Villa fully fenced on 2000m2 of greenery with its landscaped garden with Provencal scents planted with olive trees and palm trees, a haven of peace reigns, serenity and rest assured.
We offer our low of villa any comfort for a maximum of 4 people (2 adults and two children maxi) composed of a stay seen on its garden and private swimming pool 6x5, of a new and modern American kitchen with all its proper equipment. A bathroom with Italian shower. The room (cot and bath on request) all refreshed by air conditioning.
A little piece of paradise to spend pleasant holidays in the peace without all the cradle by the song of the cicadas near your private swimming pool.
In the heart of the vineyards of Bandol between the villages of La Cadière D'Azur and the medieval village of Castellet beautiful lanes have retained their authenticity.
Many Aqualand Aqualand activities for adults and children in 5 minutes without forgetting the visits on our most beautiful site Port Cros, the island of Levant, the island of Porquerolles.

Superb!

Great gite, modern and very well looked after with every appliance you could need. Stylish bathroom with fantastic walk in shower. Living area perfectly laid out with breakfast bar, table and chairs but we took the option to eat at the outside patio adjacent the pool with great views. Private pool was clean, heated and very relaxing. We spent many hours at or in the pool. The gardens are immaculately landscaped with a sweeping drive and our own parking bay. It is refreshing to have the options to either take your own towels and bed linen or if you want to pay for these to be provided. Location is very private and quiet and only a short drive to local shops and for us an amazing beach at Saint Cyr-sur-Mer and great selection of very good quality restaurants. Myself and my wife booked this for our wedding anniversary get away and we were not disappointed. The only downside was that we had to leave at the end of our holiday. Thank you Michel & Laurence for your hospitality and making our stay extra special.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in der Provence! Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft selbst ist tipptopp gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – eigentlich sogar mehr, als man es von anderen Ferienwohnungen gewohnt ist. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Pool, der perfekt für entspannte Stunden war. Die Lage inmitten der traumhaften Landschaft der Provence ist ideal für Ausflüge, Wanderungen und zum Genießen der Natur. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement de vacances en Provence ! Les hôtes sont incroyablement chaleureux et serviables, nous nous sommes donc immédiatement sentis les bienvenus. Le logement lui-même est impeccablement entretenu et équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin - en fait plus que ce que vous attendez d'autres appartements de vacances. Catastrophique!

- Photos non conformes à la réalité. - Location attenante à un garage: odeur d'essence permanente jusque dans la chambre à coucher (porte de garage régulièrement ouverte, pour atténuer cette odeur entêtante, ce qui ne fonctionne pas et présence dans la location de batons de senteurs sensés avoir le même effet) - Dans le studio deux fenêtres avec stores fermés car donnant directement dans le-dit garage - Photos de la piscine trompeuses: pas les mèmes transats mais des qui sont vieux et abimés (un avec pare-soleil, l'autre sans) - La piscine est bcp plus petite qu'elle n'en à l'air et la fonction "bain à remous" est désuette et ridicule - La piscine n'a pas été lavée pendant notre séjour: nous avons la première semaine nettoyé les saletés avec une épuisette (le propriétaire nous avait dit qu'il s'en occuperait) - La deuxième semaine se sont développés des mousses verdâtres, nous ne nous sommes plus baignés - La piscine n'a finalement été nettoyée que la veille de notre départ - Les transats se trouvent près d'une petite cabane abritant le moteur de la piscine: vrombissement garantie de 10 heures du matin au soir - Aboiements de chiens de certains voisins, ainsi que les echos des voitures du circuit du Castelet - Literie catastrophique 22 euro par per pour un drap de dessous troué et des housses de couettes sans couettes. Sommier rudimentaire - Internet très faible 1ere semaine et inexistant la deuxième sans réaction du propriétaire - Photos au cas ou. Expérience misérable.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt. Bisher war noch keines unserer bisher genutzten Unterkünfte so gut mit ausgestattet wie dieses. In der Küche fehlt einem absolut nichts. Sollte doch einmal irgendetwas sein, helfen Michel und Laurence immer sofort. Der Außenbereich ist traumhaft und dort kann man viele Stunden verbringen. Auch die umliegende Gegend ist ein absoluter Traum. Vielen Dank für diesen perfekten Urlaub, wir werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Le gîte est parfait et très bien éqiupé. La cuisine est trés belle et il manque rien. Si de l'aide ou des conseils sont nécessaires, Michel et Laurence aident toujours immédiatement. L'extérieur est fantastique et on peut y passer de nombreuses heures. La region est aussi un rêve. Merci beaucoup à Maëva, Laurence et Michel pour les vacances parfaites, nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

L'appartement est agréable, très bien équipé, très propre, bien situé, au calme mais à proximité de tout ce qu'il faut et pas loin de la mer. La piscine est un vrai plus. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui font tout ce qu'il faut pour que le séjour se passe bien. Bref, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par les lieux à notre arrivés. C'est une très belle location qui permet de profiter du calme. Super endroit. La piscine, totalement privée, est très agréable pour réposer. L'appartement, equipement fourni très complet et moderne. La situation est aussi parfait pour découvrir cette belle region. Nous avons apprecié l'acceuil ainsi que la discretion de Michel. Nous avons tout simplement passé une très, très agréable séjour et nous recommandons sans hésiter la maison de Michel.

Gaarne aanvullen in de beschrijving; Het zwembad heeft een afmeting van 6x5 meter en is 1.40 diep. Vanaf 10.00 tot 18.00 uur in de zon. De TV is alleen ingesteld op Franse zender. Het woord villa is overdreven, het is een appartement in de onderbouw van de villa naast de toegang tot de garage. Alleen toegang appartement via de schuifpui, die afgesloten kan worden met elektrisch bedienbare rolluik. De slaapkamer en woonkamer hebben kozijnen die uitkomen in de garage en zijn voorzien van gordijntjes. Ventilatie alleen via de schuifpui. Eigenaar spreekt minder talen dan beschreven staat. Niet geschikt voor 4 personen. Aardige locatie maar niet voor de gevraagde prijs.

Le top du top !

Quand le portail s'ouvre pour la première fois, on comprend très vite que les vacances vont très bien se passer ! On reconnait rapidement notre "petit coin privé extérieur détente" comme sur les photos. (non ! Encore mieux que sur les photos) Terrasse entre des palmiers (où même à Miami, on trouve pas mieux) et des très beaux oliviers. La piscine, totalement privée et sécurisée, est très sympa pour s'amuser ! Et elle est parfaitement nettoyée avant notre arrivée. L'intérieur du logement est comme on dit, nickel ! Propre, déco design et il ne manque rien (clim, machine à laver, four...). Cuisine américaine moderne, Salle de bain (comment dire ?) au top du top, écran plat, lit et canapé clic clac très confortable ! Autre point fort de cette location : la situtation ! A nous les marchés nocturnes de Sanary ou Bandol, la plage de St Cyr et Aqualand sont à moins de 10 minutes, les boutiques magnifiques du Castellet nous attendent, tout comme les nombreuses caves à vin, et ne pas oublier d'aller faire un tour au petit marché provençal du Jeudi matin à la Cadière qui est à deux pas... Enfin, des propriétaires discrets, au service de leurs locataires. Ils ont pensé à tout pour qu'on puisse passer de supers vacances ! Ils ont même mis des cigales de partout... Lol ! Bref, très compliqué de trouver mieux à ce tarif, à mon avis ! Coucou à Maeva (et encore un très bon anniversaire)... Et vivement l'année prochaine ! Sébastien, Océane, Léane et Lukas.
