Luxurious 3 Br/2 Ba South Forest Beach 'Penthouse' Condo at Forest Beach Villas

If you are looking for very clean accommodations, extremely close to the beach, dining, and shopping - then you have just found the perfect villa to rent in Hilton Head Island!

In addition to having three bedrooms, this villa has been completely renovated!

The villa is located on the fourth floor (there will not be any noisy neighbors above you here!). Guests will also enjoy the underground parking garage equipped with convenient elevators that will take you right into the building. Unloading is a snap!

The primary bedroom has a KING-size bed, with a smart TV and an in suite full bathroom.

The second bedroom has two queen beds and a smart TV and the third bedroom has 3 twin beds and cable TV. The full guest bathroom is located upstairs.

This upscale villa has a prime location across the street from Coligny Beach (Hilton Head's best beach!!) including the new Coligny Beach facilities: jumping water, restrooms, changing rooms, swings, benches and chairs.

Plus, we are only a 3-minute walk away to Coligny Plaza which offers dining, live entertainment, shopping, and a cinema.

Forest Beach Villas features free tennis (now with pickleball lines) and an onsite pool for you to enjoy during your vacation. There is a set of pickleball paddles in the unit for your use.

A maximum of eight can sleep in this villa which also has WIFI.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the villa also has an in suite washer and dryer. In the morning, you can enjoy your coffee on the private, quiet balcony, which has a great view, and gets full sun most of the day! We also have beach chairs, a beach wagon, and various beach toys for your use during your stay.

All weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. One half of the balance will be due upon booking, the other half will be due thirty days prior to your arrival.

Great location

Enjoyed walking to Coligny and Celebration Park. The pool was awesome. First time renting bikes, e-bikes were so much fun and a great way to see the island.

Perfect for what we needed. Lots of room, close to beach, easy parking and elevators. The beach wagon and boogie boards were nice to have on hand. Minor updates needed but seriously this was a no brainer. We loved it and hope to come back!!!

Property was nice I just felt it could have been a little cleaner. You could tell the floors and tubs had not been washed before we got there. Had a great time in Hilton Head. The location was great right by Coligny beach. Easy walk or bike ride.Villa overall was nice plenty of room for 5 adluts.

HOT, HOT, HOT!!

We know we were in for a hot stay when there was a note on the thermostat that the unit would stay cool if you had all the drapes closed, and found box fans throughout the unit. AC would reach 77-78 degrees by 10:00 am downstairs and upstairs stayed at a balmy 82 degrees. So we lived in a cave the entire stay. We actually thought of giving up our stay, but decided to tough it out by hanging at the pool til 10ish each night verses losing our $3100.00 vacation. Unit was tired, furniture was old and lacked essentials (garbage bags, ice maker, stove had bad burners). Most other units that we have rented and stated fully equipped provided these basics. Would not return or recommend. Called Scott about AC and he said he would monitor it,and that the AC was just serviced. Nothing was done, not even a return phone call to check in on us.

Let me be perfectly clear. This unit does not have AC. Do Not stay here. The owner told me a new unit was going in the day before I got there. He texted me because he can see the temperature and he stated it was too warm. The AC company came out twice. Both times the owner asked me to meet him there. I left a lunch and golf game early to see if we could get the AC fixed. After our 5 day stay, the last day the owner said it was the first time he knew we were unhappy. He texted the unit was warm because the beach was warm. No credit. No refund. DO NOT rent this unit. You will not be happy. I have all this on text and voicemail. It has not been fixed. Please do not go the beach and stay in a unit that doesn't have AC. Stay somewhere else.

Hilton Head Vacation 2018

We have visited Hilton Head many times over the years and always enjoyed our stay. This year was no exception. We were disappointed in the unit that we rented. On the positive side, the unit size was very comfortable for our family of 6 adults and 4 small children. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils one could need. The unit was also well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper and dish washing detergent. The beach accessories: chairs, toys, cart were very much appreciated. The unit also has a nice collection of movies, books, and games. There were several items of concern with the unit. First, the ceiling fan in the living room was not working properly so we had to rely on box fans (supplied) to keep air circulating. The "third bedroom" was very small and windowless. The children enjoyed the bunk bed but, the additional twin bed was a mattress and box spring lying on the floor. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were is desperate need of cleaning. When we turned them on dust flew all around the room. The rugs and carpets were also in need of thorough cleaning. The washer and dryer are situated within the master bedroom which made it difficult to access depending on the time of day and use of the room. A second odd feature of the unit is that the upstairs bath is inside the second large bedroom. So people in the upstairs bedrooms had to go through the bedroom to access it. Most reviews stated that it was a 2 minute walk to the beach. In actuality it is more like a 15 minute walk. The only access to the beach is through the parking lot of the Holiday Inn on the opposite side of the street or by walking down to Coligny for the public beach access. This is quite a hike, especially lugging beach gear and for the elderly or persons with any physical limitations.

