The house, which offers gorgeous views of the town, the pine forest and the sea, comprises a big kitchen with a dinette (from which a patio is accessible), a wide living room with all facilities (TV, dining room and a library) and a bathroom on the ground floor, a twin suite with ensuite bathroom and a double room on the first floor, plus a single bedroom, a laundry room and a panoramic terrace on the top floor.
On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a wide lounge area adjoining the garden.

Nice house but challenging location

We enjoyed the house itself and hostess Laura was very friendly and nice. Super nice air quality and beautiful view of the sea. But be careful with the hills - parking is available, but not easily reachable.

Old world charm with fabulous View

This place was fabulous. The views were absolutely amazing and totally made this place one we would definitely come back to. The place was super clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The location was incredible as it made us feel like we had stepped back in time. The host was super accommodating and made check in/check out super easy. Laura was super helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants. We spent our 15th wedding anniversary at a restaurant with our table on the beach eating fabulous food, all thanks to her.

Beth and George’s 3 week stay ay LeBougainville

What a wonderful place for to stay near Barcelona. Two terraces on which to relax and look out at the Sea. Laura and Nello are just wonderful hosts and halfway through our stay they brought us fresh towels and fresh sheets for the bed. From Sant Vincent we were able to make side trips to Girona and up to the Pyrenees to Andorra. And we had easy access to and from Barcelona. And you could easily sleep a family of 5 or 6. Thanks agin Laura

Beautiful Home, Welcoming Host, and Perfect Location for a Relaxing Stay!

Laura's home is beautiful, comfortable, well-furnished and the kitchen well equipped. My husband, dog, and I had a wonderful two-week stay at Laura's lovely home while helping our daughter settle into university in Barcelona. Laura is very welcoming and responsive. We enjoyed beautiful walks in Sant Vicenc de Montalt. The community has a fabulous dog park, with friendly dog owners. It was easy to get into Barcelona by car and by train. We wholeheartedly recommend Laura's beautiful home and hope to be back one day. Gracias por todo, Laura!

Lovely property, location, position and owners!

A beautiful, peaceful village retreat on the coast but next to the beach, Barcelona and everything you can need. Laura is a wonderful hostess and cares deeply about the comfort of her guests. She is a lovely woman with lovely warmth and hospitality. The home feels like a home! ; it is spacious, charming and with a soothing ambience with excellent views from various viewpoints in the house. A restful stop for the soul :))

Accueillis par la souriante Laura dans sa charmante villa après une journée à cuire sur le circuit de Catalunya, c'est un réel bonheur. Le calme, les immenses volumes, la cuisine bien équipée, la superbe terrasse où on a pris tous nos petits déjeuners au calme. Joli village, proche de tout. C'était vraiment du repos après les journées au bruit des moteurs. Une superbe adresse qui est notée dans les priorités pour nos prochains GP moto. Merci encore pour l'accueil.

Je recommande fortement cette maison. Nous y avons passe 15 jours en famille, et nous sommes tres satisfaits. La maison est tres spacieuse, agencee intelligemment et amenagee avec gout. L'equipement propose est complet, et on oublie instantannement le fait qu'il s'agisse d'une location saisonniere. Par contre, 7 couchages sont proposes, mais pour un confort optimal, je recommande plutot cette maison pour 5 (deux des couchages sont proposes dans des zones communes, dans le sejour). Enfin, Laura et Leno, les proprietaires, sont discrets, tres prevenants, et font tout pour rendre votre sejour agreable.

Family holiday in Casa Bouganvilla

We would like to thank the landlords very much for a fabulous Christmas holiday in their Casa Bouganvilla in Sant Vicenc de Montalt. Casa Bouganvilla is a very pretty house, nicely decorated, meticulosly tidy and clean and fully equipped with everything you need. It is situated on the mountain slope with a magic view of the sea. In spite of the time of year we managed to be outdoors a lot, enjoying the sun, hiking in the mountains as well as along the coast. Sant Vicenc de Montalt is conveniently situated between Barcelona and Girona. We visited both cities and were particularly enchanted by Girona. Of course, being here we also enjoyed good Spanish food, e.g. jamon iberico, cava from the area, lovely wine from Priorat and Emporda and thanks to the time of year we also had the opportunity to enjoy cannelloni trufa, all of which we could get hold of on foot in the village. It was a pleasure to have the landlords nextdoor. They were most friendly, unobstrusive and helpful.

Une très belle maison

Une très agréable maison dans un village très calme et surtout un quartier très paisible. La vue sur la mer est splendide. On a trouvé dans la maison tout le confort que l'on pouvait souhaiter pour nous cinq. Laura et son mari sont des plus charmants et des plus discrets. Pour la plage, il y a l'embarra du choix à 5 minutes en voiture, avec peu de monde au moment où nous séjournions. Et un commerce dans le village pour manger local.

La maison est rénovée ave...

La maison est rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, d'une propreté impeccable, il ne manque rien, on s'y sent bien. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Les 2 terrasses sont très agréables, bien exposées et très bien équipées. La maison est située dans un très joli village au calme de l'agitation des grandes villes et des touristes. Elle se trouve seulement à 3kms d'une très belle plage et à 35kms de Barcelone. Les propriétaires Laura et Nello sont très chaleureux et disponibles, tout en restant discrets. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Notre séjour a été particulièrement agréable car la maison de Laura et Nello se trouve dans un très beau village, à proximité de la mer et de Barcelone. Cette vaste maison est parfaitement décorée, avec un goût très sûr. La vue sur la mer de la suite parentale est fabuleuse. Notre hôtesse s'est montrée prévenante et discrète à la fois. Every thing was perfect. ...

Every thing was perfect. My children and us were very pleased to have rent this house. It's not fare of Barcelona, the beach is very closed, the village is very nice. The house is quiet and pleasant. Laura is kind and discreet and present when it is necessary. We had a pleasant stay and we will come back :)
