Great appartment

Lovely appartment centrally situated and close to beach , bars and great selection of restaraunts, bus station also very nearby. Enjoyed our stay here and would love to return!

Disappointing

The word “luxury” in the listing is misleading because you will find the basics that have become worn with age and use. For example, the lighting is bare bulbs hanging from wires in the living room, bedrooms and bathroom. Be aware there is no internet. The heater will heat the living/dining area We found communication difficult with the owner, both in terms of language, helpfulness at and timeliness of responses. The family that cleans the apartment is very accommodating and does a good job. The location is within walking distance of most of Quarteira. .

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind genügend vorhanden. Betten sind in Ordnung. Schlafsofa (Klappsofa) ungenügend. Die Küchenaustattung ist auf ein Minimum reduziert. Wasserkocher und Toaster nicht vorhanden/defekt. Trotz Kontakt mit Vermieter wurde dies auch nicht besorgt. Wohnung scheint sehr hellhörig zu sein. Die Nachbarin (Dauermieterin)hat sich massiv beschwert, obwohl wir nur in Zimmerlautstärke geredet und Karten gespielt haben. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr negativ beeinträchtigt.

Avec un accès à pied de 5mn pour rejoindre la plage, centre ville à proximité appartement tranquille, propriétaire à l'écoute joignable par téléphone, Monsieur Carlos qui vient faire l'accueil et l'état des lieux est d'une grande gentillesse. a 50kms à la ronde de belles promenades à faire. Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons. Je recommande cette location.

O Sr. Carlos foi uma pessoas muito atenciosa e disponível. O apartamento tal como a sua localização correspondia ao definido no anúncio. Contudo, pontos a melhorar: - Não há candeeiros. As lâmpadas estão presas no teto (??!!); - Iluminação das casas de banho deficiente; - O secador de cabelo não serve para nada. Ter ou não ter, é igual; - Os sofás da sala já tiveram melhores dias; - WiFi, não há; - Não há grelhador apesar do anúncio referir.

Boa localização, perto da praia, supermercados, paredão da Quarteira. Bem equipado, com tudo o que é essencial, apenas a apontar os sofás da sala que já precisam de reforma, de resto tudo bastante bom.

Mehr Schein als sein!

Leider waren wir mit dem Appartement nicht zufrieden! Der Herr Carlos, seine Frau und seine Tochter Ines waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war sehr sauber, jedoch waren die Bettwäsche und Badetücher ersichtlich nicht gebügelt. Im ganzen Appartement waren nur Baulampen an der Decke. Die Steckdosen waren nicht gesichert was eine Gefahr für Kleinkinder war! Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert und sah auch nicht so aus als hätte diese zuvor funktioniert. Wir hatten eher den Verdacht das dies eine gängige Ausrede war! Beschreibung stimmt nicht, es gibt zwar eine Garage aber kein Zugang zu diesem da der Schlüssel nicht vorhanden ist! Es gibt auch kein Internet oder Telefon im Haus, was heutzutage schon sehr selten ist. Würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen, da es viel zu teuer ist für das was man bekommt. Infelizmente, não ficámos satisfeitos com o apartamento! O Sr. Carlos, a sua mulher e a sua filha Inês foram muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O apartamento estava muito limpo, mas a roupa de cama e as toalhas de banho não estavam passadas a ferro. Só havia candeeiros de construção no teto em todo o apartamento. As tomadas não estavam seguras, o que era um perigo para as crianças pequenas! O ar condicionado não funcionava e não parecia ter funcionado antes. Suspeitámos que se tratava de uma desculpa comum! Descrição não é verdade, há uma garagem mas não há acesso a ela porque a chave não está lá! Também não há internet ou telefone na casa, o que é muito raro hoje em dia.
