A charming, newly renovated cottage nestled in the beautiful pine forest of Santa Margherita. A beautiful and very peaceful spot, with plenty of amenities nearby. <br><br>Here is a brief description.<br>The beach has white sand and is about 200 metres from the house, a distance you can cover on foot along a tree-lined path through a beautiful pine forest. <br>Once at the beach, you can choose to use your own equipment (beach umbrellas and lounge chairs provided with the house) or visit the small beach establishments along the shore, which offer beach umbrellas, lounge chairs, toys for the little ones, and the classic kiosk selling ice cream, drinks, and snacks; in short, there’s everything you could want for a completely relaxing holiday, whether as a couple or with the family.<br>Near the house, just a 300-meter walk through the pine forest, there’s a small shopping centre with a supermarket, a fish market (with very fresh fish), a butcher shop, stores, a café, and a restaurant/pizzeria.<br>If you’d like, you can leave your car parked for the entire holiday and enjoy the sea and the tranquility of the area<br>Alternatively, there are plenty of activities nearby: from horseback riding to kitesurfing in Chia (just a few kilometres from Santa Margherita), and all the amenities available in Pula, only 10 km away and also accessible by public bus. <br>Pula is a tourist hub full of bars, restaurants, and pizzerias, renowned for its delicious bread, pizza, and ice cream. There are countless bars, restaurants, agritourism farms, and nightclubs in the area around Santa Margherita. Water park 10 km away. Marina 1 km away. Golf course 7 km away.
