Kristel house is located on the seafront of the town, in a quiet area just a few steps from the sea and the marina. Very convenient for its location as close to all amenities such as restaurants, bank, post office, supermarkets, bus stop, beach. The house, located on the ground floor has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds or a double bed, bathroom with shower, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen and veranda with umbrella, table and chairs. New furniture and well cared for in a sober, equipped with dishes, iron, ironing board, drying room, washing machine, dryer, TV, home appliances and kitchen accessories to complete.

On arrival the owners will accompany you in showing you around the apartment available and after the delivery of the keys and balance as a result, more of your request will be happy to accompany you for a small tour through the streets of the country, to introduce you to the places, beaches , the restaurants, the shops that can be useful for your vacation.

"The apartment was exactl...

"The apartment was exactly as advertised and as per photos. It is just across the road from a beach and in a wonderful lively area. It was spotlessly clean and had all necessary cutlery and crockery. 1 minute walk from the supermarket, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee shops. All the locals were extremely friendly and helpful, the ATM machine and pharmacy is only 5 mins walk away. The owners were extremely helpful in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Anna even did us a few special favors when we needed help, which we greatly appreciated! I would most definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to have a great problem free holiday! Très bon séjour

Il y a tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour passer un agréable séjour dans cette maison. Sa position est idéale pour visiter la région et la plage est à peine à 10 minutes à pied . Très très bon accueil malgré que nous soyons arrivés plus tôt que l'heure prévue et très bonne communication avec le gérant Merci

Wunderbare Urlaubstage

Wir verbrachten im Kristel Haus 9 wunderbare Tage. Alles ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und einfach schön. Das Apartment liegt perfekt, alle nötigen Einkaufsländen befinden sich um die Ecke (Supermarkt, Bäcker etc.) und der wunderbare Sandstrand mit glasklarem Wasser liegt zu Fuß ca. 10 min entfernt. Die Vermieter Anna und Daniel sind sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen jederzeit zur Stelle. Wir können das Kristel Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!

Super Urlaub!

Wir verbrachten in der Ferienwohnung drei wunderbare Wochen. Die Wohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Die Vermieter waren absolut hilfsbereit und freundlich und sofort zur Stelle (z. B., um eine leere Gasflasche zu wechseln, dies erfolgte innerhalb von 20 Minuten!). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden im nächsten Jahr sicherlich wieder kommen. Ottima posizione

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 9 al 23 agosto. L'appartamento è situato in una zona comoda a tutti servizi. A pochi passi si può trovare il tabacchino, la panetteria, il negozio alimentare ed altro ancora. L'appartamento è molto grande adatto a 4 persone. Proprietari disponibili.

ECCELLENTE

la posizione strategica fra Trapani e Palermo (mezz'ora di auto da entrambi) e vicina all'aeroporto di Palermo (15 minuti d'auto), la vicinanza al mare (10 minuti a piedi), ottimamente servita da panetteria, supermercati, ortofrutta, ristoranti. Posizione dell'appartamento esattamente perfetta e in zona molto silenziosa. Casa completamente ristrutturata, arredata con ottime finiture, con ogni comfort compresa aria condizionata in cucina/soggiorno, wifi gratuito, tv , lavatrice, phon, ferro da stiro, ecc... Padrone di casa molto presente e disponibile a fornire assistenza e consigli sulle attrattive e i servizi del paese. Ritorneremo a Settembre. Grazie mille ai proprietari Daniel e Anna

Appartement Casa Kristel à Balestrate

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Balestrate. L'appartement est confortable. Il dispose d'une connexion Wifi, qui nous a été utile. Nous avons apprécié le terrasse, qui nous a permis de prendre nous petit déjeuner dehors. La centre ville et toutes les commodités sont à moins de 5 minutes à pied. tred bel appartement

Tres bel appartement tout corresppond a lannonce. Proche de tout commerce, de la rue annimee le soir mais sans gene du bruit donc tres calme. De tres belle plage. Tres bon accueuil des proprietaires. Les proprietaires restent tres disponible si besoin. Nous avons passes 15 jours merveilleux a refaire et a conseiller. Merci encore aux proprietaire pour votre gentillesse

Très bon séjour à Balestrate

Nous avons passé deux semaines à Balestrate, coin très agréable, idéalement placé pour visiter les région de Palerme. Le location est très agréable, proche de toutes commodités. NOus avons apprécié la disponibilté du propriétaire, et sa gentillesse. Nous conseillons sans problème cette location pour une famille, où nous retrounerons avec plaisir.

Casa confortevole e ottima posizione

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Kristel per 6 settimane (giugno-luglio). La casa è a due passi dal centro paese, vicino a tutti i negozi e a pochi passi dalla splendida spiaggia di Balestrate. La casa è confortevole e arredata con gusto. Tutte le foto corrispondono alla realtà. C'è tutto non abbiamo dovuto pensare a niente. I proprietari sono stai gentilissimi e molto disponibile, ottime persone. Balestrate è un piccolo paese di mare ma che offre molto ed è in un posizione strategica per poter raggiungere altre meraviglie della bellissima Sicilia, come Castellamare del Golfo, Scopello, San Vito lo Capo, Erice e molti altri posti. Consiglio vivamente Kasa Kristel.

Una Vacanza positiva

Sistemazione eccezionale: eravamo in 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini di 8 e 1 anno e mezzo) in un contesto tranquillo, sicuro; posto auto davanti casa. Ricordo le bellissime e piacevolissime serate passate in veranda, a goderci la brezza ed il cielo stellato. Anche i bambini si sono divertiti molto. I proprietari ...Eccezionali. Sempre disponibili e attenti ad ogni minimo dettaglio, dall''accoglienza ai saluti finali. Ci auguriamo di tornare prestissimo e lo consigliamo a chiunque voglia trascorrere una bellissima ed indimenticabile vacanza!!

tutto positivo

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Kristel nella settimana dal 03 al 17 novembre. L'appartamento corrisponde alle foto del sito, è tutto molto curato nei dettagli, bei mobili, pulizia accurata, aria condizionata, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro. La posizione è ottima, in centro, a pochi passi dal mare e dai negozietti vari di alimentari. Si può quindi fare la spesa a piedi senza muovere la macchina. Lo consigliamo ! Grazie Anna e Daniele

Goede uitvalbasis

Hebben op een plezierige wijze 2 weken doorgebracht bij eigenaars waarvoor niets teveel gevraagd was. Onderkomen was heel plezierig en schoon, dicht bij goed zandstrand 15 min lopen. 50 meter achter het appartement een levendige straat met alle faciliteiten, waar veel vuldig gebruik van werd gemaakt goede restaurants naar onze smaak NONNE en GIRONIMO, leuke vent het hard voor zijn zaak, sprak Duits.

"Appartement très grand, très bien équipé au niveau séjour et chambres, un peu moins bien au niveau cuisine. Propriétaires très sympas et disponibles. Seul point négatif, le manque de vue et de lumière dans l''appartement, mais l''idéal n''existe pas .. "

Spacious, clean and taste...

Spacious, clean and tastefully decorated apartment with basic kitchen. There is no central heating (only relevant in winter). View on the sea only from the outside terrace. Good price. Good place for trips.
