We loved our stay in Vodo did Cadore the house was clean, has any rooms to hang out, beautiful views, a fully equipped kitchen and it is close to the Dolomiti resorts and attractions. Our host was amazing and made the whole rental process a breeze.I would definitely recommend this place Thank you!
I highly recommend this rental. It is not every day that one can have the opportunity to reside in a typical house of the area well located and whose owners are of an extreme kindness.
We are so thankful that Efli opened her family home to us for our stay in Vodo di Cadore. The home is absolutely beautiful and comfortable and we would love to return someday for another stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the furnishings were homey and charming. We loved the quiet location and access to walking trails. It is off the beaten track, which appealed to us for a quiet, restful stay, but close enough to Cortina and the Dolomites. Thank you Elfi!
Elfie is a wonderful and kind host. Any time we had a question or needed something, she answered right away.
The house is beautiful. It is a family home and the love permeates the home. The views are breathtaking. Everything you will need is already at the house.
If you want a truly relaxing vacation, think of this property. Also, it’s only 90 minutes from Venice, on roads that are very easy to drive.
Absolutely loved the house! Super clean and convenient location off the main road with parking. Very quiet with beautiful views of the mountains. Plenty of space where you can hang and dry your snow gear after a busy day on the slopes. Elfi is a great hostess and met us in person at the house to show us around. Easy communication and fast responses. A three minute walk to the mini market, where you can get essentials and morning coffee with fresh brioche. Pizzeria and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. 10-15 minute drive to the ski slopes. We had such a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Vodo di Cadorre. Ideally located and quiet. A perfect place to recharge our batteries.
Elfi and her mother Ermis are very welcoming hosts. The house is magnificent with everything you could want in a house.
We look forward to our next stay!

In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht.
Comoda e ben attrezzata.
traditionelles, typische cadorisches Haus,
schöne historische Inneneinrichtung, im Erdgeschoss etwas dunkel,
leider an etwas stark befahrener Dorfstr.,
A family of 4 (with 2 older children) we really enjoyed our stay in Vodo. The house is very quirky and original which we liked. There was a lovely south facing balcony which we used constantly rather than the garden which isn’t private or contained - a consideration with young children. The location is great in a lovely village with a Michelin star restaurant at the end of the street as well as a superb more everyday restaurant Alpina. There is a well across the road with fresh mountain water which was delicious. There’s a small supermarket in the village, a shop where they make fresh pasta, as well as a lovely farm shop both in walking distance. The kitchen was so authentic and I loved whipping up some Italian meals - it’s almost like a museum but had everything you could need, including spices and oils etc that were available for us to make use of. The layout worked well for us as there were 2 bedrooms each on 2 floors, both floors having its own bathroom. Our only criticism would be that our bed was not comfortable at all and so we didn’t sleep very well - the kids said their beds were ok.

Hi Darlene, thank you very much for your review. Let me know, please, in wich room you slept, because all the matresses are new, and nobody before you told me anything about this. I would like to check to understand the problem. Thank you very much, Elfi

troppo vecchia

Lei senz'altro no.

Why they chose this property
This house belongs to my family since it was built (approximately 1750). Other than the heating and the household equipment, the house has remained faithful to its roots with the fireplace in the kitchen and the antique furniture. The house, with four double bathrooms and two bathrooms is ideal for large families or a group of friends
