Underfloor heating. WIFI Internet by High Speed ​​Fiber Optic (Ideal for Teleworking). Large outdoor terrace facing South and South West.
Netflix / Large 165 cm OLED TV. Individual land surrounded by hedges of trees. 2 outdoor parking spaces. Ideal for a large family or 2 families of 4 people. Nothing short of amazing!!!

We had a fabulous time with friends staying in the chalet in Chamonix. The views, the amenities, and the location were all perfect for us. Nicolas' communication was top-notch. He met us there and explained everything and gave us tips/ recommendations on hikes, restaurants, and local attractions. If we go back, we will definitely stay there again! And we hope Nicolas will come and visit us in Denver!

Perfetlct Family Retreat Between Slopes

The chalet's location was ideal for our family's skiing trip, positioned between Les Houches and the Brevent/Flegere area. This provided quick access to the ski slopes, requiring only a 5-10 minute drive. The design of the chalet stood out for its comfort and functionality, well-suited for a mix of relaxation and remote work. It provided everything we needed for our stay without unnecessary frills. The outdoor space had a terrace and patio where we could enjoy a great view of the majestic Aguille du Midi. Our landlord was very helpful and communicative. He ensured our questions were answered promptly and was always there when we needed him. We thoroughly enjoyed Chalet Kidou and had a terrific experience. Thank you Nicolas, for your hospitality and support.

Très beau chalet , bien situé, excellent standing

Réservation très professionnelle, avec contact facile et agréable avec le propriétaire. Chalet de grand standing pour famille de sept personnes , agréable, tout équipé et proche des grandes randonnées de Chamonix. Même à pied: belle promenade sur le sentier vert jusqu’à Chamonix centre , 4,5 km . bref , nous avons passé 15 jours excellents

Lovely property with very helpful owner.

Great property for families with teenagers. We were two families and there was plenty of room. Our only issue was we had children aged 5 and 7 and one of the twin rooms was away from the other bedrooms which we felt was not ideal. Apart from that we had a great stay and the chalet had everything we could have wanted. Great location and the owner was very helpful.

Christmas in Chamonix

"We were 2 Families with 4 children aged 16-20. We had been a little apprehensive as to whether the chalet would be large enough comfortably to accomodate us all, with enough personal space for everybody. We shouldn''t have been worried. A beautiful, large and spacious chalet well laid out and full of character. The photographs, as of Dec 2103, do not do justice to the charm. ambiance and sense of space of the property. We are demanding chefs but the kitchen had everything we needed, and the entire chalet was very well-equipped. Not a fan of induction hobs though! Even during the short days of Christmas week the views are spectacular and we would love to return in the summer to appreciate that aspect more. Nicolas was a helpful and not overly intrusive host (he lives in an adjoining little house) - just as we would have wished. If you''re skiing a car I would say is a must-have as it makes life so much easier. All in all we were unanimous in our praise for the chalet, and if we need to rent in Chamonix again would look no further."

Super chalet!

Tout est parfait ! Le chalet est au calme, vraiment très confortable, très chaud, très propre et surtout très bien équipé ! Tout y est ! Et même les lits sont impeccables ! C’est vraiment un très beau chalet ! La vue est magnifique : les glaciers et le massif du Mont-Blanc d’un côté, d’autres montagnes de l’autre côté. Nous avons skié aux Houches à 5 minutes en voiture. Chamonix aussi à 10 minutes. Vraiment une semaine parfaite ! Le propriétaire était super sympa et très accueillant ! Nous allons certainement revenir ! ********************************************************* Everything is perfect! The chalet is in a quite area, really very comfortable, very warm, very clean and very well furnished. Even the beds are great! It is really a beautiful chalet! The view is amazing: the glaciers and Mont-Blanc on one side, other mountains on the other side. We skied in Les Houches which is 5 minutes away by car. Chamonix is also 10 min away by car. We had a perfect week! The owner is very nice and friendly! We will definitely come back here!
