This quiet, sunny 64 sq.m. apartment was renovated in 2016.
it has 2 bedrooms with very good bedding of 150 X 200, the other 2 single beds 90 X 200 cm with ceiling fans, no air conditioning.
1 sofa bed in the living room with wall and floor ceiling fans.
From the living room and bedroom there's a small balcony overlooking Montjuic mountain and the city.
Large, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen Dining room with air-conditioning No AC in other rooms, but ceiling fans and table fans.
Modern bathroom with 2 sinks, separate toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer, air conditioning, living room with 32' TV, home cinema DVD.

if you arrive by metro, take the stop sign at poble sec

by car go through radas then salvà then I recommend you take the BSM card

I bought an ultraviolet lamp that can also be effective for cleaning

The apartment looks just like the pictures and the location is good. The key is located 1/4 mile from the apartment so there and back 1/2 mile with luggage. Kind of a pain. Heat cost extra so read the fine print.

Beautiful apartment in great location

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, a great place to stay for a week. Laundry in unit was easy to use and appliances were great. It was an easy walk to many of the best locations in Barcelona. The host was very helpful and nice, I look forward to staying here again in the further.

The apartment was great! Nice location, well stocked, clean, and Denis was very responsive and helpful. It was a little difficult to retrieve multiple keys during check-in as we were traveling with an infant but pretty straightforward with Denis’ directions. Nice, quiet neighborhood! Would stay here again.

Perfect location 10 mins walk from las ramblas. Quiet area but has cafes, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. Very comfortable apartment for small groups. Kitchen and bathroom areas as photos. Good communication from owner. Highly recommend fir a city break

Perfect Location

We were attending a conference at the Palacau Congresso and this apartment was perfect for us. Simple and great WiFi. Denis recommended an amazing fish restaurant, LASCAR 74 which was 5 minutes walk and really wonderful.

Great Location, Great Host

My wife and I recently enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was very clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. The property is located just two blocks away from what seemed like "tapas capital of the world." Lots of great restaurants with great food and atmosphere. Highly recommend this property if you are in Barcelona.

From the view, to the ammenities and everything in between, this place was amazing. Plenty of great restaurants and bars in the area, close enough to sights but not in a busy spot. The host was also very friendly and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend!!!

Denis was a gracious host. The apartment was very welcoming providing everything we needed. The location was great for us with a plaza walkway with restaurants, bars, groceries and a bakery. Denis provided restaurant recommendations as well.
