This beautiful and cozy rural house has some of the best views of rural Mallorca, with almond trees and mountains. It is an old "pages" house, recently renovated, taking care of the details and harmony of the past and adapting the comforts and services of today. In a very quiet enclave with nearby trails to walk and enjoy nature. The house has a single floor, very comfortable and spacious. At the back there is a large terrace that overlooks the private pool with solarium, completely fenced, where you can enjoy the tranquility and extraordinary views.
House rules: GROUPS of only those under 25 years of age are NOT ACCEPTED.
AIR CONDITIONING or HEAT PUMP: Depending on consumption, direct payment to the owner.
