Located on a sunny hillside, quiet, very bright, spacious and comfortable, our house is ideal for 1 or 2 families. The southern exposure allows you to enjoy the sun's rays, summer and winter.
Its location offers a very beautiful view of the lake and the mountains.
In summer, the terrace allows you to enjoy the sun and take your meals outside.
Great air guaranteed.
Our house is located near the forest (200 m on foot) for hiking or mountain biking, the lake (1 km) and the ski slopes (15 min by car)

2nd floor attic: 1 large landing / games room and 1 large bedroom with 4 single beds

En vacances d'hiver à 2 familles et de jeunes enfants, nous avons passé un séjour magique sous la neige.Le gîte est idéal pour les grandes tablées, les promenades, les après-midi au calme dans le jardin (et la luge pour les plus chanceux).Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et la gérante sur place. Très arrangeants et compréhensifs des besoins des familles.

maison avec une âme....

maison ne payant pas de mine de l'extérieur, mais très bien équipée. Dès les premiers moments on s'y sent bien, propreté, équipement , accueil, tout est parfait! les enfants plongent dans les jeux et les nombreux livres s'il ne fait pas beau (ainsi que les adultes), chacun trouve son coin coocooning. Et la vue est magnifique . En plus nous avions pris l'option ''soleil'' ! beau séjour.

Un bon moment passé à Gerardmer

La maison est très bien pour une grande famille (grand parents, enfants et petits enfants). Ca monte un peu, mais on peut aller au lac à pied, et la vue est superbe.

Super Aussicht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf den See und die umliegenden Berge ist sehr schön. Als negativer Punkt: es war ungenügend beheizt, trotz Zentralheizung! Den Schwedenofen konnten wir auch nicht bedienen, da vom Vermieter kein Holz zur Verfügung steht, was er mir vorgängig auch mitteilte. Das Brennholz hatte keinen Platz in unserem Auto.

Sehr geschmackvolles, individuell eingerichtetes Haus in traumhafter, sehr ruhiger Lage mit herrlichem Blick. Der Weg zum See ist recht steil und dauert zu Fuß 15 Minuten.

Chalet spacieux et confortable !

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce chalet très accueillant !!! De beaux espaces, de belles chambres, très bien équipé ! Malgré une météo décevante nous avons passé un excellent week-end de Pentecôte ! La vue sur le lac est un plus !!! Et la proximité avec le centre également (mais il vaut mieux prendre la voiture), beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants aux alentours Merci Bénédicte et à la dame très sympathique qui nous a accueilli !

Très bon séjour en famille

La maison a répondu à toutes nos attentes: Équipements, nombre de couchage, agencement. Un coup de cœur pour les livres et jeux mis à disposition. Les enfants (ados) ont eu leur espace à eux pour leur plus grand bonheur. La situation et la vue sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. La dame qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique. La propriétaire répond rapidement et avec bienveillance aux questions posées. Certains points de propreté sont à revoir (plaque du four, nappes collantes) mais tout le reste était correct. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de nos prochains we.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het huis. lekker ruim en huiselijk. alles is aanwezig. service is prima. en afstand tot pistes en dorp ect ook. wij vonden het alleen jammer dat er geen comfortabele stoelen bij de eettafel waren.

Logement idéal pour un séjour familiale

Le logement est très bien situé et offre une vue dégagée et imprenable sur le lac. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse extérieure, un vrai plus. La superficie de la maison et l’ensemble de ses pièces permettent à chacun des occupants de trouver sa place! Petit bémol sur l’entretien du jardin (herbes hautes, très hautes…)

Je suis désolée que vous ayez été dérangés par la hauteur de l'herbe. Comme tous les ans, celle-ci a été coupée en juin. Mais cette année, il a particulièrement plu. Elle a donc poussé extrêmement vite et la pluie a rendu une nouvelle coupe difficile. Veuillez-nous en excuser.

Les points positifs: - Très belle vue sur le lac et les alentours - Maison très au calme - Maison spacieuse - Maison très bien fournie en jeux, livres, BD... Les points à améliorer: - La literie n'est pas très confortable - A l'intérieur de la maison, il n'y a aucune isolation acoustique - Les salles de bains commencent à être vétustes Par ailleurs, nous avons été surpris que le propriétaire augmente le prix de la location de 80 € par rapport à ce qui avait été annoncé sur le site d'Abritel.
