The apartment is located 50 m from the bus station and 700 meters from the giustiniana station, accessible on foot or by bus, which connects directly with the city center in 20 minutes (P.za del Popolo). Ideal for groups of friends and families. The house has a living room with fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and large terrace, wonderful to be exploited for meals quotidini, specially the morning at breakfast while the sun will plan your tour will pamper you and everything will be another awakening. Ligesom i overskriften. Dog føltes lejligheden lille til 5 voksne. Der var ikke så meget service og ingen bordskånere.

Rome est un musée à ciel ouvert. Les transports en communs sont très faciles et recommandés . Les italiens sont super accueillants et très gentils.

Alles gut!!

Die Wohnung war gemütlich. Die Verbindung zur Innenstadt per Zug war gut. Man kann zu Fuß zur Zugstation laufen (20min) oder mit dem Auto zur Station SaxoRossa fahren, dort gibt es bewachte Parkplätze und man kommt mit dem gleichen Zug in die Stadt. Die Vermieterin ist ein Goldstück. Sie berät, sie umsorgt und ist wahnsinnig freundlich. Einzig die Duschkabine ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, funktioniert aber tadellos und das Eisfach hätte enteist werden müssen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden😃 Für Familien die etwas aufs Geld achten sehr gut!!!!

Bien situé pour visiter Rome

La location est très bien situé pour visiter Rome avec la gare à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Résidence calme et supérette à moins de 5 mn bien pratique. En point négatif, un peu juste en vaisselle pour 5 personnes.Pas de micro-ondes, pas de cafetière, pas de grille-pain...Et là où j'ai vraiment été déçue c'est pour la piscine. Le propriétaire m'avait annoncé un prix par jour et finalement c'était par jour et par personne. Sacré budget pour 5 !! Il n'y a pas de piscine c'est en fait la piscine municipale. Autre point la climatisation à régler en plus sur place ce n'était pas précisé sur l'annonce et je crois que c'est bien la 1ere fois que je paye en plus pour la clim.. Il n'y a pas 3 chambres mais 3 couchages...2 chambres et un canapé convertible.

Fantastic apartment and memorable holiday!! Would stay again.

We have just returned after spending a lovely week in Rome. My wife and our 3 kids have enjoyed the wonderful sites, weather and food. The apartment is situated on the outskirts of Rome. It was very clean and well furnished with air conditioning and wifi. We spent the evenings sitting in the outside area where we enjoyed the summer sunsets with a glass of wine overlooking the olive trees! It was very safe and secure with a main complex entrance then main building entry followed by apartment entry. Both Adriano and Mirella were very helpful and kind, always available if needed. What's local: There was a shopping complex near by which had a fantastic supermarket ' Simply Market' selling everything from fresh fruit, alcohol to cakes, meats, cosmetics, baby food, toys, electrics and even beach wear! There were quite a few bars and small restaurants near by including a lovely place to get amazing ice-cream and cakes! A health club about 20 mins walk or 3 bus stops will let you swim as long as you have swimming hats for 10 euros each. Getting around: we travelled into central Rome everyday with 3 young children and it took around 30mins. There is a bus stop just opposite which will take you to the train station where you can catch frequent trains into the heart of Rome! They are less frequent over the weekends but it's still a good service. We also spent time and the amazing Santa Marinella beach (twice) and visited Rome Zoo which was great and enjoyable. Airport: A taxi will take 35mins and should cost 50 euros. Alternatively if you fancy a more scenic journey from the airport :Train to termini is 14 euros from airport then you take the metro, followed by train and bus to apartment. This will take you just over an hour or so. I would love to visit again and would definitely recommend the apartment and area! Thank you Adriano and Mirella for our memorable holiday!

soggiorno piacevole

La casa vacanze in cui ho soggiornato ha sicuramente soddisfatto tutte le mie aspettative. L'abitazione é confortevole e curata e la posizione é strategica. É ben collegato al centro ma ha la tranquillità di un quartiere residenziale. É dotata di un parcheggio interno molto comodo e a pochi passi si trova il trenino collegato direttamente con il centro di Roma che passa ogni dieci minuti. Sicuramente la prossima volta che torneró a Roma soggiornerò di nuovo qui anche per la cordialità e disponibilità dei proprietari

