In addition to a heated pool in the summer and a cottage with a hot tub, this spacious 185 m² home offers a magnificent view of the ocean. You can also enjoy a large, fenced-in garden.

Everything you need for your holiday with family and friends is provided:

We arrived early and the owners were still making the property ready for us, they showed us where we could go while we were waiting When we arrived later on the owners, Florence and Phillipe were most welcoming and the property was very clean, Phillipe showed us how to work the pool etcWe had a lovley week, weather was good most of the week and we would return

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison très spacieuse, parfaitement propre et très bien équipée. Les lits sont confortables et les nombreux équipements permettent de profiter pleinement des vacances, avec notamment la piscine et le jacuzzi, très appréciables.La situation est également un vrai point fort : la mer et la plage sont à proximité immédiate, tout comme le GR34 pour de très belles balades.Quelques précisions toutefois, qui nous semblent utiles car elles n’apparaissent pas dans l’annonce : un camping est directement mitoyen du terrain. Cela entraîne forcément un peu d’animation et de passage : animations le soir jusqu’à environ 23h, ramassage des poubelles tôt le matin et va-et-vient des voitures et vacanciers juste devant la maison, ce qui limite un peu le sentiment d’intimité. Le moteur de la piscine fonctionne également non-stop et son bruit est perceptible depuis l’intérieur de la maison.Ces quelques points n’enlèvent rien aux qualités de la maison, mais nous semblent importants à connaître pour choisir son séjour en toute connaissance de cause. Nous avons pour notre part apprécié l’espace, le confort et surtout la proximité exceptionnelle avec la mer.

Maison très confortable et spacieuse pour les grandes familles. Proximité des plages à pied très appréciable.Piscine et jaccuzi conforme aux photos et situés dans un jardin disposant de zones ombragées , de plusieurs transats ....Maison très bien équipée mais parfois quelques ustensiles un peu vieillissant méritant d être renouvelé. L hote a été agréable et très réactif en cas de besoin ce qui est à souligner .

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in een prachtige omgeving. Het huis is ruim en was ontzettend netjes en schoon. Boven badkamer is wel wat verouderd, enkele gebreken en douchen in bad. De badkamer beneden daarentegen erg ruim en mooi.Keuken had alle benodigdheden, wel maar 3 kookpitjes, wat het koken voor 10 personen soms wel om wat creativiteit vroeg.Daarnaast buiten een heerlijk zwembad, jacuzzi en fijne ligstoelen. Aardige gastheer, bij vragen reageerde hij vlot.Wij hebben genoten samen, bedankt!

Excellent séjour en famille

Accueil chaleureux par les hôtes, également arrangeants et disponibles. La maison est très jolie, idéale pour 10 ou 12 personnes/adultes, avec de vrais lits et une literie confortable. Elle est spacieuse, très propre et très bien équipée.5 chambres à l'étage et 1 au RDC.1 magnifique salle d'eau en bas et une salle de bain à l'étage. 2 WC.La maison possède une piscine (non accessible en hiver) et un jacuzzi. Durant notre séjour en hiver nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi, très agréable.La maison a enchanté toute la famille.Elle est située au Pouldu, à quelques pas de la plage.Je recommande vivement pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Villa conforme à l' annoce.Propriétaires très sympas, très arrangeants, disponibles. Maison très bien agencée,.emplacement au top ,près de la plage, on a adoré ! Piscine et spa au top. Location au pouldu

Je recommande cette location qui est conforme à l annonce. Idéal avec des amis car les chambres sont confortable. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont des plus. De nombreuses balades à faire à pieds autour de la maison. Nous reviendrons.
