Wonderful position, surrounded by green pine forest of Dolomiti area, only 100 meters from famous Hotel Cristallo. For informations contact the owner at: orlandinimaria4&gmail.com. The apartment is very quite (access through private street), away from crowd but in the meantime very close to Cortina center. Downtown area is reachable in only 10-15 minutes by walking on the former Railway Street of Dolomiti mountain, now converted on a beautiful sightseeing path across Cortina. The property, which is offering great comfort, it’s large and finished with typical “Ampezzano Style” with wood covering walls and ceiling, creating a warm environment. The dining room is large and comfortable, equipped with TV and digital ground signal. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one equipped with shower and the second one with bathtube/shower. There’re 3 bedrooms. The master one with private bathroom access and king bed. The other two have twin bed each. A balcony with pine forest view is accessible from dining room or master bedroom. Note: the apartment isn’t equipped with bed sheets and towels. If needed those may be rent through local service.

Great Base for Exploring the Dolomites

Clean, spacious and well presented apartment. Located in a convenient spot which is easy to access and a 20 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Only minor issue is the hot water can be a bit temperamental. The owner is easy to contact and responds promptly to any issues/queries.

Ideal para estancias de una semana o más

Cocina súper completa con enorme cantidad de menaje. Lavadora y lavavajillas en perfectas condiciones de funcionamiento con sus detergentes. Echamos en falta un buen jabón para lavar platos, ollas... a mano, y falta trapos y papel de cocina. Habitaciones limpias, confortables. Baños impecables, echamos en falta una pastilla de jabón. Un detallazo que haya paraguas, los usamos en un día de fuerte lluvia. Tuvimos una falta de agua una noche a raíz de la tormenta, se solucionó rápidamente sin necesidad de intervención, pero aun así la propietaria respondió rápidamente a nuestros mensajes y llamadas. Echamos en falta una piscina en el condominio (esto no es una cuestión relativa a los propietarios)

Un'aria di famiglia

Abbiamo passato una bella settimana a fine inverno in questa accogliente mansarda. La casa ha senz'altro una sua personalità: funzionale e perfettamente equipaggiata (ad esempio la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, gli armadi sono ben capienti ed i bagni sono assolutamente nuovi), dimostra di essere stata vissuta ma al contempo sempre molto curata. Noi eravamo 5 (due adulti e tre bambini) ma la casa può ospitare comodamente sei persone e volendo, una volta sostituito il divano, potrebbe accogliere anche 8 persone (un minimo sportive e amanti della vita all'aperto). Una sera durante il nostro soggiorno è nevicato e questo ha aggiunto fascino alla vacanza, solo che, trattandosi di una villa in fondo alla strada e su un piccolo poggio, forse per via del sale sparso in misura minore la neve si era accumulata velocemente. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà superabile e comunque avremmo potuto parcheggiare l'auto in uno spiazzo 50 metri sotto casa - cosa che ora nelle medesime circostanze mi sentirei di consigliare, anche rinunciando all'uso del comodo garage. Del resto la posizione della casa è molto panoramica e, confinando con il bosco, sul mezzogiorno dalla finestra del salotto, abbiamo avuto la sorpresa di vedere i caprioli entrare nel parto di casa e brucare tranquillamente. Per noi ci sono stati tutti gli ingredienti per una indimenticabile vacanza invernale e senza dubbio con qualche minima miglioria la casa può diventare un piccolo angolo di paradiso per chiunque. La comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata ottima e il check-in facilissimo grazie a tutte le dettagliate istruzioni ricevute per tempo. La pulizia della casa era anch'essa molto buona. Segnalo infine che i vicini - villeggianti come noi e proprietari - sono stati cordiali e rispettosi, il che è senz'altro importante. Grazie!

Posizione affasciante ed a due passi dal centro. Appartamento arredato con gusto e pieno di ogni accessorio necessario ad un comodo soggiorno seppur breve. Ambiente caldo ed accogliente grazie alle piccole attenzioni della proprietà. Anche se abbiamo trovato due giorni di neve l’accesso al condomino è stato pulito presto e siamo riusciti ad avvicinarci senza particolari problemi. Camere comode e ben attrezzate. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Superbe séjour dans un cadre fabuleux!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Maria, début juillet! Nous sommes une famille de 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Le cadre est idyllique et le chalet est situé dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, à 15min à pied du centre de Cortina. L’appartement est très agréable et bien agencé, la cuisine, bien que petite, est très bien accessoirisée. La literie est confortable. Les 2 salles de bain étaient très appréciables. Maria a été réactive lorsque nous lui avons posé des questions par le biais de la messagerie Abritel. Nous recommandons ce logement! Merci :-)))

Note positive: appartamento dotato di tutti gli accessori, tranquillo, fuori dalla confusione del centro ma non lontano. Probabilmente qualche difficoltà in inverno per la forte pendenza della strada. Note negative: non penso che l' appartamento sia adeguato per ospitare sei persone. Due delle tre camere da letto sono molto piccole e i letti non sono adatti per persone alte più di un metro e settantacinque. I due bagni con aeratore e senza una finestrella. Accanto al piccolo lucernario di una delle stanze da letto c' era un nido di (vespe?) e diverse ragnatele. In generale, l' impressione di un ambiente non particolarmente pulito.
