had a wonderful experience! The house is clean, well-equipped, and well-appointed. We cooked every night and had everything we needed, including every spice we wanted, and we backed with easy. The grocery store is just down the street. We skied or hiked everyday, depending on the weather, with easy access to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. We loved the well-established quiet neighborhood We also loved the lovely private backyard with a hot tub we used a lot and beautiful Mountain views. Our host was terrific, very responsive and always friendly. This was a delightful stay!

Feels like home

This is a lovely home...and it feels like you are staying at a friends place in some ways-in a good lived-in kind of way. The kitchen is more than ample, and for foodies like us, it was perfect for all the meals we cooked. The backyard is stunning, not only with a luxurious hot tub, but complete with snow capped mountain views. Mike, the host lives on the lower floor and is incredibly kind, leaving you space and privacy, while being available if you need him.

Fabulous

We enjoyed every minute of our stay and honestly didn’t want to leave. So many nice touches from well equipped kitchen, fluffy robes and slippers, everything clean and spacious. The salt water pool and hot tub were amazing. While relaxing poolside we saw hawks, quail family and two deer. Mountain View was gorgeous! All in all it is a destination in and of itself. We will be back!!

Great summer getaway!

We had a wonderful weekend "staycation" at this home! The pool was so much fun - the whole backyard is just gorgeous, the view is spectacular and the grill and smoker were so fun during our stay! We even stayed outside when it started raining because we loved being out there so much. The home has such a fun feel - they've done a great job decorating and rennovating the house. We enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen and living room together watching TV and playing games. The bathrooms were gorgeous, the beds were nice - although - we ended up giving the kids the nicest bedroom so we could have more privacy, which meant we got a full size bed. (The primary bedroom has two beds to accomodate more sleepers.) The kitchen had plenty of dishes and necessities. There was almost so much stuff (dishes, pantry items) it felt just a little overwhelming - but that's just a personal preference. Michael was so kind and helpful any time I had questions and showed us how everything worked. We will definitely stay here again - this home is a gem!

I was born and raised in the Salt Lake City area. The area has been a fantastic place to raise our six kids. My wife is from Houston, TX. We enjoy the outdoors and everything available for recreation. We have been hosting since 2017. Hosting has been rewarding to us because of all the fascinating people we have met over the years.

Why they chose this property

We have lived in this beautiful neighborhood since 1992. The view from the living room is wonderful, there is a view of the south side of the valley. The home has an awesome view of the majestic Wasatch mountains. Snowbird and Alta ski resorts are less than 10 miles away. There is a bus service that literally can pick you up across the street and get you directly there.

What makes this property unique

The home is supplied with everything you need to have a perfect stay. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, and appliances to cook the meals that you enjoy. Use also have exclusive use of the outdoor pool and hot tub. Included is the outdoor kitchen, with a gas grill, smokers, two refrigerators, and a barkeeper's stand. This is the perfect place for a getaway or a staycation.
