Detached villa, 1000 m2 garden planted with olive and palm trees and many plants. 8x4m private pool secured with perimetric alarm and gate, in front of the house. Very good amenities, carefully decorated. 300 m from the shops and the centre of the village, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees with the shrilling. The village is famous for the mill making oil and the wine of the hillsides of Aix. In the garden is an exotic birds' aviary. Small dogs accepted.
