5 minutes from the beach of Sablettes, the new esplanade (and underground parking Sablettes), 3-room apartment of 55m2 for 4 or 5 people with entrance on the ground floor (no stairs to climb!).
Located 50 m from the Basilica St Michel, close to the pedestrian street and the sea.
On the ground floor: a large living room, a bedroom equipped with new bedding, a kitchen and a bathroom redone. Air conditioning (very popular in summer.)
On the upper level (a few steps up): a small room with a 90 bed with beautiful sea view window.
A few steps further and one reaches a sunny terrace, by a door high of 1.30m.
Unobstructed views: with 360 ° views of the harbors, East Bay of Menton and Italy, the mountains around ...
A small garden room awaits you for lunch and sunbathing in a deckchair.
To note: One enters by the street of the Coast but the windows of the stay

location très décevante

Pas de hotte aspirante, pas de lumière sur la terrasse pour y dîner, chaises cassées sur la terrasse, électricité non conforme, vétusté des équipements, lit dans la chambre qui grince dès qu'on s'assoit et qu'on se tourne, petit lit pour enfant avec la tête sous la fenêtre qu'il faut laisser ouverte l'été pour la chaleur, climatisation peu efficace, aspirateur qu'il faut tenir emboîté sinon il se défait, table avec rallonge qui est branlante, pas de détecteur de fumée, pas de torchons, pas de serviettes, salle de bain vétuste avec des fils électriques qui sortent au dessus du lavabo, le joint de la douche s'enlève......une rénovation s'impose ! la location est par contre idéalement située dans le vieux Menton mais il n'y a, à l'arrivée aucune attention : les lits ne sont pas faits, il faut acheter des torchons sous prétexte de covid. Cette location serait charmante après une bonne rénovation et un grand dépoussiérage. Les propriétaires sont réactifs, pas de difficulté sur ce point.

Appartement idéalement situé au cœur de Menton

Appartement pratique, très bien entretenu et le contact avec le propriétaire est impeccable, La terrasse avec vue sur mer est un réel plus (nous y déjeunions chaque jour).

Beautiful property in the old town and close to the beach

We had a wonderful week in Menton and loved staying in the heart of the old town. The property has lots of space and the terrace in particular is lovely.

Eine außerordentliche Umgebung

Wir haben einen besonderen Urlaub genossen. Die Ferienwohnung hatte einen besonderen Charme. Sie lag inmitten einer besonderen mittelalterlichen Stadt mit vielen kleinen Gässchen, Treppen und Durchgängen. Und in wenigen Minuten waren wir am Strand. Sehr schön.

Un hébergement insolite dans le Menton historique.

Un séjour , où le contexte et le décor ne peuvent qu’accentuer l’aspect d’authenticité que nous recherchions . Une singularité, la terrasse de toit avec une vue exceptionnelle. Néanmoins il ne faut pas craindre les innombrables marches et l’accès un peu sportif à la terrasse ou le spectacle se mérite..

Location idéalement située dans Menton

Quelle merveilleuse découverte de Menton ,la vieille ville, ses jardins botaniques extraordinaires, ses environs (villages perchés, Italie), ses plages. La location est idéalement située,au coeur du centre historique plein de charme. La climatisation est fort appréciable. La vue depuis le rooftop est de toute beauté(lever et coucher du Soleil sur la baie) . Nous reviendront avec beaucoup de plaisir c'est certain.

Appartement agréable qui correspond au descriptif, idéalement situé. Quartier calme et au cœur du centre historique. Il faut juste être bien conscient qu’il y a beaucoup de marches pour aller de l’appartement à la plage et aux rues commerçantes mais cela permet de faire un peu de sport 😅. La climatisation est très appréciable. L’accès à la terrasse n’est pas facile mais elle permet une vue très agréable sur la plage et le port. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Menton.

Location atypique dans le vieux Menton, super agréable! Très bien placée pour se faire les mollets, mais au bout de 24h on prend l'habitude. Proche commerce et plage, et au calme. La propriétaire est fort sympathique, je recommande volontier cette location. Merci encore Mme Sido

Parfait et gentillesse

Chaque année je réserve cet idéal appartement du vieux Menton, quitte à le prêter si je ne peux pas venir. C'est un peu un deuxième chez nous, mieux rangé, spacieux et idéal (terrasse), dans ce quartier "d'innombrables et vivant chemins entre les maisons". Une semaine ici suffit pour prendre le temps de se perdre dans ces rues, suffisant pour la plage, pour les pieds dans le soleil, pour retrouver nos habituels restos maritimes pas mal, ...et puis repartir... en espérant que l'appartement sera libre l'année prochaine.

Séjour dans un cadre pittoresque

C'est exceptionnel de pouvoir descendre à pied sur la plage en 5 minutes, de passer acheter une baguette et de remonter déjeuner sur la terrasse avec une vue splendide! Appartement bien équipé, propre; propriétaires sympathiques. Dommage que la terrasse soit 2 étages au-dessus du living (ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans la description). A recommander pour les amateurs de pittoresque qui n'ont pas peur des escaliers -- qui font le charme de la vieille ville de Menton...

Vuil en lawaaierig

Recensie #12333509 "Vuil en lawaaierig" Dit huis heeft bij ons een zeer negatieve indruk achtergelaten. We hadden gekozen om te betalen voor het kuisen, maar het stof en het vuil van de vorige huurders viel nog op verschillende plekken te bespeuren. Hopelijk hebben de verhuurders ons geld wel gebruikt zodat de volgende huurders wel een proper appartement hadden. Keukenhanddoeken waren wel gestreken, maar niet gewassen. Om het terras te kunnen bereiken, moest je een zeer ongemakkelijke trap betreden, die je achterstevoren moest afdalen, wilde je terug naar beneden.De eigenares is vriendelijk, haar man iets minder. Wij zullen dit huis aan niemand aanbevelen.

Séjour mémorable au coeur du Vieux Menton

Nous avons eu le bonheur ma fille et moi de séjourner dans cet agréable appartement pendant une semaine, au mois de juin dernier. Nous avons été enchantées par l'appartement lui-même, la description était en tout point conforme, et merveilleusement bien situé! Les petits soupers sur la terrasse, sur le toit, sont des plus agréables. Et quelle vue... De plus, la propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse et fait tout pour qu'on se sente bien. séjourner "autrement" à Menton

Emplacement unique au coeur du centre historique de Menton, à deux pas du centre pietonnier et de la plage. Bâtisse cachée au détour d'une ruelle, appartement spacieux, atypique, et en prime une petite terrasse ensoleillée, avec une vue sublîme sur la mer, le port et les toits de la vieille ville. A conseiller aux curieux, aux amoureux des vieilles pierres, à tous ceux qui veulent séjourner "ailleurs"et "autrement" La propriétaire quant à elle, est charmante et vous fait confiance. Allez y!
