Alles Top! Schöner Balkon, Bad und Schlafzimmer zwar klein, aber das sieht man auch auf den Bildern. Gebogene Parkplätze vor Ort, Pool auch schön! Zum Strand zu Fuß ist kein Problem! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel auch in der Nähe.

Great Stay in one of the most beautiful Coasts of France

Had a great stay at Moliets-et-Maa, especially the kind attention of Nathalie, the administrator was very good. It was a pity that the wifi didn't work, but she really cared to make it working. Great stay!

L'appartement se situe dans une résidence calme, agréable, et bien entretenue. Piscine trés proche. la résidence est idéalement située près du centre de Moliets. L'appartement est propre et spacieux avec une terrasse agréable mais la vue sur le golf n'existe plus car la végétation a poussée. Point négatif : équipement électroménager relativement bas de gamme. La télé est un mini format avec un son de très mauvaise qualité. Le mélangeur de la baignoire est à changer.

Superbe résodence au calme et dans la verdure

Appartement agréable et calme avec une belle terrasse donnant sur le golf dans une jolie résidence (avec piscine) située à 800 mètres de la plage et l'on trouve de nombreux commerces. On peut se déplacer à pied ou en vélo, que l'on peut louer juste à côté de la résidence. Très bon séjour, propriétaire accueillante et répond rapidement aux mails. Il y a un parking réservé aux occupants de la résidence et des parkings pour vélos. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et la région est agréable.

L’appartement est bien équipé, ombragé au milieu des pins et des chênes avec vue sur le golf. Piscine pour adultes et bassin pour enfants à 2’ à pieds, mer et divers commerces à 15’ à pieds. Je recommande cette location.

Nous étions venus l'année dernière et sommes revenus cette année tant cet appartement est agréable et calme avec une belle terrasse donnant sur le golf dans une jolie résidence très bien située à 800 mètres de la plage et 2km du village de Moliets où l'on trouve de nombreux commerces. Tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo (location possible à coté de l'appartement) Très bon séjour, propriétaire très accueillante et conciliante.

Que de bons souvenirs !

Joli appartement dans une belle résidence avec les commerces et la plage à pieds. Agréable terrasse couverte avec vue sur le golf. Appartement propre et bien équipé. Contacts et acceuil sérieux et chaleureux avec les propriétaires. La piscine grande et chauffée a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands... Moliets est une très sympathique station balnéaire. A recommander, nous y retournons !!!! Idéal pour famille avec ados ou enfants en bas âge, seniors.

Génial !!!!

L'appartement est très agréable et bien équipé.Il est dans un environement calme et bien ensoleillé. La résidence est très jolie, agréable, propre; a une belle piscine, de beaux espaces verts et des jeux pour les enfants. Cette location est idéale pour une famille avec enfants (ados ou en bas âge). On a d'excellents souvenirs de ces vacances passées à Moliets.
