Apart. of 4 rooms (60m2 hab., 95m2 on the soil) on the 1st floor in a Breton house of charm, in the middle of Carnac beach: 150m of the big beach. At less than 100m: pharmacy, bakery, fishmonger, pizzeria, tourist office, bike rental.
THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE HOUSE WILL BE INOCCUPE.
Large south-facing room (living room, dining room with a kitchen area) with 2 French windows and a small balcony overlooking the garden with trees and bamboo lined, 3 bedrooms, 2 at the back
A 300m beach club for small, very well attended
Nearby leisure: cinema, casino (restaurant and shows), miniature golf, water sports, thalassotherapy.
Pharmacy, poisoning, bakery-pastry less than 100m. Other shops at 300m max. Hypermarket 900m open all year. The famous Carnac market takes place twice a week at 1km.
The proximity of the tourist office makes it easy to book shows, excursions and sea excursions.
Miln Avenue, the liveliest street in Carnac, is 300m away.
In short, everything is feasible on foot
Architect house surrounded by a flower garden and trees: a table and chairs can enjoy the large terrace or garden (200m2) for lunch (trays of seafood or pizza available in front of the house: 30m ). Part of the garden has shade for the little ones and the terrace is in the sun. Mini field of balls or pucks Breton (not provided).
The house is in a lively street but off the road and protected by the big trees of the sidewalk and those of the garden in addition to a hedge of bamboo. The two master bedrooms overlook the back on a large property, the 3rd bedroom overlooks the side.
The house has a garage with possibility of entering a 2nd car, if necessary. A car is not necessary because the shops are very close, the activities for children (beach clubs, mini golf, rides) and those for adults (water activities, cinemas, restaurants, museums and megalithic sites) are nearby.
Coming without a car is very possible because a bus stop (from Auray station) is less than 100m from the apartment.
Nearby also, many walks or bikes whose plans are provided by the tourist office or are available in the apartment.
For golfers the golf of Saint Laurent located at 10km is splendid and very famous.
The activities of Karting, bowling, sand yachting are also possible within a radius of ten kilometers.
Linen is not provided but a linen rental is available at 1,5km: Pressing-Laundry Korrigans can deliver you to the apartment time to agree.
You can book and buy boat cruise tickets or access to all the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan (Houat, Houëdic, Belle-Ile, Ile aux Moines, etc. ..) at the tourist office within 100m .

Superbe semaine

Alors que dire :) Un peu énervé par les problèmes de paiement le jour de l'arrivée mais cela n'a rien à voir avec la maison mais plus lier à Abritel et moi. Une superbe semaine en famille, proche de tout, jardin bien sécurisé pour les enfants, une place pour garer votre véhicule vraiment top. Pour les moins biens, l'escalier non sécurisé pour les enfants (attention pour les moins de 4 ans) peut etre proposé une barrière à fixer pour soulager la peur des parents, un manque de mobilier pour le jardin pour se reposer ( transat ) , pas mal de moustiques malheureusement. Le mobilier vieux mais qui va avec le charme de la maison, beaucoup d'araignées et de moustiques lors de notre arrivée (problématique pour notre fille) Pensez à prendre en compte un budget pour la location de draps ( 100€ pour 3 ) si vous ne venez pas avec les vôtres. Mais tout cela n'est que des détails après une si belle semaine dans cette maison, je conseille fortement et je donne un 20/20 et je remercie le proprio et Léanic d'avoir été dispo dès que nous avons eu besoin d'eux. Nous serons heureux de revenir l'année prochaine si cette location est toujours dispo. Merci

Séjour sympa à Carnac!

Séjour très agréable dans cette location, très propre et bien équipée,nous faisions tout à pieds,ballades sur le front de mer,une boulangerie juste à côté, bonne Communication avec les propriétaires.Nous avons apprécié la proximité des commerces et de pouvoir stationner facilement .

