Beautiful environment

Beautiful environment, view on the mountain is amazing. House itself is basic and to modern standard outdated although kitchen is modernized. You need a car to go up and down the mountain. Located in area with more holiday houses.

Inspirierendes Quartier

Das Haus ist als Teil des Eni-Dorfes architektonisch hoch spannend. Die Inneneinrichtung stammt weitgehend aus der Entstehungszeit, man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie in einem Museum, kann aber sehr bequem leben. Der Blick auf den Monte Pelmo ist in jeder Situation beeindruckend. Zum Wandern muss man ein Stück fahren, um zu guten Ausgangspunkten zu kommen, aber die gibt es in großer Auswahl. Zur Abwechslung kann man dann das Dorf erkunden, über das wir uns noch viel mehr Informationen gewünscht hätten. Aber auch so ist es einen spannende Reise in die späten 50er und frühen 60er Jahre.

Ottimo, da consigliare vivamente!

Trovare la soluzione ideale per le proprie vacanze non è sempre cosa facile. Conosco bene la zona del Cadore e Ampezzo e quest'anno ho alloggiato dalla metà di agosto, per tre settimane, presso la villa di Giuditta, ottima locatrice che sebbene abbia potuto conoscere solo telefonicamente si è dimostrata una persona speciale, gentile, molto sensibile e disponibilissima (qualità non scontate e non sempre riscontrate in precedenti esperienze) Bellissima la sensazione di tranquillità che ti pervade quando sali in questa zona del Cadore. La villa fa parte di un complesso edilizio che spazia ai piedi del monte Antelao, immersa nel bosco, è veramente rilassante, fuori dal traffico della strada statale e al tempo stesso comodamente raggiungibile. La casa dispone di comodi spazi abitativi e dispone di tutti i servizi: acqua calda sempre funzionante, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV, wifi, asciugacapelli, biancheria,.... Dispone anche di uno spazio esterno dove si può comodamente mangiare, oppure stendersi al sole grazie a due sedie a sdraio che ti invitano ad ammirare il monte Pelmo che ogni giorno offre il suo fascino. Veramente tutto organizzato bene. Lo consiglio spassionatamente. Peccato aver terminato il nostro soggiorno!

Chalet bien situé pour de nombreux départs de randonnées. Vue sur le mont pelmo très appréciable. L annonce en ligne devrait être plutôt précise concernant la piscine. Il s agit du spa de Corte situé à proximité du chalet.

Soggiorno idilliaco!

Solamente l'interesse storico-artistico meriterebbe la visita a questo "villaggio", opera del lungimirante architetto edoardo gellner (https://living.corriere.it/tendenze/architettura/la-colonia-nel-bosco-villaggio-vacanze-gruppo-eni-dolomiti/) a prescindere da dove si soggiorni. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di fare le vacanze di natale/capodanno in questo chalet, ubicato in posizione ottimale (tra i primi che salendo si trovano....cosa da non sottovalutare) e con un' attenzione (da parte della gentilissima proprietaria) a non snaturare un arredamento dal contesto storico-artistico che troppo spesso oggi vediamo "modificare" a pro di un asettico stile minimal/moderno che farebbe perdere gran parte del fascino alla struttura. Nello specifico l'ambiente è perfetto, estremamente funzionale e con un fascino unico. Abbiamo già richiesto prenotazione per questa estate....giusto per capirsi... Estremamente consigliato!

Quiete a ferragosto

Siamo stati nella baita di corte di Cadore la settimana di ferragosto. Nonostante tutte le altre baite fossero occupate il silenzio e la quiete erano assoluti. La baita è bellissima, arredata con i mobili originali anni ‘50 di Gellner, strepitosi, ma anche molto funzionale e accessoriata. Particolarmente gradite la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice! Molto confortevole anche il salone con due divani letto e il grande tavolo con panche dove giocare a carte in caso di pioggia. Ci torneremo con entusiasmo.
