Could you please send me first an information demand, and tell me something about you ? The reason is that I had some real bad experiences with ill-mannered people. On my side I will answer to any question that you might have, in order to help yourself to decide.
I am sure that you will like the lightful apartment that I propose in the Bastille district, close to the Seine, the Marais et St. Martin's Chanel, and to many activities and sights, entirely without noise in a hidden small street. It's on the 7th floor, with elevator.
It is a comfortable, big and 'cosy' apartment, including a large living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom, separated WC. You will have all the necessary comfort with a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, free Wi-Fi. You can take breakfast or an apéritif on the balcony, with morning sun and a look on the roofs of Paris.
4 subway lines, several bus lines and bicycle rentals are nearby.
I am german-french bilingual, and fluent in English. When you arrive, somebody will welcome you, in order to show you everything and to answer on any question that you might have.

As my phone would not work in France except on WhatsApp it was difficult to communicate with the owner. The apartment is fully equipped and comfortable. However, it is not that close to most venues so unless you enjoy walking several hours to get to the Eiffel Tower as an example, you must take the metro

Perfect For Blending In With Locals

Great location, quiet area, great eateries all around and access to public transportation once your accustomed. The host is quick to respond and no issue s with check in or check out. Kindly we were extended and extra 2 hours ast check out. The accommodation has all the basics you need and the smaller bed was adequate for 2 for the 4 nights we stayed. Great experience all in all.

Good stay

Enjoyed Sabine’s cozy apartment near Bastille. It was convenient and met our needs nicely. Communication was a bit difficult at times due to language differences or messages not going thru but all was well. We were unable to take trash down without a specific key to use in elevator. It’s out of tourist areas so not so crowded and gave us a chance to feel like we “ lived “ in Paris and some unexpected perspectives. Not fancy but felt safe and comfortable. Would stay there again.

I agree to Lynn. It was really difficult to have communication with her, not because of the language, but because she don't pay attention to her messages. So me too I would say it was not very "fancy" with her...

A nice apartment in a lovely location

We spent a nice week in Sabine’s apartment, in the first week of September. Sabine kindly allowed us a Thursday to Thursday rental.. It’s bigger than most in the price bracket, and the location is excellent- close to the metro, shops and only a relatively short walk to the Marais and central Paris. There is plenty of living space in the main room. It’s a modern clean apartment, so the plumbing, kitchen appliances and hot water work like a charm: no surprises. The street is one of the quietest we have stayed in, which is a big plus for us light sleepers. And the nice balcony is a real plus. The kitchen is well equipped- no microwave or dishwasher, but they are really not needed. Please be aware that this is the owner’s personal residence. So there are a lot of possessions present in the apartment. This may not be to everyone’s liking, but should not be a drama- except for limited luggage space (if you carry lots of baggage like we did!). It’s fair value for Paris and has the plus of location, quietness and room. Sabine is a very accommodating and flexible owner! She also speaks excellent English. Consider this above the selection of studios you can find at the price bracket. this is much better value and certainly more comfortable.

Tolle zentrale Wohnung

Nur 4 Metrostationen vom Gare de L'Est entfernt liegt diese nette Wohnung in der Nähe der Bastille. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Vermieterin war schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Sollten wir ein weiteres Mal nach Paris fahren, würden wir sehr gerne wieder dort übernachten.

Man ist wirklich mittendrin,

in einem sehr schönen Teil von Paris, nahe der Place de la Bastille, wo am Donnerstag und Sonntag ein fantastischer Markt stattfindet. Sind oftmals die Fotografien von Ferienwohnungen arrangiert, sind die von dieser Wohnung aufrichtig und ehrlich. Man bekommt das, was man sieht und das ist liebevoll und mit Herz eingerichtet. Es ist eine Ferienwohnung, die einem das Ankommen und das Wohlfühlen in Paris leicht macht, mit einem wunderbar weiten Blick über die Stadt, zwar nicht mit dem Eiffelturm oder Sacré-Cœur, aber jederzeit zum Träumen geeignet. Die Vermietung, Schlüsselübergabe, Kontaktmöglichkeit bekommen die Attribute: seriös, zuverlässig, freundlich und man bekommt alle notwendigen Informationen zur Wohnung 1a präsentiert. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung aufrichtig empfehlen.

