Dirty

The apartment had mold on the ceilings in each bedroom. The clothes dryer didn't work. The beds were uncomfortable and the TVs were very outdated. The location was nice but the road out front is very b.usy. I would not recommend this property.

Dirty suite, but great location

The apartment suite was dirty, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and old. The staff was nice and help but we were disappointed with the condition of the suite and the beds. The location of this appointment suite was great though.

Close to boardwalk and Cheap

Don’t know his name but the guy at the front when I checked in and checked out was so incredibly nice!! He was extremely welcoming and had incredible customer service. It was an overall great place to stay.

Would rent again!

We loved this property. We come to Ocean City every year and always select a rental in this area of town. We don’t need to be ocean front just enjoy being close to the boardwalk. Would highly recommend this property to anyone! We stayed in the South Beach Apartments and they’re just beautiful inside! Newly updated, beautiful decor, and loved having the dishwasher and washer/dryer in the space for convenience. It was clean when we arrived. Beds left a little to be desired but it’s not a deal breaker. Short walk to the boardwalk, dining, and 7-11. Will definitely consider renting for future stays.

Vacation 2020

We had an amazing stay!! To be able to come back from a long day at the beach and boardwalk to relax in our own space was perfect ! The big kids took refuge from their little brother in their own room and he thought he was king of the living room! It was by far one of our best stays at Ocean City in all the years we’ve been coming! We will be staying here in the future !!

Great location

I stayed with my friends at this property for five days. The location was great and it was a really chill environment. We had a great time but on arrival the floors were dirty and some flies in the place. One of our bedroom doors didn’t shut all the way but they sent someone and they were very willing to help! We ended up asking for another person to come in to clean up a little more and that was a little better. Overall it was super chill and I’d honestly stay again, maybe a different type of room/ apartment they offer.

The apartment was beautiful and clean.

Traffic during Sunfest weekend was horrific, especially in this location. Also, the price should have been way cheaper on Sunday night vs Saturday night. An Ocean front view would have probably cost less for our 2 day stay. I must thank HOME AWAY for finding this place in such short notice. We had a great time.

Nice location - dirty apartment though and not well maintained

Nice room and great location. The apartment was really dirty when we got there. The kitchen countertops didn't look like they were even cleaned off and all the pots and pans were really gross. Other than that nicely renovated place.