Super vacances

Appartement très bien situé et au calme. Super terrasse bien clôturée. Mais attention à l'escalier très raide qui ne convient pas aux très jeunes enfants (le nôtre de 20 mois l'a davalé malgré toutes nos précautions). Tous les éléments de cuisine et produits de nettoyage sont également à leur portée...sans possibilité de les mettre hors d'atteinte (pas de clefs, ni de meubles hauts).

Super séjour

La maison est idéalement située. Pas besoin de voiture pour aller à la plage, au resto, commerces...tout est à côté. Super accueil par Ana Lee qui est toujours disponible même pendant le séjour. Petit bémol, le mobilier est daté et il n'y a pas de wifi. À part ça, rien à redire nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique région.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement situé au premier étage de la maison. C'est vaste, facile à vivre, bien agencé, et bien placé dans Carnac. Quelques minutes à pied de la plage, le bonheur. Dommage que l'accès à la piscine ne soit pas inclus ! Un petit bémol : c'est un peu limité en termes d'équipement, pour la cuisine par exemple, il y a le strict minimum, pas de grille-pain etc. Mais ce sont des détails, je recommande cette location et j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

Voilà plusieurs années que nous louons chez Mr et Mme Louvel et nous sommes toujours aussi contents de pouvoir profiter d'une location propre, spacieuse, lumineuse et extrêmement bien placée: au cœur de Carnac Plage. Le garage, qui permet de garer une voiture longue, est très appréciable étant donné la localisation de la maison: à deux pas de tout. A chaque fois cette location, tout à fait conforme au descriptif de l'annonce, ne nous déçoit pas. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Situated in the very heart of Carnac Plage, a pretty appartment with 3 good bedrooms and the use of a shady garden. We were four adults and a baby and found it all most convenient. Off road parking was a bonus.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und verbrachten eine angenehme Zeit in dem schönen Haus. Es erfüllte völlig unsere Erwartungen, wir bewohnten das Haus alleine, die Formalitäten bezüglich Vermietung bzw. Kaution verliefen ganz problemlos und zuverlässig. Die Lage ist optimal, der Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, Boutiquen, Apotheke und frisches Gemüse gibt es ein paar Häuser weiter, frischen Fisch direkt gegenüber! (vielleicht eine gute Pfanne und scharfes Messer mitbringen). Man kann sich in den ruhigen Schlafzimmern wunderbar erholen. Sehr angenehm ist auch die Garagennutzung. Wir starteten von unserem Domizil aus zu abwechslungsreichen Ausflügen in die Umgebung. Neben den Megalithen haben uns besonders begeistert die Wilde Küste von Quiberon (Cote Sauvage), die Siedlung um St. Colomban und die einzigartige Stadt Vannes. Alles in allem: Sehr empfehlenswert!

Location correspondant tout à fait au descriptif de l'annonce. Appartement spacieux, central, propre, lumineux et calme. Le garage, attenant à la maison, permet de garer sans problème une voiture longue. Mise à disposition par le propriétaire d'une terrasse extérieure et du terrain de boules ce qui est très agréable lors des belles soirées d'été. L'accueil est très chaleureux et sympathique. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Great apartment

This apartment which is the first floor of a house is situated in an excellent location being in easy walking distance to both a lovely sandy beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is simply furnished and you need to take your own bedlinen but is good value for money and in addition offers secure garage parking. Great communications with the owners by who speak excellent English. This is a lovely part of France. Would recommend.

cela,fait plusieurs fois que nous passons des vacances dans cette maison et c'est toujours un grand plaisir d'y revenir et revoir cette magnifique région.Toutes commodités à proximité(poissonnier, pharmacie et boulanger).La plage est proche ainsi que le marché où l'on peut apprécier les bons produits du terroir.Beaux sites à découvrir à pied.Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques ce qui agrémente le séjour.Bonnes vacances en Bretagne.

100 m de la plage

propriété spacieuse, propre, bien équipée et sécurisée par portail automatique. proximité commerces, plage, animations du soir, la proximité sans les inconvénients, la location reste calme. bon contact avec les propriétaires.