Great Paris Apartment

We loved our cozy Paris apartment. Sabine was great to deal with We felt right at home. We have stayed in a couple of other Paris neighbourhoods and felt this was probably the best. Very close to Oberkampf and the incredible Bastille market. Just a great area with a very quiet apartment. Two metro stations within 5 minutes. Stay at Sabine’s if you are coming to Paris.

Lovely peaceful place

My husband and I spent 8 nights in Sabine’s apartment in February 2019 and had an excellent time. The place is super clean, lots of natural light, centrally located, and has a very well equipped kitchen. The shower is wonderful with plenty of hot water and the bed is very comfortable. The place is quiet and tranquil yet right in the middle of the city with 2 Metro lines within a 5 minute walk and 2 other Metro lines just a bit further making getting around the city very easy. There are also many good food stores and weekly markets close by. Sabine was very pleasant to deal with; responsive and easy going. She met us at the apartment and walked us through the place. She obviously cares for the apartment and appreciates her guests. Thank you Sabine!

Wonderful conveniently located apartment

This apartment has everything you need for an excellent stay in Paris. It is very close to the metro which will take you anywhere in the city. Many tasty food options close by and a grocery store only a two minute walk away. Sabine was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

séjour agréable dans un appartement lumineux et calme. Situation géographique très pratique .

Avec ces grandes baies ouvertes sur un balcon filant , nous avons pu bénéficier d'un large spectre lumineux dans un Paris pluvieux et bien gris. Idéalement situé dans une rue très calme , les stations de bus et de métro nous ont permis des déplacements rapides. Les commerces et marchés étaient également à proximité et nous avons eu l impression d'être chez nous. Petit bémol, un micro ondes serait le bienvenu pour des gens qui n'ont pas eu envie de cuisiner. Merci Sabine, l accueil avec Lise a été très convivial. Une adresse à retenir .

Comme chez soi au coeur de Paris

Un vrai appartement (chambre séparée, une vraie cuisine fonctionnelle, une salle de bain confortable) au calme, à deux pas du métro ou de Bastille à pied, un balcon avec une vue dégagée (du 7ème étage) et doté d'une petite table suffisante pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou l'apéro. On s'y sent comme chez soi avec de beaux meubles, plein de livres et une jolie déco. On a tout particulièrement apprécié les réponses très rapides de la propriétaire par mail, sa confiance, les draps et serviettes fournis (valises allégées :-), la belle surface de l'appartement (un excellent rapport qualité/prix). Nous gardons l'adresse car nous y reviendrons les yeux fermés. Anne et Françoise

Sehr schöne Wohnung und nette Vermieterin!

Wir haben 6 Tage in der Wohnung von Frau Enders verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Umgebung und das Haus ist ruhig, die Metrostation ganz in der Nähe, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, für Pariser Verhältnisse großzügig und sogar mit Balkon. Die Ausstattung ist komplett. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine gelungene Reise. Frau Enders war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns, obwohl wir Paris einigermaßen kennen, gute Empfehlungen gegeben, so dass wir noch neue Ecken entdecken konnten.

We spent 13 days in Sept/October. It was perfect for us. 5 minute walk from the Bastille market which supplied many of our meals. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. 5 min to 2 metro stops. Hope we can stay there again some day.

A Perfect Parisian Apartment

My wife and I spent two weeks at Sabine's apartment and could not have been happier that we did; it was perfect for us. The apartment is fully furnished, very comfortable, plenty of hangers in the closet, and the kitchen is just the right size. Paris is a large place, with so much to see and do, so the metro is a necessity; it is just a short walk a way around the corner. Around the other corner is a fully stocked market; and of course there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet and sleeping was easy. There is a wonderful street market every Sunday and Thursday and it is not even a five minute walk to get there. One very important thing: the elevator worked perfectly. We are already planning our next trip to Paris, hopefully next year, and this is where we will stay. Thank you once more, Sabine, for all that you did to make our vacation so very special!
