Les oliviers ‘ IDEALLY LOCATED IN THE HEART OF THE BEACH RESORT, 5 minutes from the sea, shops and a supermarket for shopping. BEACHES AT YOUR WALK

Available for 2 to 7 people.

The garden, which is lit at night, is fully enclosed, landscaped and not overlooked. The exterior features a large south-facing terrace, parasol, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. The entrance is secured by a gate.

Ample parking and a large garage.

On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with a 160cm bed.
Upstairs, there are 3 large bedrooms with 160 cm beds (high-comfort bedding).

Beautiful teak parquet flooring in all bedrooms.

Bed linen is provided and beds are made up on arrival.
Toiletries (gloves + towels) are provided in each bathroom.
2 tea towels are provided in the kitchen - ALL AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

The rooms are large and bright, and the French windows in the kitchen and living room lead out onto the terrace and the beautiful, peaceful, flower-filled garden.

4 BICYCLES are available (AT NO EXTRA CHARGE) for your outings.

NOT INCLUDED :
- Water and electricity consumption will be charged according to meter readings and current rates.
- End-of-stay cleaning charge based on the number of people and/or the number of rooms occupied (rate set at the time of booking).
- TOURIST TAX: This is deducted by the site or paid on arrival (if rented directly) according to the current rates.

A deposit of 500 euros will be requested on arrival and returned on departure (not cashed).

Rentals run from Saturday 4pm to the following Saturday morning at 9am. We will welcome you on arrival to hand over the keys and carry out an inventory of fixtures, and we will also be present on your departure.

There is a market every Monday. Many concerts and choirs are held in the church.

There are regular shuttle buses to Quimper (HISTORICAL CITY).

Very comfortable, well-appointed house

This lovely house and large garden, set in a quiet residential area, is 15 minutes walk from the superb beaches in Benodet. Benodet itself is an attractive seaside town with all the facilities you would need. Other attractions in Brittany, such as Concarneau, Quimper, etc., are within easy reach. Thank you M. et Mme. A wonderful holiday in a superb property

In over thirty years of holidaying in France this probably the best property we have stayed in. The property is very well appointed with all the equipment and utensils you could possibly need for a delightful holiday. The garden is just beautiful, very well designed and features five mature olive trees giving it a feel of southern France. The welcome from the owners on arrival was wonderful as was the most welcome Breton gateau. The location of the property is very quiet, tranquil and private. It is also ideally located for both Benodet and the waterfront, supermarkets and the beaches. We like Beg Meil it is not only quiet but parking is free and in shade. We had a wonderful two weeks at the property and can't thank the owners enough for providing such superb accommodation. It is a property that is a cut above the rest and one which we hope to return to.

Elégante villa avec joli jardin dans zone pavillonnaire

Grande villa à la décoration soignée, et belle luminosité dans le séjour/salle à manger. Jardin agréable avec table extérieure en teck. Cependant nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour atteindre commerces et restaurants. Ns avons mis 15 mn pour atteindre à pied la plage "mer blanche" la plus proche. Bien noter que le ménage/linge vs sera facturé à 150 Euros. Eau et électricité à 40 Euros pour 6 jrs/ 4 personnes, en septembre donc hors chauffage.

Situated in a quiet cul de sac and within a very pleasant enclosed garden. The house was clean, well appointed and fairly comfortable, but somehow for us it lacked warmth, in a welcoming manner. However, we enjoyed our stay. Walking times to amenities were, beach 15 minutes, bread and supermarket 25 minutes, and port 40 minutes. Owners Josaine and Francois were very friendly, but with limited English, so Google translate was very useful, and I would recommend Josaine’s Breton gateau to anyone, it was “tres Bon”

Très bien située : proche du centre, des plages, des voies de circulation et en même temps très au calme, la maison permet un séjour de détente appréciable. Elle est très bien équipée, très propre et décorée avec goût. Les équipements sont nombreux : les vélos, les bains de soleil, etc... et la taille permet de venir en famille ou avec des amis en ayant toujours un sentiment d'espace. L'accueil des propriétaires en personne est très ponctuel et fort sympathique, comme au départ d'ailleurs. C'est vraiment une très belle prestation de surcroît à prix doux et justifié.

Notre séjour estival (août 2016) s'est très bien passé dans une maison très agréable et confortable et entouré d'un jardin très appréciable, reposant et détendant. C'est sans compter sur l'accueil apprécié de sa propriétaire avec un délicieux gâteau breton qui a ravi nos papilles. Nous avons pu profiter des charmes de ce petit coin breton (entre promenades en bordure de plage et ballades à bicyclette). Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour. Et si l'occasion me le permet, je reviendrais profiter de cette belle région.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub! / a fantastic holiday

In dem wunderschönen Haus haben wir 2 sehr schöne Wochen verleben dürfen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend am Rande von Benodét. Die Nähe zum Strand lädt zu Strandspaziergängen oder Joggingeinheiten mit toller Aussicht ein. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ist deutlich Größer als die Fotos vermuten lassen. Der Garten ist abgeschlossen, so dass auch Kinder gefahrlos spielen können. Madame Conan ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit Tipps rund um Benodét. Bei unserer Ankunft hat sie uns alles erklärt und ihr selbstgebackener Kuchen als Begrüßungsgeschenk schmeckte himmlisch. Die gezahlte Kaution wurde am Ende unseres Urlaubs anstandslos zurück gezahlt. Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand und absolut sauber. Ich kann dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Une semaine formidable à Benodet

Une semaine de vacances reussie dans une agréable maison tres bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié le cadre verdoyant et le calme qui y regnait.
