Amazing location, very clean, safe, wonderful A/C and shower. Ideal for allergy-sensitive people. The walls are a little thin, and parking takes a bit to figure out for non-locals. All in all, very excellent place!

This delightful little cottage is everything it claims to be. We spent a month at the property while visiting family. The location is very convenient to local attractions as well as the freeways you need to access. The tiny space is so cute and well appointed and lives much larger than you would expect. The host has considered every detail. It made our stay so pleasant and we will return.

Lovely place to stay

My stay in this unit was extremely pleasant. Shannon is a wonderful host and very generous - sharing fresh tomatoes from her own garden, and allowing me to use a bike, which came with a lock. I used it to get everywhere during my 1 month stay. The unit itself was cute, clean, and had everything I needed. It offered a lot of privacy and was well-stocked with plenty of kitchen and bakeware, as well as soap, cleaning supplies, and even bathroom essentials (mini shampoos, conditioners). A cleaning service came halfway during my stay and deep cleaned everything while I was out. I would definitely return. I highly recommend this 10/10 cottage!

Efficiently and nicely appointed kitchen, with stackable washer and dryer. Comfortable king size bed. Excellent shower. No good way to watch the large screen TV in the kitchen living room area because it is not on a swivel mount. You can easily walk to La Hacienda Hispanic grocery store with an excellent meat counter and Mexican style food to go. Delicious cafés Zoe with bakery goods and a few breakfast items and some wine and beer.
