This 240 m2 house will easily accommodate all your family or a few friends for the duration of the vacation. Its garden surrounded by pine trees has a large swimming pool but also a garden furniture with 14 chairs to allow you to have lunch or have an aperitif outside. You can let your children play without any problem since the entire property is surrounded by walls and the swimming pool has a roll-down protective shutter. Just 100 m from the house, you will find an open sandy beach where your children can play and walk. For swimming, you will find an ideal beach 10 minutes by bike.
The house is organized on one level around the 5 bedrooms: 4 of them have a double bed, and one of 2 single beds to accommodate a total of 10 people. You also have 2 baby cots. The house also offers the following equipment:

Magnifique villa, avec piscine bien entretenue et joli jardin. Maison bien équipée et tres propre. Contact cordial et réactif avec l'hotesse. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Petit bémol: literie un peu dure.

Perfect Villa

Property was perfect. We had a wonderful holiday. I am sure we will return and would not hesitate to recommend staying here. The only thing that was not great - the address given by VIRBO was insufficient to find the property. The full address from Natalie the manager is needed.

Verstecktes Ferienhaus mit Charme

Mit 3 Generationen, (5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder ) haben wir eine Woche in diesem hübschen Haus sehr genossen. Es ist sehr gekonnt konzipiert: großer Gemeinschaftsbereich und 4 abgetrennte Bereiche mit eigenen Bädern. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich zuhause gefühlt. Ein großer, sehr gepflegter Garten mit beheizbaren Pool, der geschlossen werden kann ist genial. Der kurze Weg zum Meer machte das Haus für uns perfekt. Merci !

Wonderful

The listing does not do this property justice. The house is very well equipped and extremely comfortable. The outdoor space is immaculate and the garden gets sun all day. There is no restaurant or shops to walk to but the local beach is great and as everywhere on the Il de Re is not far this is not a major issue. If you have family then this house offers everything that you could need.

Traumhaft schöne Villa am Meer

Ein wunderbares Haus, alles vorhanden und großzügig ausgestattet. da bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Der Garten ist extrem gepflegt , Ebenso der Pool einfach nur fantastisch. Wir würde jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub buchen! Schöner geht es nicht!

Lovely holiday

House was a great layout for our family holiday with each group having their own are of the house and use of their own bathroom. One point to note is that the toilets are not en suite. Very well equipped and the gardens were very well kept, enclosed and safe for our four small grandchildren. We were disappointed that it was not possible to walk to a sandy area of the beach with little ones as the access to the beach near the house is very rocky. When I contacted the owners via VRBO I seldom got answers, however when I text on the telephone number I was provided with by VRBO responses were prompt and the owner was very helpful in being on site for our supermarket delivery which arrived before us and packed this away for us.

Agency and property

The property was great and as presented in sales particulars. The only difficulty was finding it as all guests had problems. Satnav was useless but Google worked. Working through VRBO was difficult and communication with it poor. When a human (x2) could be contacted they both proved to be unable to deal with the point raised and just abandoned trying to resolve the issue. The email exchange process was cumbersome. I would not use this agency again

Séjour en famille.

Semaine en famille avec les enfants et les grands parents. La maison est très agréable, pour partager des moments ensemble et que chacun puisse aussi profiter de moments tranquilles. Le jardin est beau et très paisible. (N'ayant pas vu qu'à cette période le chauffage de la piscine était en option, nous n'en avons pas profité). Pour cuisiner, et partager des repas, tout est là ! Le coin est agréable. Un endroit parfait pour passer une merveilleuse semaine.

A very beautiful and tasteful accommodation in a great surrounding near to the sea. A perfect place for every activity on the island such as bicycling. The house is completely equipped and very well kept. Owner Nathalie is caring and makes you feel welcome. A perfect week.

Great location and spacious villa

We really enjoyed staying in the villa. It was clean, with a lovely secure garden and pool which our children loved. It was a shame we never met the owners and we’re not greeted or introduced to the property, we were called and texted only. Saying this we had no problems. It was also a bit disappointing the beds had not been made and we had to do this ourselves as well as there being no basic supplies like toilet roll, washing up equipment or bin bags supplied. Despite this we really enjoyed our week at the villa and we would definitely return again as it is a great location and lovely space.

Perfect villa

We had a wonderful stay at Nathalie and Emmanuel’s villa. We were two families and our nanny and the accommodation was perfect. The children loved running round the garden and it was excellent to have the safety cover on the pool for piece of mind with the toddlers. The pictures don’t do the villa justice - especially the outside space which is just gorgeous. Nathalie and Emmanuel were really helpful and even tried booking a cab for us when we couldn’t get one (the island is very busy in Aug!!) Would highly recommend this villa - we had a lovely holiday and would like to return. Thank you N and E!

Wir haben Anfang Juli 2 Wochen Urlaub gemacht. War wunderbar. Wenn jemand eine Oase ruhig suchen dann sind sie bei der richtigen Adresse. Die Villa ist in einer Sackgasse ohne Verkehrt in die Nähe und hat eine große und schone Garten und nicht weit von Strand. Das Schwimmbad Wasser war 28 Grad. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß mit gute Betten. Wir waren beindruck von der Küche. Selten findest in eine mieten Haus so eine detaillierte Ausstattung. Das amerikanische Kühlschrak mit Eis Würfel für diese Sommer Hitze war eine Kinder Freunde. Wir bedanken an Familie Dr. Martinaud für den Empfang. Wenn die Möglichkeit haben wollen wir gerne zurückkommen. Claudius Witting

Beautiful and elegant villa in a quiet area 2 minutes walk from the beach

What a beautiful holiday home! We absolutely loved staying at Emmanuel and Nathalie’s villa. The villa itself is beautifully and elegantly furnished with an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The gardens and grounds were large and well maintained as was the pool. The location is very quiet and in amongst some equally chic villas. The best part of the location? The beach which is probably no more than a 3 minute (5 if you’re going very slowly!) walk away. Emmanuel and Nathalie were the perfect t hosts and made us feel very welcome. Thank you! We will be back

Fantastic family holiday

From the 3 year old to the 69 year old we all had a great holiday. We have a holiday home in the UK and we felt at home from the minute we walked through the door. The grandchildren had great fun in the garden and the pool. We hired bikes and spent a lot of time exploring the island and the property was in a great location for cycle paths and the great bus service. We were close to the beach and were never lost for something to do. We had everything we needed and the separate sleeping areas worked very well. We would certainly be happy to rent the property again.

Villa superbement décorée aménagée qui invite à un délicieux séjour

Cette maison spacieuse, intelligemment organisée où tout le monde trouve sa place. Rien ne manque dans cette villa pour réussir un beau séjour. La cuisine, le BBQ la plancha nous ont permis de passer de bons moments gastronomiques. Le terrain superbement arboré et sa piscine vous invite un farniente au soleil sans modération. Merci aux propriétaires d'avoir autant de goût et de le partager avec leurs hôtes.

Très jolie maison superbement décorée et jardin superbe.

Nous avons passé quelques jours magiques en famille début novembre. Très grande maison où chaque génération avait son espace. Beaucoup d'équipement où rien ne manquait. Et magnifique jardin que nous avons apprécié depuis le salon. Prendre son petit-déjeuner en regardant le soleil se lever était un pur bonheur. La terrasse ping-pong a été beaucoup appréciée par les jeunes. Les 10 personnes de la famille ont toutes adoré ce séjour.
