2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo - Base Area - Three Seasons

This 3rd floor(no elevator access), 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with full kitchen has a separate living area featuring comfortable seating and flat screen Smart TV with entertainment center (Bluetooth enabled stereo receiver). WiFi is available throughout condo unit. Indoor pool and hot tub!!

Upgraded Internet! Great for working from "home" and streaming your favorite shows in the evening!

With a queen size bed in the master, two twins in the second bedroom and a new pullout sleeper sofa with Memory Foam mattress in the living room, this unit can sleep up to 6, but is most comfortable with 4. Enjoy the full size balcony off the kitchen/dining area. The large, furnished central atrium provides a relaxing space for a cup of coffee with friends or a common meeting area to plan the day's events.

Just a short 5 to 10 minute walk to the base area. This condo is located on the bus line that offers free shuttle service to the base area and downtown Crested Butte with its diverse restaurants and charming shops. Shuttles run regularly from the bus stop just outside the north door of The Three Seasons.

Solid Choice

We enjoyed our stay. Roku tv guest mode made it easy to use our own streaming services in the evening (also played scrabble with my 13yo every night). Location is fantastic for many hikes in the area. Hot tub and pool were fantastic for adults and kids after a day out exploring. Just ten minutes to town for dining. Host was available quickly when needed (nothing major). Would stay again and loved our time in Crested Butte!

Good location. A bit inconvenient if on the second or third floors as there is no elevator. Pool and hot tub were not cleaned or running the 2 nites we were there so not sure if or when they are open.

We overall had a good experience at the condo. First impression of the property led us to question the reservation as there was an appliance setting outside and several items of repair needed to the exterior. We were relieved when we opened the door and found the condo to be clean and not in disrepair.

The condo complex and the unit are both dated as advertised in the pictures but everything was very clean and functional. Noah was very responsive and kind when I made a mistake with the check in process. One suggestion would be to install a swing lock on the door. We didn't feel like it was secure to have young kids sleeping in the twin bed room without a bolt or lock other than the electronic one.

We stayed in CB for a wedding and loved the location of this condo - a five minute drive to downtown and close to the resort and hiking trails. It was also very well furnished with everything you would need for your stay. I would highly recommend it!

I bought this condo in 2013 as a family condo. I retired from nursing in 2015 and I wanted to have a place my family could get together and enjoy all that the Crested Butte area offers... skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, cruiser biking, hiking, fishing, walks through the wildflowers and just relaxing -- my favorite! My family has enjoyed the small-town feel of Crested Butte, the great people, and the many adventures within minutes of the condo. I want to make sure your experience is the best, so feel free to email with questions and suggestions. Enjoy Colorado - it is a special place!

Why they chose this property

This condo is a base from which to enjoy the great outdoors! Located in the heart of Mt. Crested Butte, just off Gothic Rd, The Three Seasons presents easy access to all that this area offers. In the winter you are minutes from the base. In the summer, some of the best mountain biking in the state of Colorado surround you. Fall aspens with their golden glow - summer wildflowers - mountain lakes - winding rivers - stunning 360 views.

What makes this property unique

Crested Butte is a year-round experience. Winter fun, summer flowers, hiking, world famous fishing and mountain biking!! The Three Seasons is unique with its indoor heated pool and large atrium. After a long day out on the slopes or miles on the trails, the controlled indoor environment allows parents to relax and the children to use up that last bit of energy in the pool or hot tub.
