The apartment is in a perfect location! It's less than a block from the inlet and 2 blocks from the beach. The apartment is very clean and very well equiped. The queen-size bed was very comfortable. We had excellent communication with our hosts. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Excellent stay in Costa Nova

This was a wonderful place to stay in Costa Nova. It’s within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, fish market, convenience stores, and more—we absolutely loved the location. The apartment is on the second floor and had everything we needed, and more. Natividade was an exceptional host. She kindly provided us with two bikes, a beach umbrella, and beach towels, which was incredibly helpful since we didn’t bring any beach equipment with us. She met us in person to hand over the keys, explain how everything worked, and offer great local recommendations. The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the small patio with a barbecue area—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. We truly enjoyed our time in Costa Nova and would love to come back. Highly recommended!

Muy buenas vacaciones

Buen localización, acceso a servicios y al lado del mercado. A 5 min de la playa y de la ría. El apartamento tiene menaje muy completo. Los dueños, encantadores. Nos consiguieron dos sillas para niños para las bicicletas e hicieron que nuestra está cía fuera aún más comoda

Très bon emplacement pour une location sympa

Appartement spacieux sur 2 niveaux , clair et propre , situé au sud ( très appréciable l hiver ) ... Cuisine très bien équipée. Calme l hiver mais un restaurant en dessous ouvert tous les jours tard ! Bien situé entre la lagune et la mer( très belles pistes cyclables ) , à 20 min en voiture d Aveiro ! Sinon un car passe régulièrement pour un trajet de 30 min ( station toute proche ) 2 supermercados, de très bons restaurants , le marché ouvert tous les jours sauf le lundi en hiver ), 2 boucheries et une superbe boulangerie pâtisserie vraiment tout près! Tout se fait à pied ! Costa Nova est aussi très animé l hiver ! A recommander sans problème! Nos hôtes sont adorables et conviviaux!

The perfect place to stay.

After a very warm welcome you have everything you can think of you might need from towels, bicycles, wifi to corkscrew is there. The apartment is spotless clean and so much space. It's very relaxing, cool and with everything at hand, fridge, microwave, shower, toilet, 3 eating places to choose from and a good bed at the end of the day to climb into, I would recommend to anyone.

Logement typique proche de l océan

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement avec un acceuil chaleureux de Natividade et son mari. Logement spacieux décoré avec soins, bien équipé (connexion wifi notamment). Les plages sont à quelques minutes à pied et les restaurants encore plus proches !! Je recommande ce logement !

Parfait pour des vacances en famille

Un grand merci à la propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et son accueil chaleureux ! La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et bien située : en bord de mer, rue commerçante mais suffisamment calme. Nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité d autres villes à visiter comme Porto bien sûr, Aveiro et la promenade en gondole ...

Preciosa casa a un paso de la playa

Fuimos tres amigos, pasamos cuatro días en la casa y nos encantó. Muy bonita, limpia, ordenada y bien equipada. Las camas eran cómodas y todos los electrodomésticos así como la televisión y el wifi funcionaban perfectamente, además la casa está cerca de la playa así como de bares y un restaurante. Natividade fué muy amable con nosotros y nos proporcionó sombrillas y toallas para ir a la playa e incluso bicicletas. Muchas gracias por la atención y la confianza.

Gran casa, mejor arrendataria

Fuimos 4 días dos parejas españolas, a disfrutar de la playa de barra. Es una casa idónea para tal estancia, cerca de la playa, casa grade, bonito patio y camas comodas. La señora natividad, es un encanto y nos trato de la mejor manera posible. En cuanto a limpieza, la casa esta inmejorable.

Schön, grosszügig und charmant

Grosszügige, gepflegte und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Vermieter. Ausgezeichnete Lage im Zentrum des ruhigen Fischerdörfchens. Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke und das Meer erreicht man nach kurzem Fussmarsch. Was kann man mehr verlangen? Es war ein Glücksfall, diese Wohnung zu finden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Muy recomendable. Todo un acierto. Estuvimos una semana y disfrutamos de una espaciosa y limpia casa en el centro de Costa Nova. Mobiliario moderno y bien cuidado. Mil gracias Natividade, por tu generosidad, amabilidad y gran confianza, hemos pasado unos días muy agradables. El apartamento no puede estar mejor situado, estando a pocos metros de la playa y de establecimientos de servicios varios (restaurantes, bares, mercado, minimarkets...). Bien situado para acceder a otras localidades (Aveiro, Porto, Coimbra....), El apartamento estaba dotado de todas las comodidades, es amplio, limpio y no faltaba ningún detalle que puedas echar en falta, al estar fuera de casa. Gracias a Natividade nuestra estancia ha sido inolvidable

La casa está muy limpia y es confortable. La cocina perfectamente equipada y con detalles como sal,azúcar,aceite... También dispone de productos de limpieza, trapos de cocina,manteles Los dueños muy agradables, ponen a tu disposición todo lo que tienen en la casa, incluso sombrillas de playa, ademas se preocuparon de llamarnos por telefono a mitad de estancia para saber si necesitabamos algo. La casa está junto al mercado de pescado y varios restaurantes y cafeterias. Vamos que te sientes como en casa.

Clean, modern, perfect holiday apartment

I stayed with my parents and my daughter. On arrival, everything was clean and ready for us. We were given everything we needed. Even an extra cot for my daughter. The rooms are spacious. The shower and bathrooms are clean and bright. Bed comfortable with lots of extra pillows, towels, blankets etc. Simple decoration similar to a hotel. Easy to stay here with my 3 year old daughter. This is a new apartment. There is only one other residence in the main building. Parking is easy as there is plenty of spaces on the road and never a far walk. There is a great modern seafood restaurant 10 feet across the street which was full of locals. A great place to stay if visiting Aveiro as much quieter and calmer out of the city. I would recommend this apartment for everyone (couples and families) and especially anyone travelling from North America due to comfort in size of rooms and amenities. I would easily return. Thank you!
