PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION:

Casa de São João is an accommodation with two independent floors, wich only the ground floor is for renting. On the upper floor live two owners, so the entire outdoor area is shared.
The property has 2 bedrooms, a lounge with equipped kitchenette, living/dining room with smart TV and also has a garden, swimming pool and barbecue area shared with the residents of the upper floor (owners). One bedroom is double and the other is twin and both have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Outside, which is shared, there is garden furniture, swings for children and an outbuilding with a barbecue and a large table with benches. This annex also has a fridge and a support bathroom. It is a very quiet place, closed to the city centre, and with a lot of privacy, surrounded by cultivated fields and a lot of nature. It is located 3 km from the center of Ponte de Lima.

A fuir !!!

Les extérieurs sont aussi beau que l'intérieur est catastrophique ! Piscine magnifique, jardin vaste et arboré. Intérieur sale, vétuste, norme électrique et securitaire non respecté. Vaisselle sale et moisissures. Poils et cheveux sur la literie, fuite évier et lavabo. Meuble de chambre cassé, meuble de salle de bain condamné.. Balais WC immondes, photos de tous ces désagréments a l'appui si besoin ! Nous avons quitté ce logement par dégoût ! Et malgré les constats fait avec le propriétaire des lieux, aucun dédommagement n'a été accepté !

Nous avons séjourné du 9 au 23 août 2022 dans cette maison calme (sauf certains soirs où les chiens aboyaient) la piscine est conforme à la photo (grande) équipée de transats la cuisine extérieure est spacieuse par contre la literie n'est pas très bonne L hygiène de la maison rien a redire on nous a relivre du linge de maison en milieu de séjour Location à recommander

Decepcionante

El jardín y la piscina son muy bonitos, sin embargo la casa deja mucho que desear. No están nada cuidados los detalles. Uno de los aseos es inadmisible, con malos olores que incluso invaden el dormitorio en el que se ubica. Apenas hay armarios y la cocina es muy incómoda; ni siquiera habían cambiado los estropajos para lavar la vajilla. No hay lavaplatos ni lavadora. También nos hubiera gustado saber que la casa es una pequeña parte de la casa en la que viven varios miembros de la familia del propietario. Nosotros buscábamos intimidad. La puerta y ventana del salón, así como la del dormitorio principal dan a la entrada del jardín, por donde forzosamente pasan los dueños cada vez que entran y salen y donde se aparcan todos lo coches. Por otro lado, confundimos la hora de salida (creíamos que era a las 12:00 en lugar de a las 11:00), y la hija del propietario nos llamó la atención de un modo que rayaba la grosería. No nos dijeron ni adiós. Como digo, el sitio es precioso, pero el alojamiento una decepción. No todo puede ser una piscina y un jardín. El resto también importa.

Casa muito boa e limpa

Tivemos um fimde semana espectacular na casa em Ponte de Lima. Fomos muito bem recebidos, a casa estava limpa e bem arranjada, a piscina muito bem tratada assim como o jardim. O espaço da casa é espectacular. Foi um fim de semana na calma a fazer piscina e com os amigos. Com certeza iremos voltar! Obrigado

Es la segunda vez que alquilo esta casa y de nuevo ha sido una experiencia fantástica. Sol, tranquilidad, churrasco y piscina es la fórmula de la felicidad. Todo limpísimo y ordenado. La única pega que pondría es que por la noche falta luz en la zona de las escaleras y encima de la barbacoa.

Moments très agréables dans un environnement parfait pour des vacances en famille avec des enfants ou entre amis. La piscine et le jardin sont merveilleux pour se détendre et s'amuser. La région est riche en patrimoine à découvrir et gastronomie. Enfin, l'accueil très sympathique et prévenant permet d'entamer le séjour à merveille.

Magnífica experiencia. La casa está limpísima, al igual que la piscina y el jardín muy cuidado. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia: vajilla, cubertería, loza, sábanas, toallas... El cenador con el churrasquero es de 10 para las noches de verano. La situación de la casa es muy buena, tranquilidad absoluta a 10 minutos del centro de Ponte de Lima.
