About this property

Villa house with 1500 meters of plot, pool, gardens and private tennis court. The property is located 5 km from Granada, in a very quiet and beautiful residential development, right on the edge of the Sierra Nevada National Park. Monachil is a very pretty town, which offers many possibilities for leisure, hiking, skiing, and much more. If travelers wish to go to the beach in about 40 minutes, they will arrive in Salobreña. The ski slopes are half an hour away by car. Our house has a large living room with fireplace, another living room with pool table, kitchen-dining room with views of the garden, two bathrooms, a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each, we also have a sofa bed of two seats.

Vacaciones tranquilas y con oportunidad de ocio

La casa es muy cómoda. Zona de piscina y entorno perfectos. Pista de tenis en perfecto estado. Nada de molestias. Hemos estado tranquilos y muy cómodos. Venían al mantenimiento de la piscina a primera hora de la mañana y ni nos hemos enterado. Marcelo, el propietario, es muy amable.

A lovely week near Granada

Enjoyed a week in this lovely Monachil villa despite the weather being tortuously hot! Marchello was very friendly and helpful to us and we hope to go back for another stay before long.

Excellent location and facilities

Fantastic villa with spectacular views over Granada. Greeted by owner, Marcelo, who lives next door, showed us around the spacious property, and left us a welcome gift of wine and ham. Weather in February was cold but sunny as we came to ski in Sierra Nevada. Superb tennis court a real bonus! Day trips to the Alhambra and Costa Tropical also easy drive.

Fenomenal casa y mucha tranquilidad.

Fenomenal casa y buen lugar para pasar unos días, cerca de Granada y situada en la montaña con variedad de actividades para hacer con los niños. Unas vistas estupendas y sus dueños muy agradables los cuales siempre intentan hacer que tu estancia sea lo mejor posible.