Perfect Accomodation in ROME

Here is our comments about our stay: Little bit late, but not to much :) Appartement is very very nice and everything was brand new. For the Owner I can get only the grade 10/10. We stay there for one week, and It couldn`t be better. It is outside the city, so you can have a quiet evenings on the terrace (We prefer this with my girlfriend). The parking in the house was not allowed, but the the owner has found some parking place close to the flat. That was Perfect. At the time of our stay it was very hot, but inside the flat has been a nice cold.. just beatiful.. The flat self is cca 50min from city center (you have to take 1 bus and 1 train), but I prefer to go with bus, because of hard traffic inside the city. The travel time depends on the precision of italian public transport. For us is this the best place to stay in Rome, and me and my girlfriend will be back.. JAN & Maria

L'acceuil est chalereux e...

L'acceuil est chalereux et agréable.Logement agréable,propre et fonctionnel. le centre de Rome est à 30 minutes après avoir pris bus et train. Appartement à recommander pour 4 personnes maximun. Les commerces sont très proches à pied.Très bon séjour.

het appartement was zeer ...

het appartement was zeer mooi en netjes met een grote winkel en bus rechtover de deur je moest wel bus en trein nemen , een uurtje gaan en een uurtje terug voor Rome elke dag wat ik jammer vond je kon s avonds nergens meer iets gaan drinken op terrasje was te ver weg spijtig Er was ons belooft dat we konden vissen in de buurt maar was dus helemaal niet waar spijtig was dat de enige reden waarom wij buiten rome gekeken hadden voor logies

"Appartement parfait manq...

"Appartement parfait manque juste un lave linge. Concernant le transport il faut compter environ 1/2 heure pour arriver Piazza del poppolo car de la maison à la gare vous devez prendre un bus qui passe toutes les 10 à 15 minutes et ensuite le train. Les propriétaires sont très charmants et accueillants."

La estancia se ajusta a l...

La estancia se ajusta a las descripciones realizadas por el Sr. Q. de su alojamiento. El apartamento supercómodo y muy limpio(sobretodo las camas, muy cómodas) con todos los elementos necesarios para una perfecta estancia (eso sí, se hecha de menos un microondas para facilitar las labores culinarias). Desde el apartamento hasta la estación de La Giustiniana hay un autobús (el 33 o el 330) que te deja allí en 5 minutos, luego desde La Giustiniana hasta Flaminio (cogiendo el tren de la línea Roma-Viterbo) hay 13 paradas con una duración de aproximadamente 25 minutos (intervalos de paso de trenes de 15 minutos aprox.) que te deja al ladito de la Piazza del Popolo ya en pleno centro y a unos 10 minutos a pie de la Piazza di Spagna. Desde Flaminio puedes enlazar con el metro línea A (naranja) que en unos 5 minutos te deja en Termini y allí coger autobuses parta cualquier lugar de la ciudad o enlazar con la línea B (azul) que por ejemplo te deja en el Colosseo. Un consejo muy recomendable; si vais a ver las Catacumbas de la Via Appia Antica como las de San Calixto, bajad en la parada de metro San Giovanni in Laterano y allí coger el autobús 218 hasta San Calixto sino queréis hacer una caminata impresionante de más de una hora desde Porta San Sebastiano como nos ocurrió a nosotros. Agradecer el trato y la atención del Sr. Q. en el proceso del alquiler y sobretodo Al Sr. Q. (padre) y a la Sra. Mirella (disculpenme si no se escribe bien así)por toda la atención recibida en el apartamento y la información de la ciudad que nos dieron. Muchas gracias familia Q.!. Desde luego que si vuelvo a Roma, que tendrá que ser que sí, volveré al mismo apartamento y lo pienso recomendar a todos mis conocidos que quieran ir a visitar la ciudad.

"L''appartamento è conforme alla descrizione, i letti sono molto comodi cosa non da poco visto le mie esperienze passate in altre strutture. Ho passato uno splendido week-end insieme ai miei amici, la famiglia è molto ospitale e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni di cui avevamo bisogno con estrema precisione. Si arriva in centro con molta facilità e i treni passano di continuo ogni 10 minuti, siamo stati pochi giorni e non siamo riusciti a visitare tutto quindi credo proprio che per il mio prossimo soggiorno già saprò a chi rivolgermi. Grazie anche ad homelidays che mette a disposizione queste fantastiche strutture"
