Lovely Spanish resort

Very few English speaking locals. We had a wonderful time as my husband is able to speak Spanish. Apartment well placed for beach, supermarkets, restaurants, all within walking distance. There has been a lot of investment in the area and the promenade is going to be beautiful. Owner helpful and met us on our arrival. Would definitely visit again.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et nous avons eu un très bon accueil de la part de l’hôte. L’appartement est propre, la piscine agréable et la résidence calme. Malgré que l’appartement ne soit pas très grand Il convient parfaitement pour une famille de 4 personne.

Tout d'abord nous tenons à dire un grand merci à Conchi qui est une personne adorable, à l'écoute et très réactive en cas de petits soucis. Nous avons eu quelques désagréments au début de notre séjour. Grille pain hors service et Conchi nous en a apporté un tout neuf dans le courant même de la journée. La cafetière est tombée en panne et Conchi nous en a apporté une nouvelle le jour même. Le décodeur satellite n'a plus fonctionné et à nouveau Conchi à été plus qu'efficace, nous avons eu la réparation faite le jour même. Vraiment merci beaucoup. L'appartement dispose d'une terrasse superbe où il y a le soleil juste le matin et c'est l'idéal l'été pour pouvoir y manger. Nécessaire de cuisine juste l'essentiel et pour les vacances c'est suffisant. L'appartement est situé à moins de 5 minutes de la première crique. C'est top. Quelques petits bémols : la douche est extrêmement petite, un carré de 60cmX60cm et il faut rentrer en travers. Les toilettes sont collées à la douche d'un côté donc difficile de se positionner et le matelas à ressorts de la grande chambre n'est pas très confortable. Mais tout cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer d'excellentes vacances dans cet appartement où il y a la clim dans les chambres et le salon cuisine. Le top. Il faut quand même préciser qu'une personne de très forte corpulence ne pourrait pas se doucher et sûrement pas aller aux WC. C'est le seul vrai gros problème. Encore un grand merci à Conchi pour tout

Toller Urlaub - tolle Unterkunft

Bei der Wohnung gibt es einfach nichts zu meckern! Lage, Meerblick, Klimaanlage, Ausstattung ... - alles TOP! Die vorbeirasenden Züge nimmt man zwar wahr, sie stören aber nicht. Im Gegenteil, wir haben sie eher als unterhaltsam empfunden, wenn sie mit affenartiger Geschwindigkeit praktisch über die Straße brausen. Seltsamerweise hat das Navi des Mietwagens die Straße nicht gekannt; hat dann ein paar Minuten länger gedauert. Aber da kann die bezaubernde und stets hilfsbereite Conchi ja auch nichts für. Also: 5 Sterne ohne Einschränkung!

Gemütliche Strandnahe Wohnung!

Wir haben uns in die Wohnung verliebt, da sie sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Alles war sehr sauber. Der Balkon mit Meerblick und Poolblick ist geräumig. Die nahe Bahnlinie störte uns nicht wirklich und die musikalische Abendunterhaltung aus den umliegenden Lokalen fanden wir unterhaltsam, wenn wir auf dem Balkon saßen. Die A/C ist top und im Hochsommer auch nötig. Parkplätze vorm Haus reichlich vorhanden. Da die Bahnlinie überall zu Fuß überquert werden kann, sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch nah. Die nahegelegene Bucht ist nett, aber hat ab Spätnachmittag keine Sonne mehr, daher bevorzugten wir den langen Strand am Ende der Straße. Die Gegend ist zwar insgesamt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Anlage in der die Wohnung ist, war gepflegt (Poolreinigung, Treppenhausreinigung und Rasenmähen während unseres Aufenthalts). Fazit: Es hat alles super geklappt. Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Conchi ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Muchas Gracias!

Lumineux et design, à deux pas de la plage.

Bel appartement au 2e étage d'une résidence située à 50 mètres de la petite crique du "Solitario", sur le littoral de Miami Playa. L'appartement est lumineux, meublé design, et dispose d'une terrasse permettant à quatre personne d'y prendre éventuellement ses repas. A la période où nous y séjournons (mai-juin), la résidence est très calme, la piscine toujours disponible. Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours à l'écoute. La situation de l'appartement est le point de départ idéal pour explorer les merveilles de la Costa Daurada. Nombreux commerces à proximité.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans l'appartement de conchi, il est très agréable très bien équipé, wifi, clim,une bonne literie le seul petit point faible c'est le train qui passe juste à coté mais on si fait et il ne passe pas la nuit. L'appartement est bien situé pour profiter des belles plages et criques, pas assez de restos, boutiques...mais de jolies villes à visiter pas très loin. Les propriétaires sont adorables et conchi parle le francais. Une bonne adresse que nous garderons afin de pouvoir y retourner

Appartement vraiment très agréable, vue magnifique, cadre calme (en hors saison. Un petit bémol toutefois par rapport à la voie ferrée qui passe juste derrière.
