This fully renovated farmhouse with separate barn is settled on a 1-acre property in hamlet of la Beconne which is part of the perched village of Queyssac-les-Vignes.
The South-exposed house in the direction of the beautiful Dordogne River is surrounded by pastures, farms, vineyards and other small hamlets.
Shops and restaurants are available in Bétaille and Vayrac that are around 3 km away and Bretenoux, Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne and Martel that are 9.5 km away.
The house sleeps 4 with detached renovated barn sleeps 7 more, 11 in total. Fenced heated pool with maximum depth of 1.60 m, fully fitted kitchen, terrace with barbecue and satellite television. Indicated rates are only for the rental of the house. With extra cost, the barn is also for rent.

Très agréable, belle maison authentique et piscine chauffée dont nous avons bien profité

Dans une très belle région ,riche en villages magnifiques ,châteaux et randonnées aux paysages très variés, la maison est dans un beau cadre, le salon est joliment aménagé, la maison très bien équipée, la piscine avec pompe à chaleur nous a permis de nous baigner tous les jours malgré un temps maussade et la personne qui gère la maison est très réactive . Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

The house is very cute and in a beautiful area, very quite. We loved the pool also.

It is not a luxury place but a nicely renovated old house with all amenities. There are plenty of things to see in the area (big cultural legacy and wonderful medieval villages). The nature around is wonderful. If you like to hike and ride your bike, you'll love it. There is a good internet connection and the pool is heated (although we turned the heating system off because it is quite loud). We appreciated our stay very much. The two teenagers who had the barn for themselves also. We were six people (2 couples and 2 girls) and there was enough room for all of us, either outside by nice weather, or inside, as we had some rain. The fact that the house has three floors make it easier for everyone to isolate if they wish. Too bad the figs in the garden were not ripe, but we enjoyed the plums. It may be a little overpriced for the area but really nice.
