Great apartment, perfect location

Wonderful place to stay, with caring, attentive hosts Mario, Editta & Marcelo. Santa Maria Navarrese is a place to drive to then put the keys away; restaurants, beach, hiking, kayaking all walking distance. Sardinia is beautiful, we will be back. Thank you for a rejuvenating holiday!

Lage hervorragend, zum Strand nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Supermarkt, Restaurants etc. um die Ecke, zwei schöne große Balkone, von denen der obere eine tolle Aussicht auf die Bucht und die Berge bietet; die Küche ist gut ausgestattet; der Ausgangspunkt Ostello Bellavista zum wunderschönen Küstenwanderweg zum Felsen Pedra Longa ist in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen;

Perfekte Wohnung als Familie

Tolle Wohnung, mitten im Zentrum von Santa Maria Navarrese. Lebensmittelladen, Restaurant, Bars, Spielplatz in 2min Gehdistanz. Das Meer sowie die beste Gelateria (Maestro Gelataio) ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Insbesondere die obere Etage mit wunderbarer Aussicht und viel Platz war für uns Gold wert. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Supermarkt gleich in der Nähe und nur 5 Gehminuten zu einem tollen Schnorchelstrand! Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber mit einer großen schönen Terasse! Freundliche Vermieter! Kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely Holiday

We stayed at the apartment for 4 weeks and enjoyed our vacation very much. As mentioned by many before, the location is perfect - 5 mins to the beach and just across the road from a supermarket. The closest (and very good) restaurants are 2-5 mins away. The apartment is very inviting and has everything one could need for a great holiday. Only if you do a lot of cooking you might miss a few things (e.g. whisk, measuring cup). But there are lots if good restaurants close by - our baby wasn’t very happy going out for dinner, which is why we ended up cooking a lot. There was always a parking spot available on the road. Internet was sometimes quite slow, but always usable. The large upper terrace is lovely and even has sea views. Communication via phone with Mario was easy, reliable and very pleasant. Travelling with 2 small children, we very much appreciated the possibility to check in earlier after our long drive. The evening before our departure we were even payed a farewell visit by Editta. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday.

Tolle Ferien!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und grosszügig auf zwei Etagen verteilt. Vor allem hat uns die Terrasse gefallen. Leider ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig, was uns ein wenig gestört hat. Mit der Zeit aber gewöhnt man sich daran. Die Lage ist einfach top. Man konnte zu Fuss zum Strand, zu den vielen Restaurants usw. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und es hat alles super geklappt.

Schön, zentral und doch ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Tolle Ausgangslage für Ausflüge und Strand besuche. Supermarkt, Eisdiele ums Eck. Saubere, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung zum Verweilen, sogar Matratzen waren so angenehmen, dass wir nach 14 Tagen immer noch keine Rückenschmerzen hatten. Balkon/Terrasse ist herrlich. Aufjedenfall zu empfehlen!

Sehr hübsche und perfekt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für 4 bis max. 5 Personen.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden jugendlichen Söhnen dort und fanden es perfekt. Gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, 3 Terrassen zentrale und ruhige Lage mitten im Ort. Heizung und Klimaanlage vorhanden, damit auch das ganze Jahr sehr gut zu nutzen!!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!!

Geräumig, sauber und in schöner Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser großzügigen Ferienwohnung genossen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Der überdachte Balkon im oberen Stock mit Blick auf den Ort, die Berge im Hinterland und das Meer verführen zu stundenlangem Draußensitzen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert, Anfragen wurden innerhakb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Für einen entspannten Familienurlaub ist das Objekt unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil bei Edita und Marco

Schönes App. in guter Lage und nicht weit vom Strand. Besonders den großen Freisitz haben wir genossen. Sauberkeit und Komfort bestens. Buchung und Abwicklung haben problemlos funktioniert. Jederzeit gerne wieder und unbedingt zu empfehlen. Santa Maria di Navaresse ist als Standort ebenfalls eine Reise wert.

