You are at "Olive Bleue-cogolin" PRIVATE POOL FOR YOU ONLY.

Come and relax, share our tranquility.
The property and in 1 place close to the shops. The great strength of this rental is its private pool area with the double kitchen so a Pool-House facing south. Note: Pool & Pool-house closed in low season (November to March).
Secure, fenced, private parking, motorized gate. Wall-mounted air-conditioned rental, 3 large rooms: 1 large room 36m² 1 bed 160cm with mattress and relaxation 1 Mattress relaxing electronic back massage and Table Billiard. A very large living room Fully equipped kitchen materials of great qualities. Dining room, TV, sofa bed. A very large bathroom. Angle bathtub & 2 sinks. All this with 1 WiFi access.

ESPACE POOL-HOUSE: entirely private, it includes a fully equipped summer kitchen, plancha, electric BBQ & charcoal, fridge, microwave, induction hob, kettle, espresso, 2 tables, chairs, dishes, kitchen utensils . In this space there is a shower & toilet.
 A garden for lounging or sunbathing at your disposal. For sportsmen, a badminton net, these rackets, and a ping-pong table are waiting for you! The rental is 1 large space of 87sqm in the top of the villa. Only one rental in the Place. The owner is next door, we are discreet & available with the pleasure of receiving you.
Hairdresser service possible on site if needed.
The property is 800m from the Village near amenities at 350m and the countryside.

*RULES AND RESERVATION POLICY, ADDITIONAL DETAILS :
For everyone's comfort, please take note of these points:

-Faced with the current situation, our cleaning protocol is rigorous.

- 1 Rental contract "model specimen" will be sent automatically by the platform for any reservation request (in French or English on request) the personalized contract will include the terms and conditions.

- In order not to be debited, the deposit will not be applied online but will be deposited at the arrival: French check or cash 620€ returned the day of departure.

- The maximum capacity is 3 persons, (adult or child)

- Electricity: from October to the end of April is extra / meter consumption.

- The cleaning will be left clean, or it will be done on request, in supplement.

- The linen if you wish it is in option: kitchen towels, and bathrooms
pack sheets, (prepared bed).

- The place is not adapted to any animal: welcome 1 small, provide 1 supplement.

- Smokers are accepted on condition that they smoke outside.

- At the reception 1 courtesy tray will be offered.

RECOMMENDED PERIODS: Out of season, the gulf and more Zen. The stay with us will please you share its location close to the countryside, close to the splendours of the Gulf & trendy evenings. Everything is gathered to diversify your calm or hectic activities.

Ruhige Wohnung mit Gartennutzung

Die Wohnung ist praktisch, sauber und gemütlich unter dem Dach. Man hat keine direkte Terasse aus der Wohnung, sondern geht eine Treppe nach unten, durch das Büro der Besitzer und am Friseursalon vorbei nach hinten in den Garten mit Pool. Der ist sehr hübsch und man hat alles für sich allein. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber das sollte man wissen, dass man doch immer auf Leute auf dem Grundstück trifft inkl. der Besitzer. Diese sind sehr nett und freundlich und sind sehr zurückgezogen. Man sollte jedoch französisch sprechen können, da sie kein Englisch sprechen. Alles in allem ein komfortabler, erholsamer Aufenthalt auf großem Grundstück mit Parkmöglichkeit, nette Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Sommerküche haben wir nicht genutzt, weil es abends zum Kochen im Oktober schon zu früh dunkel und zu frisch ist. Zudem hatten wir abends draußen sehr viele Mücken, da wollten wir nicht draußen essen. Wirklich sehr nette Besitzer.

Sehr, sehr schön!

Alle vorhanden, was man braucht! Viel Platz, in der Wohnung und am Pool. In der Wohnung sollten sich große Menschen ein wenig "vorsehen", es ist eine Dachwohnung und an einigen Stellen "nicht so hoch (Aua!). Doch dafür ist man ja selber verantwortlich ;-)!

Traumhafte Unterkunft!

Wir verbrachten hier eine tolle Woche in dieser wirklich sehr schönen und sauberen Unterkunft! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, lassen einen völlig in Ruhe! Man sieht niemanden und hat die traumhafte Aussenanlage komplett für sich alleine. Toller Pool, sehr schönes Poolhaus mit Toilette, Dusche und Aussenküche. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein tolles Badezimmer und ein mediterranes Flair. Bei Bedarf Klimaanlage (war gar nicht notwendig- Unterkunft gut isoliert!), Auto steht absolut sicher, geschützte Anlage. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Enfin de retour !!!!!

