perfect holiday

The house was well appointed, clean, very well equipped and in a stunning location with lovely views of sea and mountain and close to the charming town of Bonifacio. The garden was full of flowers and the swimming pool was lovely and warm. The hosts were excellent - very friendly and prompt to answer all our queries and providing all the information we could need.

A lovely gem close to Bonifacio

Our family (3 adults, 2 children) spent two weeks at this beautiful villa in July 2024. We didn't want to leave! The house is well-appointed and has a great layout and landscaping. Everything flows together nicely whether you go down by the pool to cool off or up to the rooftop terrace to watch the sunset with views of the Sant'Amanza bay. It is also easy to get to Bonifacio by car (approx 10-15min drive). Yves was an extremely helpful and reactive host. He provided plenty of recommendations on places to dine and out of the ordinary activities (like the races at the Hippodrome de Viseo). He also left beach chairs and a mat available for us to use which was greatly appreciated. We loved it and hope to come back again someday. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a family getaway...

We stayed at Sant Amanza for a week in early September - 2 toddlers who were in charge of everything, Mum, Dad and grand-parents. The house was ideal with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom for Mum, Dad and the kids at one end of the house, a large living room / kitchen in the middle and a separate bedroom and bathroom for the grand-parents at the other side of the house. The house opened up through several doors at the back onto a lovely patio area with an inbuilt BBQ and fantastic views over the countryside, down to the bay and Maora Beach. Steps led down to the pool, which was enjoyed by all of us every day, as was the roof terrace, from which the views were even more impressive, especially in the evening as the sun went down.. We were met on arrival by Valerie, who was very friendly and was available for any queries we had during our stay - as was the owner, Yves, who was very easy to deal with, and answered all our pre trip questions quickly and supplied all the information about the house and the area. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, is well furnished, has comfortable beds, good Wifi and a wash room. The only negative we had was the mosquitoes which were quite active at night and we suffered on the first night when we hadn't prepared for them! The house is a 10 minute drive from Bonifacio, where there is a choice of shops and plenty to see and do. We had a day trip to Porto Vecchio, but having experienced the fun of trying to get into the town and find a parking spot there, we all agreed that we were glad we were staying near Bonifacio! The boat trip to see the coast line and caves from Bonifacio is also a must for the first timer. All in all, a lovely house to use as a base for a visit to this lovely part of southern Corsica.

Wir haben dies Ferienhaus geliebt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist fantastisch mit wunderschöner Aussicht von den verschiedenen Terrassen. Die Aufteilung des Hauses war für uns optimal und die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die Kinder haben die Katzen sehr geliebt und wir alle haben den Pool genossen. Nous avons passé un super moment dans cette belle villa surplombant la baie de Sant’Amanza. La maison est très bien aménagée et très fonctionnelle pour 6 personnes. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et les différentes terrasses. La localisation de la maison est parfaite pour accéder aux différents lieux sympas de la corse sud. Le propriétaire a toujours été disponible et accessible. Merci à lui pour son accueil. Nous recommandons cette villa pour un séjour en corse du sud.

Amazing holiday !

We had a wonderful time in Yves' property ! The house is very well designed and decorated, with a lovely central living space, an amazing parental en-suite and two further bedrooms. The outside space is beautiful as well, with a lush flowery garden, and a large pool. We loved the area, with close small and lovely beaches and larger ones a short drive away. Bonifacio is also a very easy reach in 10mn, and a beautiful city to visit. Yves has been an amazing host, providing us with a lot of information ahead of our stay, and making sure we had all we needed when we arrived. Thank you again, we'll be sure to come back !

Un excellent lieu de vacances

Cette maison est parfaite pour passer des congés reposants et paisibles en famille. 3 chambres, 6 couchages dans une maison bien tenue et entretenue. L'équipement est complet et de grande qualité (ce qui change du Ikea omniprésent par ailleurs ...). Un grand frigo + un d'appoint, four discret, machine à laver le ligne et la vaisselle, etc. Tout y est. Le cadre est magnifique. Belles vues sur mer & montagne avec terrasses très agréables pour les repas et apéritifs. Maison nichée dans le maquis et un jardin méditerranéen soigné. Une belle piscine entretenue tout les samedi. Beaucoup de calme même avec des voisins assez proches mais invisibles dans le maquis. Amateurs de navigation, vous disposez en bas d'un loueur sympathique avec des bateaux en très bon état. Le propriétaire a été charmant, réactif et disponible lorsque nous avons eu une panne internet sans gravité. Bref, rien à redire sauf la présence trop amicale des guêpes ... Mais là, personne n'y peut rien ... Nous reviendrons surement.

