Great view,

We were quite impressed with Davide’s villa. It was clean, everything was functional and very comfortable. The view is exceptional, especially at sunset.

Wow, great house, super hosts

We had a great week, everything was exactly as described, and as the pictures look like.. We often rent vacation condos, this was a perfect one. Well cleaned, well equipped, we really enjoyed every day. Davide and Orialis are perfect hosts, flexible, and we could already start our stay at noon.. Important: Rental car is a must, and you have to walk a lot of stairs..

Better than pictures show.

Very impressed with this property. Very central to the City, the great beaches, restaurants and markets. A vehicle is necessary but we knew this when we booked. Davide made sure we had anything we needed and was always available. Will stay there again if we return to Sardinia.

Great location

Davide was the nicest landlord I have ever dealt with. He was very accommodating and let us stay in the house way past 10 am on the day of our departure, as we had a late flight. He is very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house offers a great view and easy access to Cagliari and Villasimius. Furnishing is nice and modern. We were 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. You also get a good workout as there are plenty of stairs to climb. The only drawback is that you really need to drive everywhere, there are no trails close by, only option is to walk along the street.

Amazing Location, Amazing Host

My family of three (all adults) stayed in this beautiful villa. It is a true gem. The view from the terrace, from the living/family room and two of the three bedrooms is just breathtaking. Every evening you will watch the most beautiful sunsets. The outdoor area is huge and comes with a bbq area. It was wonderful to dine outside and enjoying the beautiful ocean view. The villa was very well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms and laundry). There was plenty of supply of almost everything! The villa is very well appointed and has a modern/ stylish touch but nevertheless comfortable feel. It was very clean as well. The supply of bathroom towels as well as beach towels was a big plus as well as the beach umbrellas.The host, Davide, was very friendly and helpful. He is a true host and takes pride in his villa and it shows. He was very helpful and answered all our questions asap. He recommended the most beautiful beaches, great boat rentals, shopping places, historical sites and restaurants...(the list could go on and on).At the end we didn't want to leave Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Eigentümer hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Frage auch während unseren Aufenthalts nach ob alles in Ordnung sei. Der Ausblick direkt aufs Meer,war ein Traum. Im Haus hat es uns auch an nichts gefehlt, ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Private and quiet house with a spectacular view

Exceeded our expectations. Easy check-in process and a lovely warm welcome. The hosts were very responsive and nice. The house is lovingly appointed and we immediately felt at home. It’s very peaceful - you feel like you are alone in the area. We will be back!

Tutto perfetto

Non posso che dire tutto perfetto. La casa è bellissima, noi eravamo due famiglie e per noi è stata l'ideale. L'abbiamo trovata pulitissima, accessoriata in tutto e la vista fantastica, una cartolina.

Soggiorno a quartu sant'Elena (località Terramala)

Casa fantastica, ben tenuta e attrezzata, dalla bellissima vista panoramica sul mare. Il proprietario é stato gentilissimo; il sig Arcangelo ,che ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo, e' stato cordiale, gentile e sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. Una persona fantastica! Un 10 più che meritato!!!

Une location extraordinaire

Si la note de 6/5 existait, ce serait celle que nous mettrions. Davide se met en 4 pour que les locataires se sentent bien, et ça marche! La vue est juste exceptionnelle, la maison très bien décorée et bien équipée. Il faut juste savoir qu'une des chambres n'a pas de fenêtre, ce qui n'est pas un problème car on peut profiter au maximum de l'extérieur . La vue des deux autres chambres, donnant sur la terrasse, est magnifique également . La villa est bien située pour sillonner le sud et découvrir les belles plages du coin. Merci à Davide pour cet exceptionnel séjour. J'espère pouvoir revenir un jour!

Tolles Haus in toller Lage mit tollem Besitzer !!!!

Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Vor allem in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Der neue Steingrill wurde von uns täglich genutzt. Mit dem Auto kann man in wenigen Minuten tolle Strände erreichen und auch ein ausreichend ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

MAGNIFIQUE !

Davide et Orialis sont très sympathiques, souriants et accueillants. Accueil vraiment chaleureux avec corbeille de fruits (délicieux !), eau fraîche et bouteille de vin. Très agréable quand on arrive après un voyage fatiguant. Les propriétaires ont disponibles si on a besoin d'eux. La maison est splendide, décorée avec énormément de goût. Elle est très spacieuse (nous étions 5 adultes), très confortable, très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien. Tout est très propre et le linge de bain fourni en suffisance. La vue sur la mer est totalement incroyable. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. On recommande vivement ! Le logement correspond exactement à la description faite sur le site.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit phantastischem Blick!!!

Wir haben einen ganz tollen, entspannten Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Haus von Davide und Orialis verbracht. Das beste an dem Haus ist der phantastische Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht von Cagliari! Die Einrichtung ist ebenfalls sehr geschmackvoll. Herrliche Strände mit klarem Wasser sind in ca. 5-10 Minuten gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Und es gibt auch immer einen Parkplatz nah am Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder in dieses schöne Haus mit den sehr netten Vermietern! Herzlichen Dank für die 14 Tage!

Perfect vacation in wonderful appartment

we enjoyed very much the appartment and the fantastic sea view during our vacation. The owners Davide and Orialis were very polite and helpful. Everthing needed was there. It was very clean and in good shape. We specially liked the modern design and the large terrace. It is perfectly located to discover beaches nearby but also Cagliari.

Sehr schönes Haus in Traumlage

Wir haben einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht, der Blick über das Meer ist traumhaft. Davide hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet und war bei Fragen sofort hilfreich. Man erreicht von Quartu aus in Kürze viele tolle Strände, auch für Ausflüge ins Hinterland und nach Cagliari ist die Lage des Hauses perfekt. Ein Auto ist jedoch unbedingt notwendig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Abende auf der großen Terrasse mit schöner Sitzgelegenheit sehr genossen.

Tolle Wohnung mit super Blick aufs Meer

Perfekte Lage am Hang in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Die Wohnung ist modern und perfekt ausgestattet. Selten hatten wir eine Ferienwohnung mit einer so schön ausgestatteten Küche. Es fehlt an nichts, Geschirr, Töpfe und Geräte sind alle hochwertig. Die gesamte Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll auf zwei Etagen verteilt. In jedem Schlafzimmer hat es eine Klimaanlage. Das absolute Highlight ist der Meerblick auf die Bucht von Cagliari. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergänge wie man sie schöner nicht sehen kann. Schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Der Vermieter Davide und seine Frau sind sehr sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten mit der Balkontür zweimal kleinere Probleme. Davide kam sofort und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in die Wohnung.

Traumhaft stilvolles Haus !

Wir (2 befreundete Ehepaare) waren Ende September für eine Woche in diesem herrlichen Haus . Hier fehlte es an nichts! Sogar Stofftischdecken für den Terrassentisch waren da :) Kaffeefilter von zuhause mitgebracht. Fragen vorher wurden umgehend per mail beantwortet! Das Haus liegt in einer durch ein Sicherheitstor bewachten Anlage. Davide der Hausbesitzer hat uns trotz Sprachbarrieren gute Tips gegeben. Auch deutsche Reisführer befinden sich im Haus. Tolle Ausflüge gemacht zb. Chia (kilometerlange Strandwanderung, Capo sant èlia Villasimius ..... Auto ist zwingend notwendig. Sardinien ist einfach genial !!! Wir kommen wieder! Grüsse an Davide aus Deutschland Duschvorhang an der Badewanne würde den schönen Holzboden schonen.:)
