Qualche giorno di relax al mare

Per prima cosa devo dire che la proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibilissima. La posizione della casa è ottima, la spiaggia privata di fronte alla casa è estremamente comoda, anche se si consigliano le scarpette da scoglio per il tipo di fondale. La casa è ben rifornita e completamente corrispondente alla descrizione presente sul sito!

Comoda e pratica per mamme con bimbi

Una casa piccolina ma ben organizzata per 4persone. Pulizia eccellente. L'accesso al mare senza prendere la macchina e la possibilità di stare insieme ad altri bimbi in un complesso chiuso con spazi condivisi. Ideale per famiglie.

Casa Santa Marinella

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane presso l'appartamento. Si trova in una palazzina con parcheggio interno. L'appartamento si presenta pulito ed attrezzato. È presente tutto,dalle lenzuola/asciugamani alle stoviglie.Ci sarebbero delle migliorie da apportare,soprattutto qualcosa per il caldo,magari un condizionatore. Nel canone era compreso dell'uso della spiaggia,ma noi non lo abbiamo usato,in quanto spiaggia con i sassi. Posso dire che è stata bello e rilassante,in più la proprietaria una persone gentilissima.

Il posto per una vacanza perfetta

Cercavo un affitto congruo con la nostra possibilità, e abbiamo trovato molto di più di quello che aspettavo, gentilezza, accoglienza e comodità, indubbiamente le cose di cui oggi non è facile trovare, bene Caterina c'è lo ha offerto, per questo consiglio a chiunque voglia avere una vacanza indimenticabile di contattarla vivamente. Località perfetta ed adatta a chi cerca pace e relax.

Appartamento pulito e ben sistemato, arredamento 'old style' da classica abitazione sul mare 'della nonna'. La signora Katia è stata molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. La casa è davvero vicinissima alla spiaggia ed è la soluzione più comoda e versatile per qualsiasi soluzione si voglia adattare per il pranzo. Il nostro appartamento era fornito di piastre ad induzione comode e facili da pulire. Si consiglia vivamente il soggiorno a chi crede di trascorrere giorni al mare con lo spirito e l'ambiente originale e tradizionale cercando di usufruire di tutte le comodità disponibili.

Bellissima vacanza!

Davvero un bel soggiorno, la casa è dotata di tutti i confort necessari e soprattutto avendo un bambino piccolo è stata di grande utilità la vicinanza al mare (un tratto a piedi di un paio di minuti!!!) e i servizi della spiaggia privata compresi nel l'affitto della casa! Consigliatissimo..

Appartamento ideale per esplorare i dintorni

L'immobile rispecchia grosso modo la descrizione del sito web. L'indubbia comodità è la collocazione in prossimità di un'arteria stradale principale e la possibilità di parcheggiare nel cortile interno a cui si accede mediante cancello automatico. La casa è fornita di elettrodomestici nuovissimi ed è ben accessoriata. L'unico inconveniente è stato il lato veranda un po caldo al pomeriggio. Al momento del nostro soggiorno la spiaggia non era ancora attrezzata, comunque è collocata su un bel tratto di costa ben ventilato e esposto al sole. Nel complesso è l'appartamento permette sia di raggiungere in brevissimo tempo le spiagge di Santa Marinella e Santa Severa sia, in un' ora circa, la Toscana.

Very special, not for all suitable

First of all, this place is not at all quiet. There is a railway Rome-Pisa in 50m with trains running round the clock. Then, there is very noisy apartment right in front of. For example, one night we have been listening for a very loud music till 2 o'clock night. The beach is very small (about 20 paired placed), but the condominium is relatively large. So the beach is regularly overcrowded. The beach itself is very special: it is shallow, stony, with a lot of seaweed and echinoids. So you will need special shoes, and walk a lot if you want to swim. Buy swimming shoes at home, as here they are of the very low quality, even in special shops. If you add gloves and ability to freedive - it is allowed to collect echinoids, they are delicious. There is also a scuba diving club in a Santa Marinella port, and it is allowed to hunt in a sea (I do not know if you need a license for hunting). The climate is very wet, so it is very hard to sleep in an apartment without air conditioning. TV signal is poor, interesting channels often and suddenly disappear. No touristic industry at all. There is only one restaurant near with very regular food, no bar and huge prices. There are only a few good restaurants in a city centre. For evening entertainments you will need to drive to Cevitavecchia. No internet, and it makes a problem if you want to visit museums in Rome, as some of them require booking, others collect huge lines if you have no booking. For example, we waited for Vatican entrance for two hours. Coliseum line is typically hours too. Overall, we understood that it is typical for the Italy west beach, Adriatic beach is much better.

per chi cerca un appartamento con la comodità della spiaggia privata completa di sdraie e ombrellone appena di fronte,con il parcheggio privato del residence in prossimità di tutti i servizi, vicino a roma ,civitavecchia e le belle zone interne etrusche questo è l ideale .ci ritornerei volentieri e lo consiglierei ad un amico

"Het is een prima appartement. Basic, maar prima. Stenenstrandje behorend bij appartementgebouw aan de overkant van de weg met eigen stoelen/parasollen. Wel bij drukke weg en waterschoentjes aan om t water in te gaan, maar erg lekker dat t zo dichtbij is."