Sehr angenehme Wohnung mit großartiger Dachterasse

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene, ein Kind) haben uns in dieser schönen Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Durch die zwei Ebenen hatten wir das Gefühl, ganz viel Platz zu haben. Die Ausstattung der Küche liess keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und empfingen uns trotz Ankunft am späten Abend persönlich. Großartig ist die tolle Dichterasse, auf der wir uns viel aufgehalten haben. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das WELAN fiel am dritten Tag aus und liess sich nicht "wiederbeleben". Das läßt sich aber sicher beheben. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit verlebt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir kommen wieder!

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen in dieser schönen Wohnung im einladenden Santa Maria Navarrese verbracht und haben uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir einen weiteren Urlaub hier verbringen wollen. Die Umgebung bietet sich für viele Ausflüge an, die wir in den zwei Wochen garnicht schaffen konnten, im Ort gibt es ansprechende Restaurants und Strrandbars an, er war noch nicht übervoll mit Touristen, so dass man das Gefühl hatte, am authentischen italienische Leben teilzuhaben . Die Wohnung - die aufgrund der zwei Stockwerke mit zwei Bädern und Balkonen eher wie ein kleines Haus wirkte - ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und war gepflegt und sauber mit ausreichendem Inventar. Am liebsten haben wir uns auf dem oberen großen Balkon aufgehalten mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Berge, das Meer und das Städtchen - lediglich zwei Sonnenliegen haben uns gefehlt. Das nette Vermieterpaar war vor, während und nach unserem Aufenthalt überaus entgegenkommend, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Super herzliche Vermieter, Traumterrasse

Wunderbare Wohnung mit herzlichem Empfang durch super liebe Vermieter! Küche sehr gut eingerichtet, Terrasse ist ein Traum - Meerblick, Bergblick, Stadtblick, Sonne, Schatten, reichlich Platz mit großem Tisch. Liegt in ruhiger Seitenstraße mit reichlich Parkmöglichkeiten, zu Fuß 5 Minuten durch den Stadtpark zum Strand. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben, grazie mille Editta & Marcello!!! :-)

Merveilleux!

Nous avons passé 3 semaines en juillet dans cet appartement en duplex, le cadre est somptueux, la plage est bien à 300m pas besoin de véhicule! Village typique et très calme à flanc de montagne, rues en pentes. Le port pour visiter les plages voisines (cala luna...) est aussi accessible à pied. Tout est conforme à la description. Propreté parfaite, excellent rapport qualité/prix. Pour le ravitaillement il y a de nombreuses supérettes un peu partout dont 2 très proches du logement. Les propriétaires, Editta (qui parle Français) et Marcello, sont très sympathiques et généreux. Nous les remercions encore pour leur accueil et pour leurs conseils sur place. Nous recommandons vraiment cette destination.

Anche se su due piani è comodo e confortevole, soprattutto molto comodo il balcone, su cui si riesce a pranzare e cenare senza problemi. La zona è molto tranquilla, la spiaggia di sassolini raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, un piccolo supermercato proprio davanti a casa."

"Wir haben eine Woche (Pf...

"Wir haben eine Woche (Pfingsten 2012) im Haus Casa del Mar verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Gute Ausstattung, ruhige Lage in einem Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen (die Schule in der Nähe hat uns nicht gestört), schöne Wohnungseinrichtung, 2 kleine Bäder, schöner Blick von den beiden Balkonen über den Ort (vom oberen bis zum Meer), kleiner Markt ca. 50 Meter entfernt (verkauft frische Brötchen). Ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern (sogar ein Babybett ist vorhanden). Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich. Für uns war es perfekt. We have spent a week (Pentecost 2012) in "Casa del Mar" and were completely satisfied. Good quality, quiet location in a house with several apartments (the school in the vicinity did not bother us), nice furnishings, 2 small bathrooms, nice views from the two balconies over the locality (from the top balcony even to the sea), small market ~50 meters away (sells fresh baps). Ideal for families with children (even a baby cot is available). The landlord-couple is very friendly! For us it was perfect! "
