Vacanza a Budoni fine agosto 2020

La casa gode di una vista splendida. Le due terrazze sono molto comode. La casa è completamente climatizzata. La via di accesso non è comodissima. Franca è gentile e disponibile. Se vogliamo proprio trovare da ridire; il divano zona giorno è come il letto di un facchino ed il box doccia è da sostituire. Consiglio non più di 4 persone. Daniele

Super séjour chez Franca !!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison. Elle est très bien située, proche des plages et des commerces. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. La maison est agréable car elle dispose de 2 terrasses traversantes, on peut être soit au soleil, soit à l'ombre selon son envie. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre. Franca a été charmante, à notre écoute, et nous a même offert de belles tomates de son jardin. On reviendra, c'est sûr :) Merci pour tout Franca :)

Casa perfetta , Franca eccezionale

La casa è in una posizione bellissima sia per la vista che per il bel venticello che soffia sulla tranquilla collinetta del borgo di Agrustos. È dotata di tutto quello che serve , pulita ed accogliente. Le due verande permettono di decidere se pranzare vista mare o giardino dove si trova anche un comodo barbecue. Come in tutte le cose però la differenza la fanno le persone e Franca è una persona davvero speciale, la sua disponibilità e cortesia sono davvero rare e quando torneremo in un questa terra meravigliosa non abbiamo dubbi sul fatto che torneremo da lei.

Appartamento in ottima posizione, molto comodo sia per raggiungere le spiagge che i centri principali come Budoni e San Teodoro. Ben fornito, doccia esterna utilissima dopo le giornate in spiaggia, vista stupenda sul mare. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili... Consigliatissimo!!!

Appartamento perfetto!

Appartamento pulitissimo,spazioso,dotato di tutto,in splendida posizione tranquilla e panoramica. Ottima accoglienza da parte della signora Franca che si capisce essere persona attenta ai particolari e disponibilissima per qualsiasi esigenza, non ti fa mancare niente! Si raggiungono in brevissimo tempo tutte le bellissime spiagge della zona e non mancano ottimi ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Abbiamo lasciato questa casa dopo una splendida vacanza con estremo dispiacere,soprattutto i bambini,l'intenzione è senza dubbio quella di poterla ripetere. Di nuovo grazie a Franca e al suo brillante marito, Michele. Damiano,Alexia e i ragazzi.

Ho soggiornato dal 2 al 15 luglio con mia moglie e il nostro bimbo. Che dire? Casa perfetta.,comoda e accogliente al piano terra. Comoda la veranda per mangiare fuori. La signora Franca davvero speciale.

Come stare a casa propria. E' proprio un bell'appartamento, posto molto tranquillo e strategico per arrivare alle bellissime spiagge di Budoni e San Teodoro. agréable séjour

nous avons passé 15 jours dans cet appartement. Il est fonctionnel et très propre. La propriétaire est très gentille et discrète. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche des commerces, restaurant et plage. Nous avons une très jolie vue sur la mer. una bella vacanza!

La villetta in posizione leggermente collinare è bella e ben tenuta. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento del primo piano con la terrazza vista mare e con il bel giardino sul retro. Gli ampi spazi e le dotazioni della casa consentono una vacanza comoda e piacevole in una località come Agrustos vicina alle spiagge più belle e a paesi come San Teodoro, Budoni, Porto Ottiolu pieni di mercatini per le passeggiate estive serali. La signora Franca, persona discreta e affidabile non vi farà mancare niente!

Bellissimo appartamento!

Ampio appartamento con bellissima vista mare. Molto pulito e curato, abbiamo soggiornato con una coppia di amici e le nostre bambine, ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'ambiente è comodo, abbiamo apprezzato molto il terrazzo frontale e il giardino. Bagno spazioso e camere molto carine. La posizione è ottima perché la zona è molto fresca e in poco tempo si raggiungono le spiagge più belle. Cordialissima la proprietaria Sig.ra Franca! Torneremo di sicuro!

Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Appartamento ampio, confortevole e PULITO anzi SUPER PULITO!!!! Ampio terrazzo con splendida vista mare. Cucina attrezzata, belle camere e grande bagno, in quattro ci si sta benissimo. La descrizione e le foto pubblicate non mentono. Il mare (fantastico!!!!) è raggiungibile in pochi minuti di macchina. Io e mio marito con la coppia di nostri amici siamo stati veramente bene. Lo consiglio vivamente e ringrazio la signora Franca per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità!

Excellente semaine dans un endroit calme et agréable dans les hauteurs d'Agrustos. Franca aux petits soins. Appartement du RdC bien équipé. Belle vue sur la mer probablement encore plus belle au 1er étage.Pas de Wifi ni même de 3 G. Une voiture est indispensable. A recommander.

Très bonnes vacances pass...

Très bonnes vacances passées à Agrustos grâce à la situation très centrale de la maison pour visiter en partie la Sardaigne.Maison bien équipée, très propre et très agréable, notamment la vue magnifique sur la baie a accompagné notre séjour. La propriétaire, Franca, est vraiment très sympatique et disponible en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons vivement cette location tant par sa situation et ses environnements proches.

"Si tratta di due apparta...

"Si tratta di due appartamenti gemelli al piano terra e primo piano indipendenti l''uno dall''altro e ognuno con spazi esterni di pertinenza attrezzati anche per mangiare. Casa di 5/6 anni, pulitissima e curatissima, situata in una zona residenziale del paese un pò in collina che permette di non essere isolato ma nenanche nel caos del centro e di godere di un pò di fresco anche in situazioni di temperature elevate. Posizione strategica per visitare la moltitudine di spiagge meravigliose che si trovano sia spostandosi verso Olbia a nord che verso Orosei a sud, veramente per tutti i gusti!! La casa è inoltre dotata di una bella vista panoramica sulla baia di Budoni e fornita di tutte le attrezzature necessarie per trascorrere una vacanza senza problemi. Senza considerare la disponibilità della cordialissima proprietaria di casa, la signora Franca, che non abbiamo mai avuto la necessità di disturbare e alla quale mando un affettuoso saluto da parte di noi tutti!"

"Ho alloggiato presso l''appartamento di Agrustos nella settimana dal 19 Agosto 2011 al 27 Agosto 2011; l''appartamento rispecchia totalmente la descrizione dell''annuncio, facilità di accesso discreta. Per quanto riugarda le attrezzature, la casa dispone di tutto ma al mio arrivo ho avuto subito un problema con il frigorifero non funzionante, prontamente sistemato grazie alla disponibilità della proprietaria e la sistemazione di un tecnico. L''appartamento è situato in una zona molto tranquilla senza disturbi sonori, e con una bella vista mare. Consiglierei sicuramente questo alloggio!"