L'an dernier nous avons eu la mauvaise idée "d'aller voir ailleurs", simplement pour découvrir une autre région, vivre une autre expérience... mais l'herbe n'est pas plus verte ailleurs. Cette année nous nous sommes empressés de revenir à Cogolin dans cette magnifique villa. Quel plaisir de retrouver le petit appartement toujours aussi coquet, le jardin, la piscine toujours merveilleusement entretenue (Merci Jésus !) et le pool-house, notre pool-house où nous passons toujours beaucoup de temps soit quand le soleil tape trop fort ou pour nous mitoner des bons petits plats de la région. Quel plaisir de retrouver le golf : Gassin, Grimaud, le marché de Saint-Tropez ou de La Croix Valmer..; Enfin bon j'arrête là sinon je vais donner trop d'envie aux lecteurs et se sera complet pour nous l'année prochaine car oui, nous y retrournerons !!!

Superbe villa très bien entretenue avec climatisation que nous avons utilisé chaque jour car il faisons très chaud . belle piscine réservée uniquement pour nous. Nous avons eu notre intimité tant les propriétaires se font très discrets. Propriétaires toujours à l écoute et très sympathiques. Endroit calme . Supermarché Leclerc à 600 m. Vous pouvez même vous y rendre à pied. Cuisine intérieure et extérieure avec tous les équipements nécessaires (barbecue, plancha, microondes , four, percolateur, machine à laver . Etc.... Tout pour passer des vacances idéales. Villa proche de Port Grimaud, St Tropez, Gassin, Ste Maxime. Nous reviendrons trés certainement. Une séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location. Le lieu idéalement placé pour les visites est semblable aux photos et très propre. Nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires charmants, discrets mais disponibles. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié passer de longs moments au bord de la piscine avec son pool housse attenant. Séjour de rêve

Année après année nous nous rendons dans ce lieu paradisiaque de villégiature. Cette période a de nouveau été pour nous le moment pour retrouver calme et sérénité après une grosse année de travail. Cet endroit a tout de l'endroit idéal, c'est vraiment un coin de paradis. Les photos du site sont l'exact reflet de la réalité, pas de mensonges, pas de mauvaises surprises, zéro désagrément. On s'y rend les yeux fermés. Vous voulez du rêve, du bonheur pendant une petite période, alors foncez sans retenue. Je ne veux pas vous faire le numéro du bon commercial lourdaud qui essaie de vous vendre une produit que lui même n'a jamais essayé. Mais simplement essayer de vous donner l'envie de vous y rendre pour partager le même bonheur que l'on vit quand nous y sommes. Et pour terminer concernant les propriétaires on ne peut pas louer ce petit coin de paradis si on n'est pas du même acabit. Donc à ce titre moi personnellement je leur decerne la palme du loueur de l'année.

Vacances réussies grâce à cette très belle location, bien entretenue, bien située et au calme. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et l'amabilité des propriétaires très discrets. Un grand choix de restaurants dans la ville a quelques minutes à pied (merci pour vos recommendations). Bon départ pour des balades en vélo pour les sportifs.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Wir wohnten mit unserem elfjährigen Sohn in einer wunderschönen komfortablen mit Klimaanlage versehenen Obergeschoss-Wohnung mit großem Bad, großem Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich mit Schlafcouch und Fernseher (allerdings ohne Empfang deutscher Sender - was aber in dieser tollen Gegend kein Problem ist), schönem Küchenbereich sowie großem Schlafzimmer inklusive Billardtisch. Die sehr netten Vermieter bewohnen die hiervon räumlich getrennte Erdgeschoss-Wohnung. Den sehr gepflegten Garten- und Poolbereich samt Tischtennisplatte und tollem Poolhaus mit Küche (inklusive Grill), Toilette und Dusche hatten wir für uns alleine. Dort und in der Wohnung funktionierte das Wifi problemlos. Vom Ferienhaus aus sind viele sehenswerte Städtchen (Grimaud, Port Grimaud, Grassin, Ramatuelle oder St. Tropez) und Strände (Pampelone, L'Escalet, La Croix-Valmer oder Cavalaire-sur-Mer) schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns bei dem französich und spanisch sprechenden Ehepaar Fernandez sehr wohl gefühlt und eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche verbracht.

Détente assurée

Location très agréable, très bien équipée et très bien pensée. La piscine et son pool-house privatif permet de profiter de super moments au bord de l'eau. ( pouvoir prendre ses repas au bord de la piscine est très appréciable ) Tout est pensé pour le bien être des vacanciers. La location se situe a proximité immédiate des axes pour visiter les nombreux villages et lieux touristique, mais dans un coin très calme. A noter une grande surface très proche. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très gentils. Ils n'hésitent pas a vous donner de nombreux conseils pour vos visites. A bientôt a Cogolin. Marc
