    Appartamento da evitare

    L'appartamento è stato al di sotto delle aspettative: porte che cigolano difficile chiusura, lampadine mancanti, pareti scrostate,scarsa assistenza all'arrivo. La proprietaria sapeva che saremmo arrivati circa alle ore 16 ma non si è preoccuata di farci trovare l'acqua calda in modo da poter fare una doccia, mancava un apribottiglie, un tagliere e un coltello per affettare. Dei due mazzi di chiavi solo uno era funzionante, Alle mie rimostranze la signora ha risposto che io avevo scelto un appartamento low cost e quando le ho fatto notare che sull'annuncio questo non era scritto, allora mi ha mandato ( 2 giorni dopo) ciò che mancava.

    La comunicazione con la signora non è stata buona forse perché non l’ho conosciuta personalmente. In merito all’acqua calda ha sicuramente ragione, per tutto il resto pareti scrostate, porte che cigolano eccetera credo che sia semplicemente la voglia di diffamare. In merito alle richieste di cose mancanti alcune sono state tempestivamente fornite sono state rimandate soltanto le cose non urgentissime come ad esempio i fermi alla tovaglia da esterno! Purtroppo ci si sofferma sulle cose che non piacciono e non viene detto che la casa era perfettamente attrezzata di biancheria nuova e abbondante, del livello di pulizia ecc . Ma di sicuro un buongiorno, un grazie…non rientra nel vocabolario della signora.

    Imprevisto subito risolto

    Paola è stata molto disponibile quando arrivati a casa ci siamo accorti della mancanza dell'acqua calda a causa di una perdita, prontamente ci ha dato un'altro appartamento nello stesso stabile anche se con una camera in meno. Abbiamo comunque fatto una bella vacanza.