Très jolie villa très agréable sur plusieurs niveaux ce qui lui donne un charme supplémentaire avec une vue magnifique une jolie piscine et une décoration parfaite avec des matériaux d'excellente facture et un agencement très fonctionnel. Possibilité de louer un semi rigide à 2 pas sur le golfe de Santa Manza ou de rejoindre Cala Longa à travers le maquis sur la côte est avec vues époustouflantes sur le sommet de la crête vers la Corse ou les Iles sardes. A recommander absolument.

Relaxing family vacation home with privacy and beautiful views

This was the perfect, elegant and relaxing getaway in Corsica for our family. Close to Bonifacio but in a beautiful country setting overlooking the Gulf of Sant Amanza. The house and grounds were even better than what we expected from the photos. Everything worked, the pool was perfect, and it the sunsets incredible. There are many inviting spots among the beautifully landscaped grounds for relaxation with a glass of wine, reading a book, or enjoying the pool.

Une vue à couper le souffle

Bonjour De retour à Bordeaux quelques mots pour vous exprimer toute notre joie d avoir passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans votre maison. BONIFACCIO c est une pépite. Le presque hasard ..nous a situé à proximité du golf de Sperone qui bénéficie d un point de vue incroyable sur les îles Lavezzi. Nous avons mis à contribution votre BBQ en découvrant la saveur des pêches locales ,Denti et Chapon par ex. Votre villa nous a enchanté et que dire du tableau proposé le soir au Coucher de soleil sur la terrasse supérieure !!! Merci encore pour la piscine chauffee ! nous avons passé deux semaines de reve dans cette très agréable maison, très fonctionnelle. Le cadre est idyllique avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le "Capu Biancu". Tout a été pensé dans le moindre détail que ce soit des bais vitrées aux salles de bains. La situation est idéale entre Bonifaccio & Porto Vecchio, parfait pour rayonner dans la région et profiter de ces magnifiques plages.

Très belle maison dans un jardin tres soigné dotée d'une magnifique vue sur mer. Les chambres et le salon était très beaux et confortables, la cuisine moderne et équipée. La semaine de vacances là bas était au final des plus agréable et reposante. A recommander sans hésiter !

VILLA A RECOMMANDER

Le descriptif de la maison est au-dessous de la vérité : cette maison est superbe, bien isolée sans vis à vis tout en étant proche de Bonifacio et de quelques bons restaurants. (seul petit reproche : les moustiques et le bruit s'il y a des voisins bruyants ou des enfants hurleurs) Nous étions 6 et nous avons vraiment eu toute la place voulue tant pour partager que pour s'isoler. Les multiples terrasses et espaces de vie permettent de profiter au maximum de la vue SUPERBE ! Le propriétaire - bien qu'à distance - est toujours là pour un renseignement et la personne qui nous accueille est agréable et disponible. L'équipement est complet : on a tout pour réussir un séjour idyllique. la région est superbe et regorge de sites à visiter et d'activités : canonying, escalade, golf et bien sûr plage et plongée... Le rêve en quelque sorte.

Superbe maison

Cette maison à de nombreux atouts : vue mer, belle piscine, très joli jardin dans le maquis et à proximité des plus belles plages de Corse. Nous avons vraiment appréciés le confort de la maison : l'équipement de la cuisine, la décoration, la salle de bain avec très grande baignoire... Il est rare également dans les locations d'avoir au départ tout le nécessaire : papier toilette, prise anti-moustique, sel, huile...ce qui permet d'éviter d'aller au supermarché dès le premier jour. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis également. Enfin en effet le propriétaire même s'il n'est pas sur place est très prévenant. Une adresse à recommander !

Location au calme sans au...

Location au calme sans aucun vis à vis et avec une vue magnifique surplombant la baie. La route (Chemin) pour y accéder n'est pas en bon état(surtout en descente) mais en roulant doucement ca passe. La maison n'est pas climatisée mais orientée de façon à ce qu'il ai toujours de l'air quand les volets sont ouverts (il y a souvent du vent).Chaque pièce de la maison permet d'apprécier la vue sur la mer. La piscine (en contre bas de la maison) est agréable, avec un traitement au sel et non au chlore (deux douches sont présentes à l'extérieur pour les peaux sensibles). Bonifacio est facilement accessible par une route moins fréquentée que la route principale venant de Porto Vecchio, la plage de Maora est la plus proche mais j'émets quelques réserves quant à sa propreté, mieux vaux s'orienter vers les petites plages de Sant'Amanza ou d'autres. Le propriétaire bien qu'a distance est très disponible en cas de questions. Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans cette villa, je recommande.
