We’ve stayed at this complex before, so we knew the location & property was excellent ! First time staying in Johns unit & we’d have to say it was one of the best, updated , nicest , cleanest. Can’t say enough good things about it. Of course my husband & I didn’t know how to work the tv & John came to the unit to show us. Sooo nice. Definitely staying there again!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the unit was clean and well-supplied. Appreciated having beach umbrella and chairs. Convenient beach access across the street. Host was very responsive and appreciate tips on fishing. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. As described, the beach access is very close, a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of beach chairs and beach towels provided. Check in procedure was easy and straightforward. We would definitely book this property again.

This place was perfect in every way! The location was amazing with the beach only steps away. The condo itself was nicely decorated with a beachy feel. Was very well appointed with everything needed for cooking. It was very clean and inviting. The pool was amazing, warm water with lots of seating and also only steps away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will likely book with them again!

We enjoyed the ease of walking to the beach and several restaurants. The bikes were a great addition and made it easy to explore a little more. The beach chairs, towels, cart, and umbrella were perfect. The elevator can be heard, but didn’t bother us. The bed was not super comfortable.

This condo is perfect. You have easy access to the beach. There are restaurants and bars with in walking distance. It comes with a pool. We did not use due to wanting to be at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property, stylishly furnished and just over the road from the beach. Reasonable sized pool on site, along with a tennis court. 2 folding beach chairs also provided, along with beach towels. If I had to make one minor gripe it would be that there no shower gel or shampoo provided, so either bring your own or go and buy some. The resort itself was fairly quiet and laid back, with 9pm being their equivalent to midnight. But that suited us.

This was the best decision staying here while I visited Marco Island. It was so easy to get around and I walked across the street to the beach every night to watch the sunset. I’d love to stay here again. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Really enjoyed out stay, the property was excellent, very clean and up to date and had all of the amenities needed for a great trip. Location was great, within easy walking distance of the beach and numerous great restaurants and resorts.

What a great place to stay - Host always available - unit has all accessories- clean- comfortable bed and living area couldn’t ask for anything more - great access to beach short Ride to supermarket - and restaurants or short walk too- definitely would come back

Great Stay!

Condo was very clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the balcony. Location was perfect for beach access and for walking to restaurants. Pool area was also very nice. We look forward to staying here again!