Perfect location

Great stay. We missed had a slight hiccup picking up parking passes from the management company after hours but Scott answered his phone right away even though it was nighttime and got us squared away. Location is great with easy walking distance to the beach, a great nearby park and all the restaurants and shops at Coligny. The place itself is spacious and clean. There are plenty of dishes and toiletries for the stay. The beach wagon and toys are much appreciated since it’s not easy to travel with those things but are a must for kids at the beach. The furniture is a little worn but who goes on a beach vacation to sit on a couch? We would definitely stay again.

Overall Good Place to Stay with Family

Place was good overall- spacious and good location across the street from the beach. It could use some updating to the furniture, as it is well worn and not in the best condition. Happy with the kitchen and bathrooms. My biggest issue was lack of some kitchen supplies. It needs some kitchen items restocked and new towels, as they had holes in them. Beach chairs are not good so these need replaced. I would stay here again with the family, however this place is better for people with younger children. The owner was quick to respond and helpful with information. Great price for a 3 bedroom.

Perfect Location for Hilton Head Island

This property is located right near all the action at Caligny Beach. It is close enough to walk or bike to food, entertainment and the beach. We didn't need to drive our car to anything. The condo is clean and Scott is excellent at communication. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was super comfortable!! We really loved our stay here and if we come back to Hilton Head we will stay here again!!

Great Location but needs some updating

We had a quick stay here and really enjoyed the location of the condo. Super convenient to the public beach. Pool was great too. Tennis courts are dated and no nets, this was a disappointment as my son was prepared to play some. Condo is great, but dated. The washer and dryer sounded as if a rocket was about to launch, we were almost scared to even use them after we first started running them. Chairs are wiggly for dining table and island, hardware needs tightened. The bedroom with the bunk beds, does not have a 3rd bed, it simply has a box spring and mattress sitting on the floor, which worked for us with 3 children but is not a bed. Ceiling fans are super dusty with dust flying off to the ground. The balcony is awesome and we wish could have enjoyed it as the weather was beautiful but there was a nest of wasps under the brown deck box which kept us from being able to go out there. Overall we did enjoy the condo and Hilton Head, the condo just needs some TLC to get it where it should be.

Just like advertised. Perfect location!

Easy from start to finish. It is located right next to the public beach parking so it was a block from Coligny Beach entrance. 4th floor condo with below building garage parking and an elevator with carts to carry luggage. Pool and tennis courts were nicely kept and fun to use. Condo well equipped, clean and nice kitchen and baths. We hope it is available for our next family beach vacation!

Quiet Relaxing Place for Family

We stayed with our 3 small children for a week. We found the condo was really comfortable and clean. The kitchen was perfect for our needs as we made meals there at least once a day. Our 5 and 3 year old loved the bunk beds and the Nintendo Wii. The location was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and Coligny. Residents that we bumped into were really polite. Most were longtime residents of HHI and were kind enough to share information about places we should check out. I highly recommend this location.

We spent a week in mid January, 2019 and enjoyed this property. It was roomy enough for the six of us and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even spices in the cupboard. We liked the close proximity to Caligny Beach Park and spent quite a bit of time riding bike and walking the beach. This is in a nice neighborhood with good bike paths and grocery stores fairly close.. There were some issues we ran into upon our arrival but a call to Scott got things squared away. I would suggest shampooing the carpets or updating them as they were stained and worn in some areas. Overall we enjoyed the time we spent as well as the layout of the villa with two bedrooms and a bath up, giving it a roomy feel. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you, Scott. The condo was even better than we anticapated!

It was perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of extra room. It had all of the nessecary amentities to make it feel like our home away from home. The availability of the games and beach toys were an added bonus for our little ones. It was a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Overall this was one the best condos we have stayed in during our visits to Hilton Head!
